Emily is the best. If she ever left I'd hunt her down. If you get a chance. Request her by name!

Helped by Debra with long hair. She was not at all thorough and unable to complete a blow out. Natalie and Ashley are amazing. I highly recommend those two ladies if you have long hair. read more

Nadia is an amazing hair stylist. I have had my hair done at many expensive salons, Nadia exceeded them all. This shop was friendly and the hairdressers are friendly and get along. I will be back! read more

Emily at Pecos / Windmill in Henderson. very experienced and love cut she gave me. Listens.

I got my hair done my Emily, a shampoo cut and blow dry! She took her time. Asked all the right questions and really got what I was looking for in my haircut! I appreciate her time and talents and ABSOLUTELY love my new haircut!! The other staff were very friendly and nice. read more

CAUTION! We walked in here because of the excellent rating and had an awful, awful experience. If that's not enough for you read on... My 13 year old daughter had very long hair and asked Carol to cut between an inch and an inch and a half off the ends. When she was finished I hurried to get out of the store because of the aggressive up selling going on - apparently Carol had been offended by the "terrible chlorine smell" of my daughters hair (even though we had not been swimming in days) and the only way to fix it is with their clarifying shampoo. As soon as I got in the car my daughter began to cry she said something wasn't right Carol had cut into her bangs where she knew she should not have. Once we got home she put her hair in a ponytail and I distracted her until it was time to go to her karate class, at the class another mom & I were looking at the end of it and from across the room you could see long pieces on the side and an odd shorter straight inch or so in the middle. When we got home and she had taken a shower we took a look at what had been done - at that point I suggested we go back that's when we met Brittany who described the cut to another stylist as "a layer and other weirdness going on" The photo of the hair on the floor shows the additional length that had to be taken off to try to fix it. The other photos are AFTER it was "fixed" I held back on writing this review because I really felt Brittany did her best to turn the situation around I would like to think her cuts turn out better when they are hers from the start. At this point I filled out the survey and explained what had happened - after several back and forth calls I spoke with Donna the Senior district leader for Supercuts who basically offered an apology and that was all. Now this conversation was two days after the first cut and I had finally taken my daughter to a professional stylist for a third cut. I am floored that Donna felt I should have let a third stylist of theirs attempt to do what the first one should have. That was it, I was basically scolded "I wish you hadn't gone to someone else to fix it". A patronizing corporate apology with no intent to refund not so much as the original Charge. Do Not Go Here. It will cost you far more time and money in the long run. read more

Appointments are meaningless. Used to be a decent place, but not anymore. Last haircut wasn't that great but thought I would give them one more chance. Done read more

Emily did a great job cutting and styling my son's hair. She was patient, kind, gave recommendations on styling and product. He walked out smiling and feeling great! Location was clean and timing was perfect (called him back at the exact time of the appointment). Will be back! read more

So I'm not much of a review leaver so here it goes. Well.... I've been getting my haircut at this same location for over 3 years now, and sometimes I wait in line, others I sit straight down, but no matter how long I wait or fast I sit one thing is always the same. SERVICE!!! And that goes hand in hand with NATALIE she's awesome, she's been the only person to cut my hair in the past 3+yrs and she now cuts my wife's hair and my brothers and best friends. Whenever someone asks me to refer a place or person for haircuts I send them to see Natalie, I can't speak high enough about her so I'll just say this if your going in to get a cut ask for her and her attitude and talent will speak for it self! You won't regret it! read more

Didn't notice till I got home . But having a bald spot isn't cool . Even after I styled it . EMILY was responsible. This is not professional. If it was a accident it should have been told during the cut not when I get home and people noticed it in public. So embarrassing for me and for your company. read more

Supercuts - Hair Salons Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

This is by far the worst place to get a hair cut. This lady cut my hair way too short and made me look like lord farquad from shrek . She didn't even know what I was saying when I asked for bangs. She insisted I meant side wispy bangs but I literally kept saying I wanted bangs in the middle not on the side. She was rough, pulled my hair, and overall made my scalp hurt. She also kept throwing her arms in my face while washing it. I will never EVER be going here again. She was a lady with medium burgundy hair. Didn't get her name was too focused on leaving after she destroyed my head. read more

Jess R. is amazing. She listens, she collaborates, she makes it happen and she is a hoot! I love my hair days with her! It's like getting your hair done by a friend! read more

