    Wow!! What can I say about Donald!! He was amazing from the start. We came in frustrated from other dealerships and he made us feel comfortable and secure the entire process. He got us out the door with a brand new 2025 and the absolute sweetest deal! If you need a new car and need help.. go in and ask for Donald, you will not be disappointed!     Sales Rep Donald Reyes was amazing! Not only did he get a good deal he surpassed my expectations! I said to him during the heatwave on the first visit. I will be back. It's important that we please don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. I have a budget and I know where I need to be. He was cordial and thanked us! We came back as promised. Not only was Donald understanding he was compassionate. He helped my mom get into a car that met her needs without having to sacrifice a lower car package/option. We need more sales associate like him! Relatable and understandable to the customers need. To summarize the evening he placed a red bow on the car. That was the icing on the cake! We've never experienced this and it was a nice treat! After all it's truly a gift isn't it? Thank you Donald! Keep up the amazing work and thanks for helping the community one family at a time!

A year later, I had it checked somewhere else, and was so upset to find out, I had been driving my car with VERY little oil!!! The bastard never had refilled the oil in my transmission after they had failed to seal it properly!! Very incompetent shop! I'm surprised if they have any returning customers! Also, my steering wheel kept shaking after the transmission repair, and they kept telling me it was normal! I don't want to even give them one star! But I accidentally pressed it and can't undo it!

We were dealing with an incident claim at the nearby Walmart auto center (they broke our windshield during an OIL CHANGE. DO NOT RECOMMEND) and randomly found Parra's on maps. Mr Parra himself was already with a customer but came over to us as soon as he was done with them. He very quickly assessed the issue, asked us to park closer, fixed it immediately (even though we ordered a misfiring part). And then didn't charge us a dime. He said it was a safety necessity for our kids on board. I will be coming back for all future work, he was clearly an expert and natural. I'm not sure if the negative reviews just met a completely different man? He does not care about juicing customers for money. He is fast paced and knowledgeable. Works well on the fly. Maybe you have to catch him on a Sunday? Maybe you have to have a good attitude? All I know is, he will be fair in pricing and know a lot about your car. I will be driving up from LA to see him every time I need.

First, I do want to take a moment to thank my service advisor Andrew, he is everything you want a service to be. He was very professional, detail oriented and most importantly, he kept in constact contact with me in all of my visits to the shop. The other thing I really liked about this place was the way that they send you a detailed report with pictures of the issues they find with your vehicle and classify them as urgent/routine. This really helped me proritize the services that were really needed versus the ones that could wait for another visit. And lastly, I love the fact that at no point in our interaction did I feel pressured into any services or was I forced to use them for specific products. I told them I was getting my Tires at costco, mostly for the cost and they were very honest with me when they said they could not beat their prices. For these reasons is why I am now choosing ABC Auto Care as my primary source for Auto repair needs.

Issac was very helpful in the office, and easy to talk to. - Expert diagnosis: Rafael in the shop performed both complete service inspection and alignment inspection. He identified important damage unavailable on Carfax report. Backed up everything with detailed photos pointing out damage and also excessive outer tire wear issues etc. and made all necessary recommendations for me to take with me to the dealer. - Expert Follow-up: They talked me through the whole diagnostic inspection, and then emailed me the complete inspection report within the hour. From the very…read morebeginning, he reassured me that my car would be repaired the right way, even while my insurance company was trying to cut corners at every step. He was honest, knowledgeable, confident, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Nick fought nonstop with my insurance company to make sure the repairs were done properly -- no shortcuts, no cheap aftermarket parts, no settling for "good enough." He went back and forth with them multiple times and handled all the supplemental approvals necessary to make sure my car was restored correctly. You can tell he truly knows this industry inside and out and understands exactly how to deal with insurance companies that try to minimize costs at the expense of quality. Most importantly, he was absolutely right about everything he told me from day one. My car came out BEAUTIFUL. It honestly looks perfect, and I'm beyond grateful for the care, attention to detail, and professionalism from everyone at Ventura Collision Center. I also appreciated something small that actually said a lot about their integrity. After everything they dealt with fighting my insurance company, there was still a tiny supplemental balance left over -- literally $12.01 -- and Nick basically said doing things the right way matters more than squeezing every last dollar out of the situation. That mindset probably explains why this shop has such a great reputation in the first place. If you want a shop that will advocate for you, communicate with you, and repair your vehicle the right way instead of the cheapest way, this is the place to go. Nick and his team are outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I hope nobody ever needs collision repair, but if you do, this is absolutely the place to go.
