Great place great people. Loved Nicole she took my hair from long to short and listened when I said cut more. I am very happy with my hair cut. read more

Jazz was AMAZING! It was my first time coming into this location and I will definitely be coming back. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I had mentioned I was cold when she did the Tea Tree scalp massage and so she gave me a hot towel to hold on to. Just when the towel went cold she gave me a new one to hold on to and wrapped another towel around my hands to keep the heat in. The Tea Tree experience with her was the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend her. She was upbeat and very friendly. Knew a lot of customers by name. read more

Supercuts - Hair Salons Near Me - San Dimas, California

This place is awesome! I have been to other Supercuts near me and never have I been treated so wonderfully as I was at this location. My stylist Jessica McKenzie was so professional and made me feel at home. Not to mention gave me the most beautiful cut and color I have ever received. I have been to many "High end" beauty salons and I was impressed with the level of quality and expertise of the ladies in this store. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and accommodating. My hair is very important to me and I will trust it with no one else from here on out. Thank you Jessica & the wonderful team at Supercuts San Dimas. read more

Very nice for the price! Only paid $20 for a haircut and it was exactly as I had asked for. I am going to go back again and get it cut shorter because I had asked for it a little longer. Nicole was my stylist and she did exactly as I asked. I asked for my hair to be cut about 3-4 inches below my shoulder and she did just that. Only now am I realizing that I think I would like it a little shorter. Very wonderful care. Nicole was very friendly and good at what she does! read more

Was just in there and got my hair and beard cut by a pale girl in the back left. She didnt give her name and I think its because she doesnt want her work traced back to her. I have very clear and simple instructions of what I wanted. 2 on the sides with a mid fade and an inch off the top..... there is no fade of any kind, the top is cut uneven, and only 2 hairs were cut off my beard. And the entire time, my face and eyes were covered in hair and she would joke about how all the hair is on my face instead of actually doing anything about it! No blower or brush was ever used. The entire cut she had me facing away from the mirror so I had no idea what was going on. When she finally handed me the mirror I was horrified and had to point out 3 times were it was uneven or patchy. After that, I gave up on her and just wanted to leave. I wanted to go back in and have them try to save it, but I really dont trust this place at all. I will not be returning and please take this review as a warning if you are thinking of coming here. read more

I called at 1:57 to see if Isaiah was there. Was told yes will be until 4:30. Person asked if she could put my name down. I declined as I was in Hacienda Heights, the traffic was staring so I did not know how long it would take. Got here at 2:36 and was told he was not there. I referred to the the call I made and was told they sent him home. No apology or nothing. NEVER going back, sorry Isaiah. I only love 1/2 block away but will happily go farther for professionalism. read more

I've gone to this super cuts location a handful of times. I have never had a bad experience until today. Today I checked in, Expected wait time 15 minutes. 40 minutes go by and I'm not called. I get up to go to the bathroom and they take someone who walked in after me. I walked out without a hair cut and 45 minutes wasted. Not returning to this location for sure. read more

Very happy with my color and cut, it looked like a very expensive style and it was extremely affordable. They were also very nice.

It is hard to know where to begin. I have been coming to this Supercuts for the last two years and service has always been excellent. The team is friendly and I have never had a bad cut. However, on May 9th they took it to another level..... I was leaving for a business trip out of the country on the 10th (yes..Mother's Day). I had been tied up all day that Saturday the 9th in Pasadena. By the time I made it back to San Dimas, it was 7:20pm when I walked in the the front door of this Supercuts. Did I mention that they close at 7pm. They had forgotten to lock the door and I was able to sneak in. Jazz, the manager told me that they were closed but when I explained to her why I was delayed and that I was leaving for a business trip the next day she sat me down and not only gave me a great cut but took her time. I never felt like she was rushing to get me out the door. in fact she said sh was going to make sure I looked good for my meetings on this trip. I am truly grateful for Jazz going the extra mile for me that Saturday. I will forever be a customer at this Supercuts as long as that team is there. 5 STARS!!! I'd give 6 if I could. read more

Maricela is phenomenal . I've been following her for YEARS:-) I'm not sure if she is the manager but she sure knows how to run the place. Very efficient. the other girls are great as well. Better than all the other nearby locations that's for sure! Go here for a great cut. read more

I used to come here a lot when I lived in town and never really had an issue besides it's a bit pricey(I just shave my head a #2 and it's almost 25$). I recently moved back in town and went in tonight at 6:45pm. It wasn't busy AT ALL and I was the only one waiting. One of the employees had been finished with her client for atleast 20 minutes and still didn't acknowledge me what so ever. I understand if you're reluctant to cutting my hair because you're swamped and or it's close to closing time but that wasn't the case. Needless to say I won't be returning read more