I telephoned this establishment and was advised they do not take appointments. I have been going here for years and one of the drawbacks is the wait. Today I arrived and was the only person in the waiting area. Great! I thought..... After about ten minutes two other people walked in. One of the hairdressers completed her customer and came to the desk. She proceeded to tell me I was third in line???? I questioned her, advising that I was told you cannot make an appointment. She proceeded to tell me they were "call aheads" and took priority over people waiting!!! Amazing. I am done coming here, they (Maria) lost my business, and my $10 tip every month. read more

I have been going here for a while and followed my 2 favorite stylists when they moved stores. Maria and Natalie have a professional and friendly manner when dealing with me and my 2 kids. One is special needs and requires a little extra attention and patience. From cuts, colors and fades to quick trims the work is always excellent and leaves me ready for the rest of my week! I would recommend Maria and Natalie to anyone in the area, as would any of her loyal clients! read more

This review is about Maria. Before I begin my review, I would like to state that I myself, am a stylist so I know how everything should be done. I know what the behind the scenes of a salon looks like and I have an insider view of the business as a whole. I am very picky about whom I allow to cut my hair. I have looked long and hard for someone who knew how I wanted my hair cut. I have tried out numerous salons and many stylists that seemed to no longer care about quality control in their haircuts. Then I found Maria. Maria is always kind, efficient and welcoming to everyone who enters into the salon. She always looks wonderful and presents herself as a true professional. The salon is always clean, organized and a very inviting, drama free staff, as many salons have a lot of behind the scenes drama that can be felt by customers. I had a very bad haircut at another salon chain, that shall remain nameless. At the other salon, the stylist nodded her head in agreement with everything I said and proceeded to slaughter my haircut. Maria was on my way home and i went in and she fixed my haircut the best that she could. She made a plan with me about how, as my haircut grew out, she would trim this and that section until it was even all over. My hair is much shorter than I want now, as the other stylist chopped at my layers like Edward Scissorhands and it has taken over a year for my shortest layer to be evenly trimmed with the rest of my haircut. Maria is a god send and if you are in the Henderson area and looking for a low priced but wonderful haircut and salon experience, I suggest you run right over to the Supercuts on Windmill and Pecos and allow Maria to take control of your hair destiny. If nothing makes you feel worse than having a bad haircut by someone who does not care, nothing makes you feel better than being taken care of by a stylist that is technically knowledgeable, sympathetic to your needs and keeps a beautifully clean salon. Maria is a stylist Oasis in a desert of hair professionals that do not care about the outcome of their haircuts, on the customer's peace of mind. read more

Terrible service. Called ahead for a simple blow dry and was told $16, came in to appointment and had my hair washed and blow dried terribly. My hair is now completely dry and looks worse than when I came in. Usually when I go to other places it looks shiny and feels smooth and looks amazing. Plus ended up paying $26 plus tip! read more

I can't say enough great things about my experience here this past weekend. I had gone to a different location months back and left pretty unsatisfied as it seemed the number one goal of that location was just to try and sell me as much as possible. When I let them know I was unsatisfied... it was "well we will only charge half the cost for a full hair to lighten it more." I had gone into get my dark brown hair ombré and realized that it may take a few sessions to get it as light as I wanted but when the staff didn't seem to care it turned me off. Needless to say I was scared to try and get my hair done again from this location so I searched yelp and found the location on windmill and pecos had some great reviews..: I called in the morning and was scheduled shortly after. Brittney was my hair stylist and I had told her about my previous experience... She was shocked to hear about the last experience and assured me I would be happy. During the whole process she was amazing... explaining every step. My hair went from literally a line of copper brownish-blonde to beautifully dimensioned array of highlights and lowlights: I was so happy by the end and can't wait to go back. read more

Great haircut. Fast and efficient. Great customer service. Reasonable price. Love the place. Don't need appointment.

Natalie has been cutting my family's hair for 5 years and we love her! She is the only one that I trust to cut my hair. She even noticed that I was loosing my hair and asked if I was on new medication, which I was and able to contact my doctor to correct this issue. Now I found out she is not there and that she moved mirror mirror salon in Henderson.... read more

Signed in online and was seen right at our check in time! Emily did an amazing job on my hair, my husbands hair, and our son's hair (and he's squirmy so that says a lot!). The shop was clean and calm. The entire staff was kind, which gave the whole place a good vibe. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've been going to this Supercuts for ten years now. I've only had one bad experience, but every other haircut was perfect. I'll always go back. read more

