From the time I started talking to RJ in July he was nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with. When i finally picked up the bike I had been looking at (2022 CVO Street Glide) this past weekend, EVERYONE made the process a breeze. RJ, Chris, the GSM Adam and even the big boss Austin went out of there way to make the purchase process smooth and easy. On top of that, when you walk out and see the guy who runs the entire operation, Austin, detailing your bike because the porters weren't in yet, well, that's just doing what it takes to go the extra mile. After dealing with a number of different H-D dealerships in socal over the last few months Ventura H-D was heads and shoulders above the competition. I will be recommending Ventura to everyone I know that is looking into buying a new Harley. read more

I visited the dealership yesterday in search of a new helmet, having been a rider on both the east coast and now the west coast. I was greeted with a friendly hello and smile from Mikayla in Motor Clothes. She took the time... a lot of time to help me make an informed purchase. Her knowledge of helmets and the variety of types showed years of experience, both as a rider and a consumer. I would definitely recommend Mikayla! read more

If you're looking to buy a Harley, go somewhere else. I've been looking around me at bikes for a few weeks so i checked out the inventory at Ventura Harley Davidson and found one i was interested in.. on the site it said "schedule a test ride!" so i did; on Friday night.. I entered all of the information on the website and went to bed, including all of the information and photos for what i wanted to trade in. When i woke up Saturday morning i got my stuff together and checked the hours, 9am open. I got a phone call just after 9 am and it was "Taxi" asking if i was interested in coming in still and which bike I was interested in, i said yes! I'll be there in an hour. I pulled up at 10am and walked inside, told the staff i was here to see "Taxi" to test ride a bike, they said they were charging the bikes up and they needed to get my i.d. and my information, so i gave them what they needed and sat down after a brief look around. They then came back and asked me for the information on my trade-in.. i told them it was all in the email but i would give it to them again.. they asked if i rode the bike in and i said "no, I'm here to test ride today and if i like it we'll go from there. by this time I had been there for an hour. I asked how much longer this was going to take and if they had a snack machine or something to which they replied "No unfortunately we dont." should be about 20 more minutes. I left and went to go get food and came back a half an hour later. When i made my way back into the showroom i was greeted by the staff that said " we're still charging the bikes can you come back tomorrow on your trade-in? I said "No, i cant come back tomorrow, i scheduled this TEST RIDE yesterday, for today, i had now been there for TWO HOURS waiting to test ride a bike WTF do i need MY bike for?? i turned around and walked out. Apparently Chris was the one that got my emails but i never even saw him but he knew I was there. EFF this place. Worst dealer experience i have ever had. read more

13 years of loyalty, two tune-ups, and I still can't ride. First time, loose gear shifter bolts and steering noise. Second time, a flat tire thanks to their botched valve stem. Their big "thanks"? Six bucks off gloves. After all that, my bike still sits. They don't deserve 13 minutes, let alone 13 years. * I would give the service department a zero 0, 1 is too generous. read more

First, a big THANK YOU to Adam and Dante! I came in a few weeks ago with my wife. We were looking at a used 2017 Road King. We were offered $5500 trade in for our 2004 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. While we were in the showroom, Adam pointed out a 2023 Road King and they said they'd give me $8000 on our trade in towards the new bike. Two weeks later, I got a follow up call from Adam. I went on Ventura HD's website and saw a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic that we really liked and called Adam back deciding to use the Ultra Classic as a trade in. This time, they dropped the trade in value by $1000 and would only give me $4500 for the trade in. The reason? "It's an older bike we're looking at." A bike 4 years older and more mileage dropped the trade in value by $1000?? What kind of crap is this? I remember Adam telling me to list my bike private party for $10,000 because of the pristine condition it was in. I waited for 2 hours to receive an email that Adam said Dante would send once he gets the pictures of the Heritage outside. In that same time frame, I was waiting for Adam to send me a purchase order via email. Two and a half hours later, nothing came. I go to my phone, and Dante had sent a text message of the pictures which I couldn't really see. He called me to tell me he sent them to my email, but it never came through. Adam and Dante, you each get to share a well-deserved star. I'm throwing in an extra star because you both did us a HUGE favor, and we're forever grateful to you both! Thanks to you guys, we're done with Harley-Davidson and the shenanigans at HD dealerships. We've had enough. A few days later we bought a brand new Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster and WOW! This bike is amazing!!! The best part was they gave us more money for a trade in on the Ultra Classic. Dante, best of luck to you sir. As promised during the phone call, here's the Yelp review. read more

