I usually do not trust people with my hair and we do not have a korean stylist back home so i either get my hair cut in korea or travel to get it done. They were able to take me later in the day on a Saturday luckily when i called in finding out they are koreans! I got my hairwashed, cut and styled. I asked to cut 2inches off long layers, and long face framing side bangs. The shortest bang length was to my mouth.I LOve how she styled my hair and how everything turned out!! She just moved from LA a few months ago and she did so so well. Please move to orlando!! Haha Price wise is around $50 but its pretty much the same as anywhere else you go. It's hard to find a salon that styles and works with my hair (thick black somewhat frizzy hair). But finally find my go to spot! Elly and her team were amazing. What really stood out was the fact that she did NOT rush throughout the entire time and realllly took the time to cut and make sure I was comfortable. They provide personal lockers for you to put your bag in and hand you a robe. I got my hair washed and it was relaxing. Put a small blanket over me, a small eye mask on top and told me to just relax. Afterwards, I was taken to the chair and Elly began asking some questions as to the cut and style and worked her magic. What reallly stood out was the time, care and focus on cutting and styling. I have a LOT of split ends so my hair gets tangled a LOT. But I rarely felt any tugging and noticed it's because she didn't just yank the comb through my hair. She did it gently and once she reached a tangle, she took extra steps to make sure she detangled while I barely felt it. Other places I've been to had my head moving left to right with how rough they were treating my hair. 100% recommend this place! read more

Made a same day appointment to have Elly cut my hair. It was my first time and it's definitely straight to the point here. They have lockers to put your things in and have a little rob for you to wear. I had pictures to show Elly but honestly I didn't even need to show her. I told her want I wanted, lots of layers in the front, u shape in the back, no bangs, keep the length as much as possible, and texture. She did exactly that if not BETTER. I love my cut and usually I have never cared for a haircut before. She kept it simple and used a round brush to style my hair. She even walked me through with how to do each section. I loved this place. Not only did the woman that did my hair do amazing with my hair but she was so patient with my son. Everyone at the shop was so patient and understanding. My original hair salon closed down so I was searching through Yelp to find a new place and came across Our Hair. I requested a quote and they responded very quickly and were incredibly helpful in getting me an appointment. When I arrived they were very punctual in getting me seated. But they also had a very cute waiting area with plenty of space. The hair washing was very relaxing and all of their products smell so good! Alex was very attentive and checked in constantly throughout the haircut to make sure everything was going well and triple checked all the lengths multiple times throughout as well. I came in for a haircut and that's it. the washing experience was really nice they included a hair treatment and a massage with just the basic $40 haircut. when it came to the actual cut they seemed to really pay attention to what i wanted and i explained that i wanted a straight blunt bob that hit right at the middle of my neck and that was NOT shorter in the back, I wanted it the same length all around. at the salon they never showed me what the back of my head looked like so i left feeling pretty happy i thought that the only issue was that it's a bit shorter than i asked for but it would be the length i wanted in like 2 weeks of growth so i wasn't too worried. turns out that the back of my hair js about 1/2 an inch shorter than the front so there is a slight angle and it's super choppy and jagged in the back. it is supposed to be a blunt cut and i understand that it may be hard to get hair perfectly blunt but if you say you can give me a blunt bob the same length all the way around you should be able to do that and i shouldn't be leaving the salon with a jagged haircut that is shorter in the back than in the front. overall the customer service was amazing and i loved the hair washing experience but i probably could've gotten an actual blunt bob the same length all around at super cuts. read more
