I am very happy with the service I received! I bought my used car back in September after it had been sent to this shop for fallen tree damage (In July). Later that month I noticed leaking coming from the roof/windshield and kept an eye on it until I finally contacted the man I bought the car from. He advised me to reach out to Superior Auto Body directly- he is a loyal customer for a reason! When I informed the staff, they urged me to let them inspect it over the weekend and do a free consultation. We set up a time, and the day after I dropped it off, I received a call stating they had found the issue. Everything happened very quickly, I was notified of each step and got my car back in just a few days. They fixed the seal on my windshield free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience. I was new to the area and hit a deer. Asked around and these folks received high praise. They fixed my car, no fuss, no muss, no go backs and worked with the Insurance company. Following year, another dear! They handled it again. Then came the telephone pole incident. Love tap on the bumper shattered a plastic quarter panel. Oops!! Repairs were accurate and well executed. Then there was a deer in another town, where I work. Insurance company wanted me to use their local preferred shop and as the car was not drivable I was rather stuck. OMG, that was a miserable experience!! 4 years later I was refixing their screw ups and yes, the insurance company was paying for it again and again. Side swiped in a traffic circle?? Back to Superior Auto!! New paint pealing from that other shops shoddy work?? Superior Auto body to the rescue! My 300,000 mile car started showing rust starting in a couple spots. I have been taking cars here for 11 years now. Still get great service. So of course, my car went to Superior Auto body again. read more

What a great job they did on my sons Silverado. He's overseas with his wife and family in the military. Everything was detailed in the proposal and they stayed in contact with the insurer throughout the process. They even went so far as to vacuum the inside of the car. I am very particular with my cars and I was heartbroken when my perfect 2010 CRV got a bad dent on the right rear quarter panel. Superior Auto Body came well recommended by several people but I remained skeptical that I would forever notice a hint of damage. Turned out that the body work looks excellent and I cannot see any clue of previous damage. I am very happy with the repair. The people were very nice and helpful. The work was scheduled within a reasonable time and completed as promised and on time. By the way, their estimate was in the middle of the lowest and highest of three estimates. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, the process was painless. They turned what was a bad experience (the damage) into a good experience. I highly recommend! read more

Very impressed! Great customer experience! My husband recently brought his truck here when a deer ran into the side of him. A couple of weeks later, I had a tree branch fall on my car which caused some body damage. Both of us had a positive experience. I would use their services again and would highly recommend Superior Auto Body. Professional and courteous staff. Handled arrangements with insurance company. I dont know where to begin. We took our SUV for repair work from an accident with a deer to Superior. On the first pickup, our sonar detection to auto stop our vehicle did not work. So we took it back to Superior to check the sonar. We were told it was on recall and it wasn't there problem to fix, even though the sonar was on the same side where the deer struck the SUV. An associate from Superior handed my husband a internet printed recall slip for us to take to the dealership to have them repair. WHAT!!!! OK, we took it to the dealership with the recall paper Superior gave us and was told this wasn't a mandatory recall and they couldn't understand why Superior wouldn't fix the sonar and submit the bill to the insurance. The mechanic at the dealership was nice enough to look at the sonar and said we needed a bracket. A phone call was made to Superior about the encounter with the dealership and I had to argue with the lady on the phone at Superior to order a bracket. So 3rd or 4th time to Superior and not having a car for a week on each visit, we picked up our car again and it was making this herendous squealing noise when you would accelerate. I was so afraid to take the vehicle back to Superior, that I had to call my insurance company and ask if we could take it somewhere else to get it fixed. So we took it back to the dealership and it turns out, Superior did something to the transmission by not hooking up something properly. The dealership told us that if we would have drove the vehicle we would have destroyed our transmission (from Superior's negligence) and would have needed a new transmission. This ordeal has been going on since December 2021 and it is now May 2022. We finally tried to use the air conditioner, May 2022, and guess what, Superior didn't fix that either, so another trip to the dealership for the ac. Thank goodness this is our 3rd car and didn't interfere with our daily life, but if we only had 2 cars and all of the shotty workmanship caused by Superior, this would have been a HUGE inconvenience to a family who needed their 2nd car. When I decided to have my car repaired at Superior auto body , it turned out to be the worse decision I've made in my adult life ! I spoke with the insurance adjuster it was agreed to have certain repairs done on the car . The vehicle was wrecked on the passenger side - passenger side mirror was knocked off the bumper was disengaged had scratch marks the the length of the vehicle. With an agreement that the repairs would be made I left the car at Superior Auto . I picked the vehicle up three weeks later, at which time I discovered that the bumper had not been repaired they said that they had tighten the bumper up so that it wouldn't slip off of its bracket, they had not I could pull the bumper off the body of the car the paneling on the passenger side door was not securely attached to the door they glued it on to hold it in place, the morrow would not stay in place it would move about without touching the controls. I was told that the insurance company ( travelers ) had changed the estimate on the repairs to the vehicle . After having signed an agreement with Superior that no repairs would be changed without notifying the owner of the vehicle, I was never contacted about the change of repairs ! Not by superior auto body or the insurance adjuster. Apparently Superior autobody colluded with the insurance company to rip me off . I would never trust this company with another vehicle of mine ! And I urge the public to do the same ! Hopefully I'll have my day in court with these guys !!! read more
