While flooding is an unfortunate event for us Arizonans, this company made the experience even…read moreworse. Customer service is poor. I understand that when floods occur throughout the Valley that they are likely swamped with work, however, being rude to customers should never occur. The work they do is sloppy, and while they do treat your flood, they basically make it worse with the mess that they make. They will treat your home like themselves...trash. The equipment made a horrible mess and we had to put covers and drip buckets on their fans, so as not to permanently soil your furniture/carpet/walls. They take no pride in their work, and their interactions and work demonstrate such. Most importantly, watch them closely as much of our wood/cabinets and base boards were removed for some very odd, unknown reason. You will not get back and will incur additional costs to purchase these items and clean-up after their "clean-up". Take caution with this business.

I highly recommend Hammer Roofing. After noticing how efficiently they worked on my next-door…read moreneighbor's house, and hearing how happy they were, I decided to hire them--and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, Felipe and his team demonstrated professionalism, skill, and excellent communication. Felipe personally kept me informed throughout the process, explaining necessary repairs and even sending photos to document the damage and progress. He made sure I approved the replacement of any additional boards or installing different underlayment in some areas before moving forward. The workers were polite and respectful, taking care to cover the pool with a tarp, and clean up any nails, dust, and material scraps at the end of each day. They brought in two extra workers and completed the job in less than four days without sacrificing quality. Not only did they do an excellent job replacing my roof, but they also corrected several errors made by the original builder. They reinforced fascia boards with metal corner supports, installed metal flashing where it was missing, and even properly adjusted a 30-foot section of gutter to stop it from leaking during heavy rains. One of the biggest improvements was the cricket they installed behind my chimney to prevent water buildup--something the builder had neglected to install. Hammer Roofing is truly dedicated to quality. As Felipe explained, the roofing material will last over forty years, so he wants to ensure the framework of the roof is strong enough to support it for the same length of time or longer. The way this family-run business treated my roof not just as a job but as a long-term investment in my home speaks volumes about their work ethic. My new roof is significantly better than what was originally installed, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for a hard-working, honest, and skilled roofing company, at a reasonable price, Hammer Roofing is solid!
