I'm not exaggerating when I say that what they have done for me is anything short of life changing. Kevin made it clear from the start that he loves his job and he's passionate about helping his clients get the very best, and that's what he delivered for me. It's not a business transaction for him, it's forming a team to help improve the client's quality of life every step of the way and years after. I've only had my new power chair for three days, but my life has done a complete 180 from the pain and fatigue I suffered before. The process of obtaining my chair was super fast; about 3 weeks from consultation to delivery. I've always been able to get a hold of Kevin or Beatriz if I have a question and I could not be happier with the service I've received and will continue to receive. Thank you so much Kevin and Beatriz and Superior Mobility!

There are still good people in this world…read more Long story short, my father has a terminal illness, I live in Oregon, I came to visit and my stepmom worked magic so we could all go to the beach for the night. We rented an oxygen concentrator and picked it up in Oxnard......but they didn't include a connector with the tubing! At 4:40 I called Oxnard Medical Supply and spoke to Dulce. She and the kind folks there sold me the connector my dad needed (saved us a trip to the ER.) and left it so I could pick it up after hours. We were able to enjoy our night at the beach. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this company's service has declined significantly over the years. Prices have risen…read moredramatically, with the initial inspection fee alone now reaching $350, before any parts or repair costs are added. More concerning, when an elevator malfunctions, customers can face weeks-long delays before a technician arrives to address the problem. What is most troubling is the impression that maintaining existing equipment and ensuring customer safety have become secondary priorities. Rather than providing prompt, reliable service, the company appears far more focused on selling new installations and upgrades. For a business entrusted with something as essential as elevator safety, that is deeply disappointing. I can no longer recommend their services.
