The wait time was very looonnngggg but the overall service was decent. We walked into after having the sixty minute wait time to be greeted by two new people working at the establishment. I got a nice lady that was doing her job nicely and my hair got cut relatively fast. My brother took a bit longer than me and his haircut with up to par. Will never come here ever again! I needed a haircut and I was around Henderson so I stopped by never been to this spot. I've been to the one by my house great service and friendly staff ofc very welcoming. But here let me tell you I felt so not very welcomed not sure what the lady's name was but she is a white blond lady maybe in her mid 30s. Rude ass lady I mean looked me up and down like she was in disgusted by my presence. I don't know what her problem was but I felt so uncomfortable never felt like that ever in my life. I am new to Nevada and I've heard of how there are a lot of racists people in Henderson. I was so close to leaving when she looked at me like that cause I felt uncomfortable. Walked in with my 85 year old mom who recently broke her elbow. Woman came right up. Looked her up and down and said she didn't have time for a wash and style. Ummmm what? She said it was an hour wait. I said it was 12 minutes when we checked in. I pointed at the screen. We were willing to wait. She said no! They only have two people working and wouldn't do it. Went to the one on Anthem by Vons and they were amazing. Whoever owns this salon in Pebble market place needs to fire her. It was a woman with dark hair in a ponytail and an accent. I went for a 3rd time, to Queenie. She is the manager. She was pretty abrupt the first time. But this last time she was beyond arrogant and obnoxious. She walks around trying to look busy and important. Customer service is not a priority. When you ask her a question she doesn't even look at you when she responds. She told me she was multitasking....seriously? I was an OR nurse for over 20 years. She doesn't have a clue what multitasking would even look like if it came up and bit her on the nose. Worst worst customer service. Walked in with being welcomed by most rude people, the whole time she was cutting my sons hair, no smile or conversation was made. When asked to check I went to check and some reason I dated coughing the lady went 10 feet away with charging me on the screen and no thank you no bye. She ran away with out a word. The stylist tried her best however my son has really thick hair and unfortunately she left a lot of uneven areas along with a lot of gooey product. The Pebble Marketplace Great Clips is one of the hair salons that I frequent. It is halfway between home and work. It is also convenient because it shares the same shopping center as Smith's, my bank, and Starbuck's. After work I appreciate convenience. More than convenience, I appreciate talented and personable hair stylists. I'm sure many of you reading this have had a Samurai hairstylist where you couldn't wait for the miserable hairstylist to finish aggressively cutting your hair. Anyway at the Pebble Marketplace Great Clips, every hairstylist that cut and styled my hair has been talented and personable. With that said, I give a shout out to hair stylist Robin. Her artistry of beard trimming and hair styling transformed my caveman look to clean cut within 20 minutes. Throughout the whole time we were joking about the Vegas weather. Great Clips is up to date with the computer age. When you visit Great Clips, you have the option of putting your name in a computer data base. It's kind of neat because it records your hairstyle. So, when Robin started cutting my hair, she knew off the bat that I prefer the three on the side. The computer data base also comes in handy for online appointments. What Great Clips isn't is a fancy hair salon. It is my understanding that they don't wash your hair at a sink. What Great Clips is is Great Value. Twelve dollars buys a nice haircut. People have complimented me on the Pebble Marketplace Great Clips haircuts. So, they are doing something right. Value extends to beard trims and shaves. Their $5 beard trims and shaves are one of the best deals in the area. Regardless that I am not dedicated to one hair salon, there ought to be additional check-ins here. I've frequented Great Clips for years and more specifically this location for the past year. Im not picky about my haircuts, however there is one specific stylist I avoid as I just don't care for the way she cuts my hair. It's not personal, just given a choice I wouldn't choose her. On a previous visit I noticed there were three stylists working and requested the other two avoiding the one stylist, Shannon. Apparently Shannon has taken this personal because now when I come in, Shannon announces to the other stylists "I know you're waiting for her because you don't like the way I cut your hair." Her snarky and bizarre fixation makes me uncomfortable. Avoid Shannon if possible. read more

I have never been so offended as I was this evening. I have gone to this location since it opened. Before I went to this location I went to the Rhodes Ranch Location. The manager there when I use to go for years was Karen. Even if Karen was busy she would stop and take you or she would let you know when she was available to cut your hair. We had hair stylist customer professional relationship. I moved and started going to the new location at N. Green Valley Parkway. When it first opened. Jamie use to cut my hair and then Became the manager. So When Jamie was the manager she would always try to take her clients or let them know when she could cut there hair, again customer service and a professional customer, hairstylist relationship. A lot of us believe in loyalty and wanting for the same person to cut our hair. So this evening my 22 & 9 year old son and myself go to get our haircuts. I ask for the manager to cut my hair and the manager says I have someone a head of you, so I said I will wait. My two sons get there haircuts from the other two stylist. When they are done the manger walks up to me and gives me two coupons and says let one of my other girls cut your hair. One she does not ask me but tells me what I am doing, which is very rude. So I am like wow. So I proceed to tell her I would prefer her to cut my hair because I have asked for her. One of the other stylist gets all upsets and says I do not want to cut his hair and then she is rude to me gives me attitude and storms off. The other stylist tells the manager he wants you to cut his hair. I tell her yet again I would prefer her to cut my hair. She has the nerve to tell me not to be a baby and let her cut my hair. I am sorry but I am the customer. I will never go back to that Great Clips ever again. They just lost me and my family as customers. People are just so rude and inappropriate. A brand new hair salon chain opened in the strip mall across the street from my job. I love it!! They took the suite next to Midori and I conveniently needed a haircut that day. Also, because of their opening, they were advertising $7 haircuts on the road. I thought, why not? I'm just going to shave it. When you walk it, the associates are nice. They ask you to fill out your complete information so they can add you to their system. Seems pretty elaborate than what I'm used to, but no real issues. I can't remember my associate's name (sorry), however, the entire staff was super friendly. My stylist took the time to consult me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I love that each station is separated by colored fabric separators. In the end, I loved my experience. Didn't really take a long time so nothing more to review. I've been a regular at this Great Clips for about 1 year (~12 haircuts) and I have to say I am generally very satisfied with the quality of the cut I receive. I always check-in through their mobile app, as it can sometimes be a lengthy wait if it is a peak day or time or if there is a mailer coupon out that people are rushing to use before it expires. While I don't have a complicated hair cut, I have seen many other Great Clips or even salons mess up my hair in a number of different ways. The quality of the stylists here is really quite good and I've experience probably 9 different stylists over my experiences coming here. For a $13 men's cut, you cannot beat this place!!! read more

Attention Great Clips: You need to tell your "beauticians" that when an upstanding citizen comes into your store that he does not appreciate when he gets told in a mocking manner how small his ears are.