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The woman who did my haircut was very attentive to what I wanted, and made sure that I liked it. She was careful and thoughtful in her decisions, and confident in the advice she gave me. I'm very happy with how my hair came out! read more

I went to Super Cuts. minimal wait for a stylist. reasonable prices. Very friendly hairdresser Jessica and she cut it exactly as I described and it looks fabulous. definitely returning read more

I've been pretty happy overall here. I exclusively go to Jazz after a bad experience with another stylist. Jazz is very friendly, professional, and consistently cuts my hair to my liking. She is one of the most requested - if not the most - at this Supercuts, so be sure to call ahead. read more

Super sweet girls, but only getting 3 stars due to insane prices. My 6 year old got a trim and blow dry and I was charged $33 for her! I will stick to my high end salon in La Verne where they do my kids hair for $15 each! That includes shampoo, cut, and style! Never again will I pay that much. Shame on you, Super Cuts!! read more

After a not so great visit Jazz redeemed this supercuts. She knew exactly who I was when I called to talk to her about my experience after I expressed my unhappiness here. Which just shows me how dedicated she is to having satisfied customers. She asked me back to fix things and went out of her way to ensure that my little boys hair looked great. She was welcoming when I came back and thorough in the cut and explaining of my little ones hair. I was impressed by this because it was getting busy and she still didn't make me feel rushed. Jazz knew many customers by name when they walked in they were genuinely happy to see her. Very satisfied with this visit. read more

First time ever to get a haircut from a Supercuts ‍I am giving the Supercuts on W. Arrow Hwy in San Dimas a 5-Star rating due to Isaiah who cut my hair today. I needed my bangs and dry ends trimmed which is exactly what Isaiah did He is such a caring and kind person, and today is his birthday! Happy Birthday Isaiah! I also got an Olaplex No. 3 for the same price on Amazon! If you need a haircut or hair products, give this place a try! read more

Usually I get my ears lowered by whomever. This time around it was Suejays turn, shes cut my hair once before but this time it was different. She guided me step by step, snip by snip. Very knowledgeable and it turned out well. Next time I come back, I'll wait around all day for her if I have to. read more

After moving to LA 6 years ago, and trying different places that charged $95 and $110 for a haircut, I was still dissatisfied with my haircuts. My husband suggested Supercuts, and I was like, "Really??" So 5 years later, I am still going to this Supercuts in San Dimas even though I live 50 miles away at the beach. Suhey gives me a great cut everytime and listens to everything I tell her in regards to my cut and never does anything to your hair without asking first. From my observation, the rest of the staff seems to give pretty good cuts as well. Service is great and the salon is very welcoming! (By the way, I did try two more salons closer to my home, and I always go back to Suhey!) read more

Richard has followed Sujey for 12 years, her haircuts are that good!

Luisa was great and made my mess of hair look good. Both working were nice and chatted so it made the time fly by.

My first time here after moving into the area and it was awesome. Luisa cut my hair and she was fantastic. The whole place was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be returning. read more

Jessica is the best & I wouldn't trust anyone else with my haircut or color match. I'm satisfied everytime. I would give 5 stars but the 17 little mexican clerk up front is rude & kept giving me dirty looks the whole time. Who hires these lousy people that have to interact with other human beings. Work in the back if you don't want to interact with other people. Lose the attitude or remember you're the one who filled out the application for this job. There is no time for the adolescent behavior. The world won't coddle you. I'll keep complaining until her attitude changes. read more

Jessica - THANK YOU! I love my haircut and I'm normally super picky. It has volume, the layers are better than I ever expected, and I still feel like I have length! Plus, it's healthier now! Thank you x a million! read more

Finding a decent place to get my hair cut has always been a challenge. By decent I mean 3 things, no long waits, reasonably priced, and having a nice looking hair cut. This place fits all 3 categories pretty well for me. $19 cuts, I never waited longer than 10 minutes, and I am satisfied with my hair cut. This place in particular fades the sides really well so I am never nervous about going too short. This will be my go to barber until one of my 3 categories are violated. I've been happy with my cuts 4 times now and I recommend you check it out. read more

Definitely the only super cuts that knows how to listen to my directions on cutting my hair. It's a simple cut and I switched over to this location rather than the one off of badillo. Poor stylist selection there. I'm happy of the people who cut my hair here and so far I'll continue going back for more cuts. read more

Had my first experience at this Supercuts and I was beyond impressed with the service. Luisa did a great job on my grandma's cut and color and showed great customer service-she even went as far as finding a sweatshirt for her because she was cold. Bri did a fabulous job on my color and cut. She went above and beyond my expectations, blow drying and curling my hair at no additional fee in order to replicate the picture I brought in as a reference. She took her time with the color and I felt like she wasn't rushed but rather wanted to make sure she was thorough. Any way.. Extremely pleased with the service and atmosphere.. Will definitely be coming back read more

