In all my demanding professional days in a number of major world-wide metros, I've never been…read moreflabbergasted at this copy services shop in the most delightful way. It's Vince and the staff, they pulled off a Harry-Potter magic wand to rush through hundreds of pages to be copied within a four-hour window. These mere mortals are a well-oiled synergetic team who apparently took pride and the love of hard-working customer services - especially for me and other folks there at that time. No doubts, I wholly recommend Cantu Graphics shop highly without reservation be your personal service provider for not only copy services but many other quality versions. UPDATE after the business response: The first invoice was not received because my email address was…read moreentered incorrectly on their end. I had already emailed my label artwork from my correct email and specifically asked that the invoice be forwarded to that email. When I finally received the invoice, it did not contain a payment link or instructions. I emailed asking where I could make payment and received no response. I was actively trying to pay. I was also specifically told my order would be ready Friday before 12 PM. This is why I disagree that this was simply a matter of 'expectations not being aligned.' My review is about the lack of communication and follow-through Really disappointing experience. I contacted this company a couple of days ago to have labels printed for my small business because they're local and only a few minutes away from me, and I really wanted to give them my business. From the beginning, the communication was unorganized. I was told I would receive an invoice, but I never received one at first. I followed up and even stayed on the phone trying to get everything handled. When I finally received the invoice, there was no option or link for me to actually make the payment. Despite that, I was specifically told my labels would be ready Friday before 12 PM. I called Friday morning because I was planning to pick them up, only to be told my order hadn't been done because they "never received payment." I explained that I was never given a way to pay. Only THEN was I told they could send me another invoice with a secure credit card payment link, and now suddenly my order wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. That was the last straw for me. I had already followed up multiple times and was trying to PAY them. I shouldn't have to chase a business down to give them my money, especially after being given a promised pickup time. I ended up telling them I would take my business somewhere else. I really wanted to support a local company, but unfortunately the lack of communication, follow-through, and organization made this experience way more stressful than it needed to be.
