I'm please to say after moving to Hayward and searching all the near by nail salons. I finally found a nail technician that provides not only quality work but great customer service. Danny was really nice and did an awesome job on my nails. These pictures were taking a few days after getting them done. After me going in to Mommy mode washing dishes cleaning up the house and work mode. My nails still look great and are holding up outstanding. I would truly recommend giving this shop a try, Danny was awesome!!! read more

I don't usually write reviews for Yelp but I really had a pleasant experience here and had to share. I'm not from the Bay so I'm not sure where the best places are for nails--the place I went to before Supernails was not so pleasant because they were rough and made me bleed so I am so thankful I found Supernails:) I got an acrylic fill with Steve and he was so great! He is really great at what he does and he is very personable as well. Not to mention this was the cheapest fill I've ever gotten...anywhere. I will definitely be back! read more

Acrylic Fill with Gel was $30, which is a lot cheaper than many nail salons. Steve did a pretty good job and worked very efficiently. I was out of there in less than an hour, and I'm usually at my other nail place for an hour and a half. Steve was also friendly and gentle, but I did notice some small little flaws in his work, like how some of the nail polish was running off the sides and not as clean and precise as how I wanted it to be. The lack of ventilation also gave me a headache, which doesn't happen at my normal nail place. I go to KNL Salon in Union City and specifically requests Rene (@drbarberandnailshop)! She's honestly so talented and meticulous, but she is a little pricier and takes her time. As the quality goes up, the prices go up. At Supernails, there are minor things here and there I don't like, but you can't beat it for the price! I'll come back again! read more

Danny and Steve have both done my nails and they never disappoint me!! I used to be an avid pink and white client (Danny does the best!!) but that has changed! I've been going to Danny for about 4 years now, we converse while he's doing my nails and surprisingly he remembers the little details about me! Makes me feel appreciated as a customer. Thank you!! read more

Pathetic job done by VAN.. i went there for the first time and for the last. To begin with she was busy talking to others while doing her job which made it difficult for her to concentrate on doing the job right. Secondly she did not even clean and cut my cuticles which is an important part of any gel manicure , beach wherever i have gotten my nails done before this place they all cleaned my cuticles and then start the process. She also keeps you busy in talking so you don't realize how quickly and incompletely she does her work. Horrible horrible experience with VAN. I would suggest never go there. read more

I started going to Super Nails in 1996. They do excellent on mani and pedi. I still go on occasion to get my eyebrows waxed. read more

Been coming here since sophomore year of high school with my sister and we love it! And sophomore year is nearly 9 years back for me, haha! My sisters and I are kinda picky about our nails and we always leave very pleased with the service we received. The staff were nothing but welcoming, polite, & attentive to her and made sure everything was to her satisfaction. All of my shellac lasts me at least a month, my pink & white french tips last me nearly a month and a half! Super worth it for the extra amount paid. The location is very well kept and clean, definitely a plus in my book for a salon. There is also a cute private waxing room in the back! There wouldn't be any hesitation about coming back! read more

Whatever you do. Avoid this place like the plague. I must be aching for punishment because I've gone there 3 times and each time its worse than the time before. Visit 1 - During my pedicure they overflowed the foot bath next to me and soaked my purse and shoes. Rather than apologize, they picked up my purse shook it until things started falling out of it and then put it back down in the wet spot after saying "it'll dry" Visit 2 - Manicurist forgot to put top coat on one of my nails. Visit 3- French manicure - half of my nails the white strip doesn't go all the way across. On three of them the white area comes to a weird v rather than curving across like the others. She used a different undercoat on a few of the nails, (on some its light pink other clear), When I complained about it, she took it off of the clear ones but then never did a top coast over it. I had to go home and redo my nails myself. Oh, and one of the few that did look correct actually chipped before I reached my car. The only reason why I gave them 3 tries is because they're a few feet away from the laundromat that I go to. I should have known that when I walked inside and the air was so thick with chemicals that I could barely breathe that it was a bad idea. I've learned my lesson. I'm not giving these guys any more chances. Stay away at all costs. read more

I went here based off yelp and Danny did not disappoint! He was very nice, quick and did a really good job. He did a full set and I'm going on 2 1/2 weeks and no lifting or chipping. I ended up going a few days later for a pedicure and was happy with my outcome too. Found my new spot near my job!!! read more