I've had great experiences here in the past. Especially with Natalie who does an amazing job. She's very pleasant and takes direction extremely well. She will also spend the time to work with you to get your haircut exactly the way you want it to. Unfortunately, this review was for today's visit. This place would have received 4-5 stars based on my experience with Natalie. Instead I'm giving it a 2 star rating. I have the Supercuts app, it's pretty useful. I actually used it today to reserve a 6:15 pm appointment. So I went inside about 8-10 minutes early to check in. There were two employees working at the time. Lisa was coloring a lady's hair and the other employee Maria was cutting a customer's hair. Maria and I exchanged pleasantries and I told her I was here for my appointment. Maria told me to sit down and so I did. She then finished with her client about 5 minutes after my appointment should have started. No big deal. These things happen. While I was about to get up to get my hair cut, Maria called a different customer to her station. Ummm. What? While I'm fairly certain that the customer was there first, I did have an appointment. And if things were running late, then why wouldn't you let the customer know? I sat there contemplating whether I should get up and leave or say something but I didn't want to be rude to the other customer. I ended up getting my haircut by Lisa who was in between her customer who was getting her hair colored. Lisa did a great job but the experience overall was a bit of a let down. I work customer service and customers have expectations. If you as a business can't meet that expectation then you politely apologize or at the very least, you explain the situation so that the customer's expectation adjusts accordingly. If Maria would have told me that my appointment would be started 25 minutes later than the time that I booked it for...I would have been okay with that because then I could have gone next door to Von's and gotten a snack or beverage. At the very least though, I would have been thankful just to be informed. read more

If you have a ton of time to waste then maybe this is your place. Appointment or not, you're going to wait a while before they take you. The stylists might be nice but you get what you pay for. Subpar haircuts after a long wait. Not worth it. read more

I had Natalie cut my hair, it was probably one of the most precise and stylish cuts I have ever had. Natalie took the time to ask me what I wanted, then as she was cutting my hair, she was so precise, checking the layers from every angle to make sure everything was even and the length I wanted. I will be back for for follow up haircuts by Natalie. She's a gem. read more

I never cared about returning to the same stylist or salon but since Natalie at this location started cutting my hair I have only gone to see her for the last several years. It is common for people to ask me where and who cut me after I visit. Without any hesitance I have sent most of my family members to see her and several co workers. The workers here are all great but a great cut aside, Natalie makes the visit enjoyable too! read more

Britney cuts both my hair and my fiancee's. Always excellent!!! We both have curly hair, which can be tricky. We've never been disappointed! read more

I can't say enough good things about Natalie. I spent all morning with her and my hair looks amazing. It's so hard for me, someone with thick curly hair, to find someone who can manage it and make it look great. This time, instead of just a cut, I opted for a PM Shine (kind of like a deep conditioning glaze) and we worked together to pick the best color for my hair. Natalie is fun, energetic, enthusiastic, and very thoughtful. She checked in throughout the process to make sure I was okay with everything she was doing and I wasn't even nervous! I was on board with everything and wanted a change and seizable trim but she wanted to make me feel comfortable. I can't get over how excited she the entire time, it makes you so happy to be in her chair! She really knows what she's doing too and I can't believe that after 3 decades I can finally say that I have a stylist! A cut, color, blow dry and style came to just over $106. That's just unheard of in any other salon. It's a no frills place but, who cares? I had a good time talking to Natalie, my phone, magazines. Bring your own coffee, it's all good. Unfortunately, didn't take a before pic of my hair but the after is TO DIE FOR. I can't wait for my hair to grow and the color to fade just to get it done again! Lol. Also, I called the morning of to schedule an appointment and was lucky enough to come right in. There was a steady flow but everyone working was friendly, professional and helpful. read more

If anyone looking for Jenn who used to work here. She now works at Smartstyle inside Walmart on Serene and Eastern, contact her there. But if your also looking for a stylist who cuts hair perfectly then its her. She does a fade perfectly and fast, I have black hair, so it shows every line or flaw in a fade and unless I go to some old school expensive shop it's never done right. One time, I did a dumb last min thing when she was busy went to another girl oh man got such a terrible cut. Never again will be trying someone different. Good thing I had her number and able to go to her new shop she is at. The five stars is for her not Supercuts especially, when I had the bad hair cut they did nothing about it. Just one email after my survey and nothing after I responded to the email go figure. Jennifer the best and I have tried tons of shops and stylist. So glad I found one who knows what there doing and consistent. You need to have her cut your hair for sure. read more

I had my haircut cut by a young lady name Jennifer. It took her 5 mins to cut my hair and it was the worst haircut that I have ever had in my life. I realize she had to have me out of that chair cause she had one of her regulars cominng in at any moment. I dont doubt that she can cut hair but since it was my first time there she really didnt care about what my hair was going to look like. I was so upset how i was treated by her and the only important thing for her was to get me out of that chair so her regular woudnt have to wait. That is the last time i will ever go there for a haircut. read more