Antelope Valley Harley quoted me $24,500 (before I did any negotiating) out the door on the same Low Rider S that these guys had marked up to over $25,000. Every Harley dealer I've searched still has 2023 models on the lot but these guys are charging $1000 dealer mark up? Harley is in trouble. Sales are down year after year and people aren't buying their bikes. They need new riders but some of their dealerships seem to insist on pushing people away. I've said before, Harley Davidson makes motorcycles people want but one of the biggest obstacles is their shady dealership network. $25k? I can get a fully loaded BMW 1000 XR with the premium package and M package for $25k, and head to head spec sheet comparison with the Harley is absolutely brutal. The XR has 170 hp, 200 pounds lighter, liquid cooled, in order of magnitude better suspension and fully loaded with every tech feature imaginable (TFT, 6 ride modes, heated grips, adaptive headlights, GPS ready and on and on). I get that this is just a sales tactic to anchor negotiations around a higher price but Harley should be trying to reduce prices and to attract riders, not increase them and push people away. My sincere advice is if you're looking for a Harley, take an hour drive up the freeway and just go to Laidlaw. read more

I brought my bike in to have tires installed. I told them I had plans Saturday morning to go riding. They wanted to schedule me for next week and I said no I can pull the wheels and take them somewhere else and have my new tires installed. The service department said they would have my bike ready by 10 AM in the morning. They just wanted to pull me in to get the money for the work and disregarded my plans. Horrible customer service.. Another Christmas, another Harley! Last Christmas eve, my boyfriend bought his dream Fatboy. This time, it's my turn, and I get a 2008 Heritage. Again, a wonderfully easy transaction. They even stayed open late for us. I feel the prices are fair, and the bikes are wonderful. Always clean and detailed, no-pressure sales. Greg (our salesman) was our Santa this year! Honestly I came here expecting The "Harley" stigma, and got the complete opposite! I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service and welcoming attitudes. Almost every single associate checked on me while I was waiting on my salesman to finish with other business. Speaking of salesmen, Greg Campbell, WOW! Very friendly, not pushy, laid back guy! I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Greg, Austin, and Taxi worked with me to get an awesome deal on my first Harley. Not only that, I left the bike with them for a day or so to get a couple additions installed before delivery and upon taking delivery even the service department was extremely friendly and seemed knowledgeable about some other things I want to do with the bike. Blake and I believe Dave in the service department checked to make sure everything felt right before I took off into the sunset, literally. I'm truly happy I made the trip here and I'll continue to come back. These guys are family now! Thanks Ventura Harley for making this buying experience a pleasant one from in the door to taking delivery, and I'm sure in the future as well. read more

Great Experience with Greg in sales and so so with Michael JK. Long story short I had a really bad experience with Santa Clarita HD the day before (see my Yelp review there). Drove to Ventura spent the night came in Sunday morning and bought a 2022 RGS Reef Blue/ Vivid Black. I couldn't be happier. I was joking about Michael (sales manager) at least he was honest compared to the previous place. Again great experience thank you Greg! read more

Bought my first Harley this past weekend at Ventura Harley Davidson and had the best dealer experience I've ever had whether it be for a car or motorcycle. I ended up getting a 2022 Low Rider S. Patrick worked with me that day and was incredibly helpful and prioritized my experience even though there were hundreds of people there that due to an event that happened to be going on. The paperwork was straightforward and transparent, and the sales and finance department were all willing to listen to my questions. Finding an agreement was easy and I did not at any point feel pressured to go in any direction with the deal that I was not comfortable with. You can tell everyone here has a passion for motorcycles and enjoys the community of other bike enthusiasts. I am looking forward to coming back here for parts, accessories and any questions I might have. Thank you! read more

