DENISE gave me an uneven butchered haircut. My friend who was watching let Denise know my hair was looking uneven. Denise kept cutting saying she has been doing this for over 35 years. I put my trust in Denise. Ignoring my friend. I even showed Denise pictures of how I wanted my haircut. It looked okay while wet so we checked out. I provided my military credentials at which time Denise seemed totally confused stating she didn't care to see my ID. I mentioned that veterans receive a discount. She flat out said NO we don't. I said oh okay but we USE to get a 20% discount with Supercuts. Denise argued saying NO we didn't. NO Supercuts doesn't give military discounts. Whatever is all I could say as I showed her Supercuts website where it says 20% discount for veterans. Denise said 'I don't care about what you're trying to show me. I paid full price for my cut. Total was 23.00 plus tax and a 3.00 tip. When I arrived home my friend and I looked closer at my now obviously uneven haircut. On the sides of my head it looks like bozo the clown. The back is way too short and all my curls are now gone. Again I DID show her pictures of how I wanted it. I will NEVER return to this Supercuts. Serving for our country is an honor but to lay one's life on the line and be told oh we don't care about that, after showing military credentials...kinda makes the unseen scars of war, which I carry inside, more painful. NO military discount. Even though I tried to show her Supercuts corporate website. . We have freedom in this country but the price is the lost lives of soldiers. All veterans...attention on deck! DO NOT ATTEND THIS LOCATION. I will modify this review once I see about a full refund on my uneven cut. I will be contacting corporate next. I would NOT recommend this place. The woman named Alex was rude and lost all interest in helping me once she realized I was not buying shampoo. Within 5 minutes, she'd cut my hair dry, straight across, and several inches too short. I lost more than 6 inches of hair, and am going to lose more correcting her mistake. I went online and looked up what they offered with a SuperColor and this store offered highlights, which I wanted. I show up to the salon, show the stylist my picture, and she laughed in my face and said she didn't do highlights, and neither did the other stylist there. I had to go with a trim that I didn't want and I was unable to get the highlights. Super Cuts- hire stylist who can do the basics please; I am so disappointed and mad, my hair looks horrible and it was a waste of 30 minutes and $25. 1 Star- do fucking better. read more

I came in yesterday for a men's haircut and was lucky enough that Flor was 1 of 2 stylists there. She was very professional, great conversationalist, and did an EXCELLENT job cutting and styling my hair. Since this was my first time at supercuts I was a little apprehensive, but Flor did an outstanding job that made my wife and I very happy. Hopefully Flor stays there for a while, but if not, I think she's good enough to follow to another salon should Supercuts not work out! THANKS FLOR! read more

My son has been here twice now and Shannon has done an outstanding job on both visits. My son does not like to see his hair on the front of him during his hair cut. Nor does he like it to touch his face. He cannot stand a mess. In fact, he has left in tears from other establishments never wanting a hair cut again! Shannon takes time to understand his needs and does an outstanding job of making him feel relaxed. No one else has been able to accomplish this in the past. Wish i could give this 0 stars. I came here cause i just needed a trim and couldn't go to my usual hair lady and the girl doing my hair - Alex- told me i had head lice. Of course i freaked out and my anxiety went through the roof.. so i rushed to the doctor and went to a professional hairdresser who i know personally and both of them confirmed i did NOT have lice. These people don't know what they're talking about and should really be sure before telling someone they have lice. i called to inform them and they were passive aggressive. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

The haircuts aren't bad but they always seem to have a full waiting area with like two people working, one of them actually giving the haircuts. Understaffed. Which is a management problem. I came here for a haircut before Christmas. The lady Maria who cut my hair was very sweet and did a good job. However there was a tall skinny older lady with short Gray hair who is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Maria cut some hair off and then asked if it was short enough and I said no I'd like to go shorter. The Gray lady came over and basically accused me of trying to get two haircuts in a one. EXCUSE ME!? I wasn't doing anything complicated, just a simple cut. My hair is very thin and doesn't take long to cut. She was incredibly disrespectful to me in front of everyone else in the salon. Dee talked to me about a style that would work great for my hair type as I wasn't sure which way to go with it. She was so friendly, helpful and experienced. Dee did an amazing job on my hair.
