My experience with superior mobilty was truly exceptional. I have an illness called MS and it's caused my legs at not be usable. So a wheelchair is my only means of mobilty. I met david some 5 years ago as I begun the process to find to peace of oequipment that going t o be my legs. He came to me with many different choices of movilty Devices. This was all new to me and I was still dealing with the fact I couldn't walk. David was amazing . A true man who is dedicated to my transition of mobilty with the utmost compassion. First of all I want to Thank this company for all their excellent products I've had to use prior to my new Range Rover (my wonderful electrical pink high lights motorized wheelchair).Its like I can live again, in fact while siting on a cloud! So for medical equipment even if you have to go through insurance companies these guys are the best! Second, I have been so lucky to be working with Mr. Kevin Beal who has been so very professional, patient, confident and caring. Mr. Beal has been on top of my equipment from day one. Every step of the way he has kept me informed through out the process. Mr. Beal's knowledge is hard to fine now a days. The disability I have it takes a lot of patients which was a wonderful quality in him. If I did not understand he would take time out to explain it were I understood. He is professional in every way in fact even if he was running a little bite ahead or behind he would call. We have had the privilege of working with Kevin for the last 4+ years, he is amazingly concerned with all the details, and always puts the client first (it's all about improving quality of life for his clients). Our history with Superior goes back to when we lived in LA and were working with the Torrance office. When we moved to Ventura county, we were delighted to know they had an office out here. Thank you for sending Gearge to us. I was so frustrated with my new chair, but George took the time to sit down and explain things. So much easier to understand my problem. He said my new batteries would be in in two weeks. They there in one. My chair is our sole means to getting what we need. The chair has to be reliable. George was patient and listened to an old lady's problems. Then he answered all my questions and explained what was to be done. Well it's time to get my power chair service the last service ended Superior did last me about 3 years which is pretty good cuz I take this thing everywhere between Kevin and George you get the best repairs and such professionalism not to mention that these guys are just very nice people so let's know how after I get my chair service this thing we're going to do it this month next couple weeks when I make an appointment today and let you know came out so far so good I would buy my products from anywhere else I love this place read more

What a breath of fresh air! The service, the product, this company is the one to beat. I've had Multiple Sclerosis for 40 years and was walking with a walker. I have a rehab wheelchair that needed some repairs. Jorge and Frank picked up my wheelchair and had it back in a few hours. They were so nice and polite and made me feel at ease about them taking the chair into the shop for the repairs. Beatriz and Ariana were the ladies in the office that worked with me to get the estimate and parts ordered. My husband was unable to move due to ALS. Superior Mobility custom designed a wheelchair for him so he was able to move. This wheelchair gave him so much freedom to live life. Great workman George. He devised clever solution to replace dead battery. It required 3 men for part of the task, by luck a had a guest who helped. And I believe Superior Mobility is Medicare authorized for some Durable Medical Equipment (DME). read more
