    We are new to the area and I didn't know that to find a personal care physician would be so…read moredifficult. My wife is on Medicare and it has become obvious that she needs a wheelchair. She is petite. Rather than wait until the end of February when her appoinment is, I decided to rent a wheel chair for her. I called Wallace Home Medical Supplies and spoke to Natalie. She told me that they did rent wheelchairs so I drove over to see what they had. She greeted me at the door and asked me a lot of good questions that I didn't think about. She ended up with two recommendations and then she went and retireved them. I immediately went with the smaller one. Renting it monthly was of great value as my wife can't get the referall for the chair for another six weeks! Very courteous, polite, knowledgable and professional.

After waiting two weeks after they got the order for my new C-pap,…read moreI called and had a to wait a full day for a return call after they finally got the order straightened out (they admitted they had the order). After finally getting the appointment to get my new C-pap, they called me the day before (today) to tell me that they are "short staffed" and needed to postpone my appointment by another two weeks. I notified my MD who had to make a special call to them to rectify. As of yet, I have an appt tomorrow, we'll see how it goes. We are off to a BAD start. I will augment this review pending how the rest of the service goes.. UPDATE: Ok, so the gal they sent out had never worked with Wallace (she works for a different company, so third party?), was not familiar with their forms, and not very familiar with the c-pap machine (had difficulty with the power cord). Furthermore, she had limited supplies as "her office" had been recently closed and had limited supplies, and FURTHERMORE, what she did have had wrong sized equipment in the wrong box, so she left me with a large which we gathered was the wrong size but that's all she had. I'm extremely skeptical at this point. I'm going to use what she left me tonight. We'll see how it goes.. UPDATE II: So it looks like Wallce contracted with a 3rd party? (High Desert Medical and Sleep Supplies). I wouldn't trust either one.
