But that he could still probably install that day. I called and texted back. No answer from him. We decided to reschedule after I gave him two more available times. He agreed to do it if I took the original post off and he even offered a discounted price. I was pretty excited to get the TV up. 5 minutes before the scheduled time, he texted and told me his eta would be about 45-an hour late and if it was ok. I told him we would wait for him to arrive. He took this personal as and with sarcasm and told me how wonderful of me to wait for him. And told me that he would rather not do the install due to the negative work environment/vibe. This is fine. Wished I could have had the TV mounted but customer service is a must. And this is a review on customer service as I was unable to experience the service he could have provided. I was referred to him by a friend who had warned me about this. He had cancelled twice on her as well. She said he did a great job the third time they scheduled and had a great price, but to not expect him to follow through with his scheduled installs. So I suppose if you are in no hurry and have a very flexible work schedule to be available, he may be your guy. Hopefully this review will help others decide or help him schedule install times accurately. It's ok to say you're busy and have installs already scheduled.

Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
