I've been coming to Superior optical for years. Always great service and best selection of glasses. Glasses buying is difficult for me, but everyone is very patient. Somehow I always end up spending more than I intended. Lol. If they have your lenses in stock, they can turn around your order very quickly. I have goofy eyes so my lenses usually have to be ordered. The Best ! All the staff is all just really helpful and friendly. I got my new prescriptions (1) transitions ( like tri focals i guess) and a pair of music glasses. Sue spend a lot of time with me ( and my better half ( my wife)) going through may new types of styles of frames for me. I have gotten so many complements from folks compared to my old framless style. In any event, both pair of lenses seemed off, so Sue suggested I go back to my eye doc, which i did. Sue explained to my eye doc what she thought the issue was and bam ! Both new prescriptions, were re made with out hassle, cost and the like. Yes, i see better with the proper presciption, but the qualify of the lenses seem to be much better than i have ever had. subseqently, we discovered that a number of our friends have been going to Superior Optical for years. As stated in my Google review, I have now been to Superior Optical several times and worked with multiple opticians. My first couple visits were emergencies: first to have a screw replaced in my primary pair of glasses after the OEM screw corroded and popped out, resulting in a temporary lens loss, then again when the same pair's nose bridge tore in half. They immediately ordered identical, new frames since I loved the ones I had and my extremely thick, prescription lenses didn't fit anything in the store. The new pair arrived in a few days' time and were ready for pickup right then and there. I have since gone back to replace nose pads which were digging into my skin and for adjustments, as needed. All the while, I have never made an appointment as there has been no need. Superior Optical is outstanding for purchasing and maintaining eyeglasses as well as walk-in emergency cases like me. I should be set for at least the next few years at this point, but if I need an optician before then for any reason, I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Well, if I could choose between an eyeglass place that is still cleaning the glasses people try on before we put them on our faces and a place that has stopped cleaning them, I am for sure going to go to the place that is still cleaning. Superior staff was great at the beginning of the pandemic, having customers put aside any glasses we try on so they can clean them as well as wearing masks, but Covid hasn't left so I don't know why they decided to stop wearing masks and to stop cleaning. My ritual is to read in bed at night to decompress and reduce the stress of the day. Imagine my shock to realize that I had fallen asleep and rolled over on my glasses and snapped the temple off at the end piece! And it was New Year's Eve day and most stores were closed or closing early. I am so fortunate that I found Superior Optical was open and Jake to deal with. While they didn't deal with the manufacturer of my frames, Jake asked me to give him an hour to see if he could come up with a solution. Would I? When I went Phillip Cazares help me really nice guy, funny too... He help me pick them out an the color... Plus they give you a 20% off just for kids so that's excellent I paid 248 for these glasses their like almost 400$ ..I went on a Monday Phillip called me Thursday tell me they are ready that was really fast.. I went here for a pair of new eyeglasses and Lauren (?) was very helpful throughout the process, offering suggestions and even submitting my out-of-network insurance claim to my vision provider for reimbursement. She never acted like she was too busy or didn't want to be there - she seemed sincerely happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Turnaround time was just a couple of days even with thinner lenses, anti-reflective treatment, and anti-scratch/UV protection. Unbeknownst to them, I am very familiar with lens options and they never once tried to sell me something I didn't need. I left with a pair of Chanel eyeglasses I see 20/20 out of and a sample cleaner and plan to come back before the end of the year for a back-up pair along with a pair of sunglasses. read more

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with this place. The people that helped me (Jordan and Lauren) are not only incredibly professional but very friendly and they know what they are doing, and it is apparent that they love their work. It was really easy and enjoyable to select a great pair of frames. I also like that they grind the lenses on site rather than send them off to some other place, which means good quality control and quick turn around time. My eye doctor is very specific about his measurements which are more fine tuned than most other optometrists, and he referred me here because he knew they would be precise in making the lenses.