I recently came into the Ventura Harley Davidson location to purchase myself a new riding jacket and a couple of t shirts as I recently acquired a Harley. Upon entering the store I was not greeted by anyone and was more or less avoided and ignored for the first several minutes of my being in the store. I approached a woman named Victoria about trying on a jacket and she could not have been less helpful. The store was more or less empty and she was extremely rude and made me feel like I was being rushed. I felt very unwelcomed and like more of a burden than a customer. I ultimately just left and confirmed that I will never return to this location. I was thrilled to finally have a Harley Davidson store in my area but I think I'll just make the trip to the Glendale location moving forward. I can at least count on being treated like a human being over there. read more

The experience at Ventura Harley Davidson buying my 2023 Road-Glide was top notch. Greg the financial manager, and Shawn the sales person were very professional, answering all my questions and making me feel at home. I went to several other dealerships in LA and OC, but Ventura by far was the most cost effective bike buying experience. Greg and Shawn worked really hard to get the lowest possible price, they are straight shooters "no BS!" It goes without saying I highly recommend taking the trip to Ventura Harley. DC119 read more

We came in randomly to the dealership to window shop. Andrew Green welcomed us with open arms and guided us in all our questions, even some of the dumb questions we had. We fell in love with a trike, which was perfect for my parents who are getting up there in age. Andrew made us feel like family, and we became dead set on the trike. Even though we came in 4 pm, we ended up sitting for negotiation at 4:45 pm. When we started negotiation, Greg Cambell came to the table. We have been thru car negotiations before, and those always felt like we were fighting to avoid being cheated. But with Greg he was open and transparent with us, and extremely fair. He got us the best deal, and we truly felt like this was best experience we have had. All of this led to us purchasing the trike right away, and both Andrew and Greg stayed late helping take care of all the paperwork and formality. Please come here to support such a great dealership, we surely will come back to purchase merch now that we are part of the Harley family. read more

Our journey from Yuma, AZ to Ventura, CA began by waking up early at 2 AM, so we could meetup and hit the road by 4 AM. We arrived just in time to join the ride from Ventura Harley-Davidson to the Ventura Black Sheep Harley-Davidsons for Christ's 4th Annual Teen Challenge Fundraiser. Despite the early start, we were wide awake and had the privilege of witnessing an incredible event. The women shared extraordinary testimonies and displayed remarkable talent. However, the real story I want to share began after the event when I got a flat tire. Although HOG's roadside assistance was available, it was Ventura Harley-Davidson's service department that truly saved the day. They bypassed the wait for roadside assistance by sending a tow truck themselves and stayed late (we arrived after their service department closed) to replace my tire. Their dedication ensured I could ride back tomorrow with the rest of the group as planned and hopefully beat the triple-digit heat. Dave, the service manager, personally performed the service, and Blake was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with over the phone. Dave even took the extra time to completely service the bike with the wheel off taking care of my brakes and lubricating what needed it. My kickstand was the cherry on top, I didn't know it could go down so smoothly. It's unimaginable how this weekend could have turned out without their exceptional help. I am forever grateful to the team at Ventura Harley-Davidson. Thank you! read more

First time rider, first time bike. So as all of us know (or should) this pandemic has kept us in doors. The time was needed for me to find a bike. Really there wouldn't be a better time or place for that matter. I was looking through different online market places, private sellers and I just didn't feel secure. With money in mind I didn't want to really get into financing until I found my 03 Harley Dyna FXDL anniversary edition. I inquired online and got a call from a salesman, Patrick who walked me through bikes, primarily sizes. I didn't want to go too small but I didn't want to feel insecure on a bigger bike. Patrick made me feel confident because of how are conversations went. I believe he would steer you if you didn't seem like you had enough understanding and respect of what you're even looking for. Long story short, Patrick and Michael in finance worked me up the deal which let's be honest, it was pretty full pop but they hooked me up with a gift card and some good polish. I felt taken care of. Both were extremely knowledgeable and we had a good time. I definitely look forward to coming back while making my way up PCH. Thanks dudes! read more

He introduced us to the service manager and staff, parts staff, etc. Dan went over the bike (2021 Heritage Classic) in detail after the purchase. Just a plain good experience. Never once did we feel the kind of sales pressure we are used to from car purchases. Just a feeling that everyone wanted to make sure I had the bike I wanted and would enjoy for years.
