Just had my truck serviced here for the first time. I'm very impressed with the service and the mechanic. He was very personable, was on time and didn't leave me waiting (I made an appt ahead of time) and welcoming. They have a small but comfortable waiting area where you can see your vesicle being worked on. I appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary services like most places have done when I book a routine service. Zack Linman was recommended by my doctor -- I was at my appointment 20 miles away from my home and en route my car had started making horrible scraping noises underneath. Zack was able to see me right away and removed the engine shield that had torn away and was hitting the road. He explained its purpose and did not pressure me to get another from him -- even said some people drive around without them. He was so friendly, obviously honest, straightforward and helpful (his garage is a local, family-owned business), that I ordered the new one from him, which he installed very speedily when it came. He pointed out a few other things he'd noticed (need for oil change, and some filters) but without any pressure, just being helpful. I'd definitely recommend him and will go to him again. read more

Bob was one of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. He took his time on my car, really caring about every detail that went into his work. My car recently came out of an oil change *FROM ANOTHER SHOP* and I woke up to oil leaking all over the driveway the next morning as well as the oil level above what it was supposed to be AFTER IT LEAKED ABOUT 2QUARTS!!! I have had horrible, I MEAN HORRIBLE luck with cars, and I am very hard at trusting people with my cars. But when my normal mechanic got a new employee and this happened, I needed to find another shop. Bob is absolutely amazing, He explained everything to me after they were done, went over every detail to make sure I understood what was done and really made me feel comfortable. I took my car in to be looked at because I am going on a 2 week road trip to Colorado and wanted to make sure everything was good to go. After only driving about 7 years and having 5 cars break down on me, I am more than comfortable taking my car on this trip and not only that but I feel that I will be safe and don't even have the thought of anything going wrong in my mind. I wish i could give this shop 0 stars. This shop failed at everything. Poor customer service, poor quality of work. We came to them with a job of cutting, lapping and installing new valves in a motorcycle cylinder head. The first time around, they said the head was done and ready for pick up. I got it back home and tested it for leaks. Well it leaked pretty bad. I took it back and the mechanic tried to say that the leak is normal which its not. In the manual, it states and shows you how to properly test for leaks. Pour solvent or gas into the port and look at the valve for any fluid getting past the valves and if so, perform the lapping process again till no leaks are found. This shop has been testing for leaks the wrong way by putting a sparkplug in and filling the combustion chamber with fluid and looking in the ports for leaks. 30 some years in the business and they have been testing for leaks the wrong way the whole time...The mechanic did not want to hear this at all. Total of 4 times they tried to get the job done right and failed. I left a message for them asking for a call back to find a resolution for the issue and never got a call back. I ended up taking the head to another shop and they fixed the mistakes that linemas garage did. It took them one time to get it right. read more
