Used to be decent place when Kyle was the manager. At least we got our moneys worth from him. At $28 for a haircut, this is not the place i want to go. My children and I have had so many bad hair cuts here. But they give you a hot towel. As a woman, I am not sure why I would want a hot towel. I thought those were for men who got their necks shaved. Try Great Clips over by Target. They also run special discounts every once in a while that are really cheap. I got Dee my first time in and got a great hair cut at a reasonable price! read more

New to the area, I was looking for a place to give my teen a much needed trim. I'd downloaded the app, which indicated that there was no wait. We arrived to find that there were several people waiting ahead of us. Not a problem, we sat patiently and visited with others. My daughter was called and agreed to a shampoo. I didn't hover to watch, as it was a pretty simple trim of her ends, but perhaps that was my mistake. She asked if it looked even, and while wet, I couldn't really tell. We wrapped up and I tipped $5, but now feel ridiculous for doing so. Once home, she dried her hair and found that her cut was an inch longer on the left side! She also mentioned to me that she was sat in a chair full of blonde hair because the station had not been cleaned after the last cut. "She couldn't have brushed it out of the chair?!" I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but will not be going back. My mistake for not paying attention to the other poor reviews. Leaving 2 stars because she was polite. read more

Had my hair cut and styled today and couldn't be happier with the results! PROS: The stylist who did my hair, Tanna, is awesome. Professional, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, AND friendly! It was a win-win! CONS: The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 stars is nothing they can fix, but it's worth mentioning. The store is VERY small. The chairs are close together and it can feel a little claustrophobic, especially when all the stylists are talking and interacting with their clients. It can seem very loud and closed in. Overall, great salon and great location. But, the best part was Tanna. She's definitely a 5 star stylist! read more

Bobbi at this location is fantastic. I only give this location the 4 Star rating because of her. There's always a wait, but she's so wonderful that it is worth it. She has been the go to for my 6 year old's thick, strongly cowlicked hair for the past few years. She's patient and so good with kids. Today we tried someone new because Bobbi was with what appeared to be a long appointment. That was a mistake. She didn't cut the top of my son's hair, she didn't blend it and it was blotchy looking. I was upset as I was leaving but am not one to make a scene. I called and asked for Bobbi when I got home and asked if there was any way she could fix it for us in the next few days. She told me to bring him right back and she would fix it right now. She did and it looks A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER. As if it wasn't butchered at all. I can't recommend her enough. If you go to this store trying to find a good hairstylist, then good luck haha. You might find a good stylist and then next time you come in they will be gone and they won't tell you where that stylist went. The hairstylists in this store are VERY overworked because they have a ton of people coming in and only 2-3 stylists working at the time, so chances are you'll have to wait forever, then be seated (only to be rushed), then leave with a 40%-50% chance of a bad haircut. Want a better salon? The two closest salons that are very similar to this SuperCuts is Great Clips next to Target in the Keizer Station (which is way busier so you definitely will walk out with chopped hair) OR you can go to Perfect Look in Keizer off River Rd close to the Safeway (I highly recommend this salon as it is a bit slower so stylists are relaxed and everyone is super nice!). Nobody likes their hair to look like a toddler cut it so choose your salon wisely haha! read more

I got a haircut from here once, they were rude, ruined my hair, and when I asked for a refund, the woman lied about being a manager and convinced a much larger guy in the shop to threaten me with violence. The regional manager refunded my money, and gave me coupons, but they do not deserve your money. read more

Stopped by on Saturday Jan 5th and was ignored. Stood at the counter, sat down, stood at the counter again and sat down. "No eye contact." No "I'll be right with you." Nothing. Both employees were cutting hair and not interested in new customers coming in the door. One other person waiting was doing the same thing. Recently visited for back to school hair cuts and my sons received the worst hair cuts ever, I can't even believe I paid for them. I was so upset I couldn't wait to leave. The staff was not friendly and spoke about their sales numbers and goals really loudly the whole time we were there instead of engaging with their customers. I've never had an experience like this in any "salon" setting. We will definitely not be returning and will share our experience with others. read more

