Glasses always done promptly and timely, without an outrageous price. Been going there for years. Highly recommended. Jordan is great.

superior optical is awful. They will never take ownership. If something goes wrong. They will blame the Doctor Who prescribed the prescription. they don't know how to mount silhouette frames. Silhouette are very expensive and if it goes wrong, you have no recourse so don't shop from this place. read more

Superior Optical is the GO TO place for glasses. Phillip has helped our family with glasses for years. He knows our style, picks out the perfect frames every time and fixes them whenever we have a problem. Phillip went out of his way to coordinate getting the glasses to the store when my visually impaired son could not drive there when we were out of town. Will never shop for glasses anywhere else. Win win win!! read more

It was a pleasure doing business with them. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional. The glasses arrived promptly.

I have to give an exuberant shout out to Sarah, who helped my husband pick out a pair of frames that makes him even more handsome, and a HUGE thank you to Sue, who helped me with an adjustment that made it much easier to wear my new pair of glasses and explained what I may need to think about in the future. Great selection, incredibly knowledgeable staff. Only downside is I wish they were in network with vision insurance! read more

I've been coming to Superior optical for years. Always great service and best selection of glasses. Glasses buying is difficult for me, but everyone is very patient. Somehow I always end up spending more than I intended. Lol. If they have your lenses in stock, they can turn around your order very quickly. I have goofy eyes so my lenses usually have to be ordered. But once I drop off my frames (when I reuse them), they are done in about an hour. As a bonus, Blu Fish is a couple doors away! Special shout out to Jordan. Always so helpful and kind! My daughter gets her glasses here, too. read more

Their name is very appropriate- the selection, advice, and attention to detail is superior in every way. Since I have worn glasses I have gotten my eyes checked on a regular basis but most optometrist's office have a very limited and overpriced choice of glasses. My experience has been less than satisfactory concerning how some frames fit (it's hard to determine extended wearability from sliding frames on or off in a mirror). Sizing is vital to long term comfort and with limited choices to offer sadly for some the sale is their only concern. Life has added progressive lenses to must have list and the optimal placement varies by frame and fit and is best obtained by skilled person on the other side of the table Superior has an amazing selection of style, sizing, brands, and price points. Pair the great selection with knowledgeable staff and you get exactly the look you want, the fit you need, and the price you can afford. Long story short... I can comfortably see myself going back to Superior Optical read more

If you want quality specs, get to Superior Optical. Not only do they offer a wide variety of frames, the staff is wonderful! I was hesitant to look at eyeglasses on my own, Sarah made my decision so fun, painless and I felt great. Superior is in the name! read more

My family and I have been going to Superior I Optical for over 20 years. I have worked with Julie many times in the past and adore her. This week my mom and I were greeted by Philip. We told him what brands and styles we were interested in and he knew EXACTLY what to show us within moments. His expertise went above and beyond our expectations and we will both be getting a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. To top off the experience Philip was so entertaining and you could tell he is super passionate about what he does. Thank you as always!!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Superior Optical and every single staff member. Knowledgeable, kind, smart, excellent eye for style. 3 members of my family have been helped and treated with the utmost respect and care - and now we look good in our glasses too! In a climate of dislike and sometimes hatred of our fellow citizens, and in a world where technology serves us more often than people, Superior Optical is an island of excellent customer service I will be happy to return to over and over again. read more

The very best! All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and super attentive. I cannot say enough good things about Superior. They have a a vast collection of frames to choose from. The wait time for receiving your glasses is quick. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

They are simply THE best! The professionalism, product knowledge, and kindness is second to none. Philip has consulted with me for several years now. His product knowledge, good taste, and attention to detail lead me back to Superior Optical always. With so many online venues "you get what you pay for". When I leave superior optical with a new pair of glasses they fit perfectly, and I can rest assured that I'm treated to the highest quality product, service, and support at a very competitive price. I recommend superior optical to everyone I know for these reasons and look forward to my continued eyeglass and sunglasses from them! read more