We were a walk in, not busy, but felt rushed and unwelcome. I had a mani/pedi, not a good experience, not rough just not well done. Barely trimmed nails, cuticles. "Massage" was terrible, I can rub lotion on my legs. Mani was lack luster, did not trim cuticles, pushed back a hang nail. Took my hubby for first pedi, I was embarrassed, I was hoping for better. While we were being worked on regulars came in, so then we were rushed, which is why our service was so underwhelming. I will not return. read more

I always come to get my nails done and get a full set usually but decided to get a gel mani instead this time and she kept saying that it would look better if my nails were longer and I told her I understood but still wanted a gel manicure she did a very messy job and got the gel top coat on my fingers which burned the tips of my fingers under the lamp and it got it less than a week ago and my gel is peeling everytime I shower or wash my hands read more

At first I was a little skeptical because of the reviews I read the time I realized I have to go in and check for myself. I loved how they did my nails they did an Amazing job, Steve did my nails and he kept asking if i liked them, if I was comfortable and everything in between, they were very friendly. I will definitely be going back. The price was just right & attitude was great. read more

I'm not quite happy with the results of the place I had seen a lot of good reviews for this place but it didn't live up to the expectations. To start I went there with my mother because it's much more convenient distance wise. We went in for 2 pedis and a full set for myself. While my mom was getting her pedicure, I was getting a full set and I asked for oval nails he did one hand decent and the other hand was thick on one side and thin on the other that was something that I think was caused because he was watching the television while doing my nails. Then when he did my pedicure he was also watching tv while he cut my big toe nails, he cut them a bit short and the corners were painful a day later. I'm not happy with my time spent there. read more

Gave this place a chance since my son was next door at his mixed martial arts/ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class! Not a fancy nail shop whatsoever but I loved the service! Danny Gave me a pedicure and he was awesome! What set this place apart from my nail shop is they were overly friendly and cared about my business. When I l left they gave me a hand shake Asked me my name and this is something I realized my shop I've been going to for a decade has never done when I see a new manicurist! They may know me by face but have never given a handshake goodbye. To me this meant a lot and I will definitely be back! Good service, great prices and they made me feel welcomed to come back! Thanks Danny! read more

I'm always so very picky when it comes to nail salons but SuperNails was a winner. Made an appointment in advance for 530pm with Steve and Danny for my coworker and I. We arrived a little early but by 530 our nails were being worked on and by 615pm we were outta there!! I didn't really know what exactly I wanted but when I told Steve what i was visioning he made it a reality. Pink n white ombré with some glitter, I was in love! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because on a few of my nails there is not powder done ALL around the nail but I'm sure that's nothing they can't fix next time. I look forward to my next set here! read more

I've been going to supernails a couple months now and I don't think I'll ever have anyone besides Steve do my sets again! He works fast with precision and my nails come out perfect every time! Supernails - Another perfect set by Steve - Nail Salons Near Me - Hayward, California

I have been going here for about four months now, either Steve or Van will do my nails, though I would sit at any station. Since my first visit everyone has been so nice, very chatty and always ask about my parents, work, etc., sometimes it the small stuff that makes the whole experience great too. Van also does my eyebrows and I love them. I love the service and the finished product! One time in four months I had one small hiccup and Steve was right on top of it! That is what I look for... Professionalism is the best topping for a business read more

So I walked in yesterday and was greeted by the guy. I didn't get his name at all. He did such a great job! I showed him what I wanted on my phone and he did exactly what he saw. He took his time and made sure it was to my liking. Even though he took his time and did a great job, he got me in and out of there a little over an hour. What I also liked about this place is that they tell you the pricing before they start. There was another place I went to in Hayward, they did not even tell me the pricing ahead of time. I was shocked that they charged me $60 for full set and coffin shape. Supernails charged me $35 for gel full set. I was so happy! Thank you Supernails! Definitely coming back! read more

There's nothing really "super" about Super Nails, other than the fact that this is the "Salon of the Hood. " It's the type of place, where you and your girlfriends go and watch "General Hospital," while you get your nails did and talk smack about the male of the species. Which, of course, my friend and I did. It's mediorce at best and while the prices of the service were decent, its not a place I'd go out of my way to come back to. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied with my mani/pedi, although it didn't quite have the staying power I'm use to at Lavender. read more