I went in for a simple haircut after work and the stylist was not only rude but completely ruined my hair. By the end of it she had given me a buzz cut just to fix it. When I saw myself in the mirror I was livid. I demanded my money back citing their return policy on the desk. The stylist refused. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I refused to leave without my money and waited at the counter. In response, she convinced her much larger client currently sitting in her chair to physically threaten me so I would leave. I called the other supercuts in town and they gave me the regional manager's number. While speaking to the regional manager she told me that this employee (who turns out wasn't a manager,) had a long history of doing similar things to customers. Why she was never fired for doing this is a mystery. I ultimately got my refund but I would suggest nobody go to this place. Find a local barber, somebody who needs the money and someone who won't resort to threats of physical violence when they've failed at their job. read more

The only reason I come here is because the type of blades and clippers they use, with that being said horrible. Customer service !!!!! I tried to make an appointment for a haircut and they said you can't but they don't have anyone in the morning. I show up second person in line lady comes in after me and gets her stupid hair cut and color before me and here I sit waiting again the wait here and the customer service is a freaking joke time to find a new location. First come first served or allowed hair cuts to be made by appointments. Your horrible customer service and lack of basic hair cuts is disappointing considering these types of companies run regular barber shops out of business and feminized everything!!!! read more

When I tell the lady I DONT want styling she tells me she wants to show me the layers of my hair and starts blow drying. I told her she didn't need to do that as I was going straight home to straighten it. She continued. I said no, you don't need to. That's ok. Stop. She kept going. She then told me that it would cost the same weather she continued or not because she had already turned on the blow dryer. A $20 cut turned into $41. I now wish I stabbed her with her scissors. Every time I come here I feel as if I should find a more local shop to get my hair cut. However, I come back because I have yet to have a complaint about how my hair looks afterwards. Always happy with my results. So far two professionals have cut my hair over the past year. Both friendly. I ask for Lisa whenever possible. Waits are never very long, they give you an estimate on how long the wait will be. If it is gonna be more than 15 min. I go next door to Jamba Juice, or two doors down to Starbucks. I live a few blocks away from this location and was looking at possibly switching from my normal hair salon to this location. NOPE not gonna happen now. I walked in and asked for a hair cut and the poor young lady that was there by herself said it would be about a half hour maybe longer because the next person coming in to work had appointments and so did she so they wouldn't be able to get me in for a wile like 30 mins maybe more. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with this country. a few years ago you could walk in to almost any hair salon and get a hair cut with in 15 to 20 mins, now you have to make an appointment even at supercuts. I don't care if I have to pay $50 for a hair-cut I want it When I go to the salon not in an hour or even 30 mins. So as you can tell I will not be giving this salon an opportunity to earn my business again. Way I look at it is your so busy you cant get me in and earn my money thats fine I will take it somewhere else and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. News flash most places of business get one shot to earn a new customer DON'T BLOW IT!!!!! also many years of management experience I have if you piss one customer off they will tell 5 to 10 people about it. If you make 1 customer happy they will come back and maybe tell 1 more person to give it a shot. I am surprised to see the negative reviews here. I have been using this salon for about 3 years and like it . I get a good cut, they always ask me if I am satisfied and then trim again if I ask. They always greet me when I come in and tell me how long the wait is. If they are busy, I can get on the list and then go shop somewhere till my time is open . They have suggested products that I have purchased and liked. The girls are polite. I usually have mine done by the manager who I especially like . She is conversational and fun to talk to. I am 62 years old and at my age don't put up with crap or go more than once to places who don't serve me well. This is a good salon. Some of these reviews seem nit picky to me. One review says this salon is an example of " what is wrong with this country." HUH ??? I never waste my time writing reviews or using social media, have better things to do, but am writing this one cause somebody needs to speak positively about this salon.