The Best ! All the staff is all just really helpful and friendly. I got my new prescriptions (1) transitions ( like tri focals i guess) and a pair of music glasses. Sue spend a lot of time with me ( and my better half ( my wife)) going through may new types of styles of frames for me. I have gotten so many complements from folks compared to my old framless style. In any event, both pair of lenses seemed off, so Sue suggested I go back to my eye doc, which i did. Sue explained to my eye doc what she thought the issue was and bam ! Both new prescriptions, were re made with out hassle, cost and the like. Yes, i see better with the proper presciption, but the qualify of the lenses seem to be much better than i have ever had. subseqently, we discovered that a number of our friends have been going to Superior Optical for years. Sue also picked help my wife pick out a new an different set of frames that she loves ! I usally dont buy new glasses that oftern, but they need to look good and perform well. That said, due to my wonderful experince, i am even thinking about buying another pair for special occasions ! You get what you pay for and I cant say enough good things about Supeior Optical. read more

My daughter needed glasses at 17 months old, and I thought there was no way someone would be able to fit her for glasses... until we met Lauren! Thank you again, Lauren!! read more

I have been a loyal customer of Superior for about 20 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They have an outstanding collection of frames but what sets them apart from the other guys is their "superior" employees and customer service. I want to single out Sue Tanner. She was simply wonderful. So professional and patient. Can't say enough about her. Always smiling and willing to go the extra mile . Have worked with all the other employees and they rate 5 stars each and every time. read more

As stated in my Google review, I have now been to Superior Optical several times and worked with multiple opticians. My first couple visits were emergencies: first to have a screw replaced in my primary pair of glasses after the OEM screw corroded and popped out, resulting in a temporary lens loss, then again when the same pair's nose bridge tore in half. They immediately ordered identical, new frames since I loved the ones I had and my extremely thick, prescription lenses didn't fit anything in the store. The new pair arrived in a few days' time and were ready for pickup right then and there. I have since gone back to replace nose pads which were digging into my skin and for adjustments, as needed. All the while, I have never made an appointment as there has been no need. Superior Optical is outstanding for purchasing and maintaining eyeglasses as well as walk-in emergency cases like me. I should be set for at least the next few years at this point, but if I need an optician before then for any reason, I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I just wanna say Superior Optical is the best around courteous staff great selection of frames I deal with Alex who is awesome and knows what he's talking about I would highly recommend Superior optical to my friends and I was looking over some of the reviews and some of my friends also go there so kudos to superior optical I will highly recommend you Steve read more

Many styles to choose from, I bought the first pair of frames that I saw and tried on. I had broken the pair I was wearing so I needed a pair quickly, they made my new ones for me in 4 days. Great job. read more

I got my first pair of glasses from this place a little over a year ago. Since then, I've taken my glasses back to them to have them readjust and fix them multiple times (all of them being my fault), not once did they give me any trouble with fixing them without any questions asked. Free of charge. Talk about a customer service. I chose them in the beginning due to their yelp ratings and I can see why they deserved my business and this 5 star review. Highly recommend them for all your optical needs. read more

I dropped off two pair of prescription sunglasses to replace the lenses and Lauren helped me quickly, didn't try to upsell me, and I walked out thinking she just made my day. The best customer service! I have a rowdy 3 year old boy who needed glasses. They were so helpful with the fitting and made they whole experience a breeze. The nose piece fell off his glasses twice they replaced without question and now he lost a lens and they replaced it for free. They could not be nicer! I won't go anywhere else. Have had such a great experience. Need more businesses like this! read more

Jake at Superior Optical is great! I'm one of those difficult customers who had a hard time choosing a frame, and then once the glasses were made, found the ophthalmologist's prescription was not right. This ain't LensCrafters. If you don't realize that when you walk in the door, you'll know when you receive your invoice. Well, if I could choose between an eyeglass place that is still cleaning the glasses people try on before we put them on our faces and a place that has stopped cleaning them, I am for sure going to go to the place that is still cleaning. Superior staff was great at the beginning of the pandemic, having customers put aside any glasses we try on so they can clean them as well as wearing masks, but Covid hasn't left so I don't know why they decided to stop wearing masks and to stop cleaning. I am taking my business elsewhere where I'll feel safer, but if you're one to think the pandemic is far behind us, then clearly this review won't make a difference to you. read more