Called ahead and was seated right away. Lucy was my stylist and she was very comforting to talk to, she understood just what I wanted. I am completely satisfied with my service and I will be returning :D read more

Soooo after I got my bill I decided to update my review as I am a little disappointed about the added fee's that I didn't expect. I'm sure the stylist are encouraged to push products but when she said, "I'm going to put this awesome conditioner on your hair that will make it soft and shiny", I didn't realize I was going to be charged for it and it was $15 at that!!! The entire bottle sells in the store for $25. Umm, I'm not happy about that but, of course I paid, I didn't wanna be rude since I do LOVE my hair. BUT seriously LADIES, tell your customers that the extra's cost MONEY so we can decide if we wanna pay before you just add it on. I was totally blindsided. Then I was charged $2.00 for a "Request Fee". What is that? I mean, I did call ahead and request Gloria, so you mean I'm being charged to have my hair done by a specific person, really? So, don't do what I did and pay, instead INQUIRE what you are being charged for!!! I honestly don't know if I will go back now.. : ( read more

Jazz is my hero. She has been cutting my hair for a number of years and always gets it right. Friendly, outgoing, always seems to know the customers when they come in. A joy to have her handle my difficult hair. Would recommend to anyone anytime ! read more

People are friendly and over the years they have done a fine job. However, they claim that you can call ahead and be put ahead of walk-ins that come in after your call. This is not true at all. I called 30 minutes ahead and was told that there was only 1 person in front of me. When I arrived they checked me in and then 5 minutes later they took another person ahead of me. OK, fine then because I was told that she also called in. However, 7 minutes later they took another person. I wait another 10 minutes and the manager comes out and takes someone else and announces that there was yet another person that would be taken before me. I left the business without getting my haircut and was never contacted. read more

My family and I have been coming here for years. We love Jazz. She does such an amazing job on girl and boy cuts. I have never left un happy. Because she does such a great job I refuse to every let anyone else touch my hair. read more

So my favorite barber moved away and I was totally afraid of looking for new places that my hair grew to an unruly mess. I have short hair and didn't have great experiences at most Salons near me and barber shops are pretty intimidating. My friend on a whim went to supercuts and his hair looked great so I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did! Nicole greeted me right away and totally took care of me. I'm really happy with how quickly and nice they treated me here and definitely coming back. Thank you again! read more

I've always had my hair long. Never cut it above my shoulders. It was down to my butt so I decided to donate it. I go in and ask if she's experienced with EXTREMELY natural curly hair and she says "oh yeah of course sit down." Mind you my hair is straight right now because I straightened it so I could donate more. I tell her this and she just kind go nods her head. SHE RUINED MY HAIR. It's uneven. There's layers that aren't supposed to be there. She didn't cut it the way I wanted it at all. She didn't give me advice afterwards. She made me regret ever cutting my hair. This place is horrible. I went in a week ago with my little brother and showed her EXACTLY how I wanted it cut on him and a picture of him cut with it and I told her the exact measurements. Another lady messed up his hair entirely. It was crooked. It was messy. It wasn't even styled afterwards. There was a HUGE lump in the middle of his hair. This place is horrible and I'm never coming here again. The prices are outrageous as well. And the wait times are even worse even WITH making an appointment. The employees are rude and they rush you. So thank you for making me regret ever cutting my hair and for making me feel like I'm less beautiful. I really appreciate it. If I could give this a negative number I would. read more

my friend goes to supercuts off arrow hwy and every time i tag along its always a great time!! since i live close to the one off grand and badillo ,i made the mistake of going to that s location. so i made the appt for my mom , ( she never had a haircut for over 15 yrs. she was so nervous, but needed it to be done for my brothers wedding. )so this was a big deal. super excited !! but as soon as i walk in , i instamtly got turned off. wasn't greeted, ( btw i am super big on customer service. i work in sales) wasnt made eye contact, 2 employees seem like they were annoyed i was there. didn't feel welcome at all. so i was so upset , didn't want either touching my mom's hair. so i left!!! but this one, off of arrow, saved super cuts reputation. specifically, jessica!! she not only made me feel welcomed, her customer service went above and beyond, she not only cut and style my mom hair, (which my whole family loved and she loved ) i decided to get my hair colored, cut, deep conditioned ,style, eyebrows waxed , and she took the time and taught me how to style my new hair do, advise me to purchase hair products . walked out supppppperrrr happy that i gave her a 50 dollar tip!! well deserved!!! so please don't go to any other location, go to this one off of arrow!! see jessica!! she will definately take care of you read more
