    Just wanted to put a Review for Cynthia in sales here... Recently my mother and I have been looking for a second car but were having trouble finding one in our area for a decent price. Cynthia sourced us a car the same day and even drove all the way back from San Diego to get the car delivered. Deal was made perfect for a car that no other dealership had and the whole process took less time than an oil change. Could not recommend Cynthia any more! If anyone needs a car used or new she will take care of you. Thanks!!

    I will start by saying this has to be one of the worst experiences yet. I strongly recommend you find another Honda to do business with, and if you must do business here, stay away from Cynthia Sosa!! I arrived at the dealer on Saturday, I drove from the San Fernando Valley over here. We went in with the idea of checking out the vehicle, talking some numbers and see if we would get offered a deal we can't refuse. Cynthia Sosa was the person we had the unfortunate luck to meet. Everything started normal, she greeted us, asked what brought us here and even thanked us for making the drive. We went in looking for a very specific vehicle, the 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring in red. Very few dealers had this vehicle in stock it was very hard to find one, so when we saw this dealer had it we decided to make the trip. When we told Cynthia about the specific vehicle we were in for, she went looking for it. She told us the vehicle was in stock but it was in the backlot, but she found a vehicle identical to the one we came for, only difference is that it was a different color. My wife and I thought that was a little weird because after all, we came to see that specific vehicle. My wife and I brushed it off thinking as long as we get to drive one that's the same model/trim what difference does the color make, it will still drive the same. The whole time she was very talkative and chatty which we liked, made us feel comfortable, tho that didn't last long. We went on a test drive, my wife fell in love with the way it drove. We headed back into the dealer to talk numbers. She immediately went into taking our information before we started talking numbers. This is where everything went completely downhill. In the couple of car deals I have done, I have always asked if we could talk numbers without having our credit ran, as we were still keeping our options open with two other dealers we had found that had the exact vehicle we were looking for. In the dozen of dealers I've been to it's NEVER been a problem. To the experienced buyer, we know to always shop around and not expect to buy from the first dealer you visit, unless of course the deal is just that good. Cynthia Sosa completely flipped like a switch. Her attitude went from 0 - 100 so quick it's insane. She hit us with, "Then why did you drive all the way here, you could have done all that online..." once again with an insane amount of attitude, like she was annoyed/mad that we even asked that. Yes I know and I get deals can be done thru the phone, but who buys a vehicle without test driving it first? She immediately shot us down saying "then you aren't ready to buy a vehicle, come back when you are ready to buy, and then we will talk." Umm yeah no, there will be no next time, we will definitely NOT be coming back, especially NOT with Cynthia. She claims she just likes to be direct with everyone. I understand this as I also work in the dealership business, but there is a right way and a wrong way, and she was DEFINITELY doing it the wrong way. I should add my wife and I are young, mid 20's. Reason I add this is because of just the plain disrespect of the way she was talking to us. I guarantee if it were to have been an older couple she would not be speaking the way she spoke to us. To wrap this up she pretty much kicked us out by saying that whole "come back where you're ready to make a deal." On a happier note, we went to a different Honda dealer, where it was the total opposite of this dealer! We ended up getting our CR-V from the different Honda at an incredible deal, with a salesmen who didn't mind and actually praised us for thinking about talking numbers before our credit was ran. I would love to include the dealers name we went to along with the salesman, but I don't want Honda of Oxnard to have an excuse to potentially take this down. Took it back and they resealed it and returned it back to me, making me believe they had completely checked and finally finished their work. A year later, I had it checked somewhere else, and was so upset to find out, I had been driving my car with VERY little oil!!! The bastard never had refilled the oil in my transmission after they had failed to seal it properly!! Very incompetent shop! I'm surprised if they have any returning customers! Also, my steering wheel kept shaking after the transmission repair, and they kept telling me it was normal! I don't want to even give them one star! But I accidentally pressed it and can't undo it!

We were dealing with an incident claim at the nearby Walmart auto center (they broke our windshield during an OIL CHANGE. DO NOT RECOMMEND) and randomly found Parra's on maps. Mr Parra himself was already with a customer but came over to us as soon as he was done with them. He very quickly assessed the issue, asked us to park closer, fixed it immediately (even though we ordered a misfiring part). And then didn't charge us a dime. He said it was a safety necessity for our kids on board. I will be coming back for all future work, he was clearly an expert and natural. I'm not sure if the negative reviews just met a completely different man? He does not care about juicing customers for money. He is fast paced and knowledgeable. Works well on the fly. Maybe you have to catch him on a Sunday? Maybe you have to have a good attitude? All I know is, he will be fair in pricing and know a lot about your car. I will be driving up from LA to see him every time I need.

He was very professional, detail oriented and most importantly, he kept in constact contact with me in all of my visits to the shop. This really helped me proritize the services that were really needed versus the ones that could wait for another visit.