Finding customer service like this is so incredibly rare these days, so I feel compelled to write a review for these wonderful people. I worked with Alex and Lauren, and both were kind, accommodating, and spent as much time with me as I needed to make sure that I had the best pair of frames to suit my face, as well as fitting me for my first pair of progressives (yikes!). Lauren suggested a pair of frames that I would have never in a million years tried on, but I did, and I got them, and I absolutely LOVE them. This place is busy at certain times of day, which just shows the reputation they have for service in the industry. Thank you to all at Superior, this new customer is very happy! read more

My ritual is to read in bed at night to decompress and reduce the stress of the day. Imagine my shock to realize that I had fallen asleep and rolled over on my glasses and snapped the temple off at the end piece! And it was New Year's Eve day and most stores were closed or closing early. I am so fortunate that I found Superior Optical was open and Jake to deal with. While they didn't deal with the manufacturer of my frames, Jake asked me to give him an hour to see if he could come up with a solution. Would I? Less than an hour passed and Jake called to say he had a pair of frames that he felt would work and would I return to the store? Would I? Imagine how I felt to put on these resurrected eyeglasses! I would be able to continue my rest regimen and sleep ritual without the interruption of the holidays (and I did have to work New Year's Day and Saturday). I was nearly in tears as Jake took care of the paperwork and payment details. I can only stress how great I was treated and the above and beyond customer service I received from Jake. If you ever need glasses (sunglasses, reading glasses, night driving glasses) please go to Superior Optical. You will receive great customer service and be completely satisfied with your glasses. Thanks Jake!! read more

I can not say enough about the team at Superior Optical. They are so helpful and accommodating, and they do a fabulous job! My daughter has a super strong prescription with every kind of extra issue you can have, but they take it all in stride and grind the glasses so that they will not look like coke bottles! Sue was so wonderful, and my daughter and I both wanted to be sure to that we gave her an extra special thank you!! We will be back, whenever we need new glasses!! read more

The best selection around! I went here for a pair of new eyeglasses and Lauren (?) was very helpful throughout the process, offering suggestions and even submitting my out-of-network insurance claim to my vision provider for reimbursement. She never acted like she was too busy or didn't want to be there - she seemed sincerely happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Turnaround time was just a couple of days even with thinner lenses, anti-reflective treatment, and anti-scratch/UV protection. Unbeknownst to them, I am very familiar with lens options and they never once tried to sell me something I didn't need. I left with a pair of Chanel eyeglasses I see 20/20 out of and a sample cleaner and plan to come back before the end of the year for a back-up pair along with a pair of sunglasses. read more

Phil was wonderful, my boyfriend and I walked in for glasses thought we would end up spending a couple of hours deciding what glasses would work for us. It wasn't the case at all we were greeted with a warm friendly smile and he helped us though the processes in picking out the right pair for both of us at the same time. We were done within thirty mins with pair of glasses we both loved. My glasses were ready in less than 24hrs, that's service! When I went to pick up my glasses I met Phil's mom who was just as efficient and nice. This family run business does it right it's the best experience I've had purchasing glasses in 20yrs. read more

Very pleasant people but it took many weeks and close to $600 to end up with two pairs of nothing special glasses, mostly because of recommendations that were inappropriate e.g. glasses that slid down so I was peering through the top of the lens. Next time Costco! read more

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with this place. The people that helped me (Jordan and Lauren) are not only incredibly professional but very friendly and they know what they are doing, and it is apparent that they love their work. It was really easy and enjoyable to select a great pair of frames. I also like that they grind the lenses on site rather than send them off to some other place, which means good quality control and quick turn around time. My eye doctor is very specific about his measurements which are more fine tuned than most other optometrists, and he referred me here because he knew they would be precise in making the lenses. Very very happy. read more
