We called Essential Mobility, and they were able to come out within the week. James, the new owner, made the service call himself. I found him very knowledgeable, and it took him about half an hour to get our lift back up and working. We needed our lift as we're old, my wife was facing cancer surgery, and the stairs are too much for her. James saved the day for us. Other companies had long lead times to even get someone out for a first look. The difference between a few days and a few weeks can be huge for old folks with mobility issues.
