I rode down there to be pleasantly surprised by the Service writer Troy and the technician Wes both went out and listened to my Bike. The technician Wes rode my bike, an excellent rider by the way, assured me nothing was wrong but wrote up a service order anyway so it was documented very professional very fair. I asked them what I owed them which they said I owed them nothing highly recommend them from sales to Service to parts.

My bike needed service as it left me stranded, it wouldn't start back up when I reached my destination and had to call AAA to have it towed home. It was nothing that John wasn't able to cure with a full tuneup including chain & sprocket. But since I've passed the 80 age mark, I decided to treat myself to an ECU Flash and I'm so glad I did. No hesitation now when I shift gears and the response is fantastic. I haven't had a chance to determine if my top end has improved yet but am looking forward to testing it to find out. I ride a 2006 Yamaha FZ1 (1000cc) because I'm still too young to slow down. John took care of me and I'm Very Pleased with my decision to have him work on my bike. I'm looking forward to another 10+ years riding this bike, sharing the lane on the 101 & 405 and weaving my way through traffic. They were all so nice and made sure the work was done right. Pancho correctly balanced my wheels because my previous tires got worn out prematurely. He also checked and adjusted the chain sag.
