I have been going to this salon since 2021. There are multiple hairdressers working on the weekdays and weekends. Charmaine is an awesome hairdresser. I appreciate how she tries her best to please me all the time. She is currently available most of the weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. It will not be difficult to make an appointment with her. You will be truly pleased if you choose her to cut, style, highlight or color your hair. read more

Got chopped by Jose. My hair is all uneven when I didn't ask for any layers just to fix my haircut mistake. I specifically said leave my length and now I'm left with a choppy mullet. He told me "I'm making your hair all make sense". My hair doesn't make any sense now. My face isn't even framed nor are my sides even. My hair is a chopped up disaster He even knew I was upset at the end of my hair cut and still charged me. Left me leaving unhappy read more

Sierra is terrific! She did both cut and color. Very pleased. Will be a regular now.

Krissi was the best. She is very informative and walked me through everything I should do for my fine hair. Love the haircut. My hair feels so healthy. read more

I love my cut with Yolanda! I brought in some pictures of what I was looking for and she worked with me to find a cut that works for my hair and how I style it (which is not at all). She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and helped meet my needs (mainly of lightening up a very heavy head of hair). I had a fantastic experience and have already rebooked for next month. I'll be checking out their spa specials too. read more

Cielo Salon & Spa - Haircut by Yolanda - Hair Salons Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Yolanda has cut my hair for decades!! I have followed her all the state. I drove 6 hours this time for her to cut my hair and will again. I have really thick short hair. Yolanda always makes it look right no matter the style I pick. She is the gold standard I measure all others against. read more

I really wanted to love my experience here because everyone seemed kind and the space itself looked nice. But I left feeling disappointed. I took before pictures of my hair with anticipation to get a nice after shot. I honestly felt pretty lame when I left the salon that I didn't take any pictures of my hair. Ideally I love to go out with my hubby after a hair cut, not this time. I came in with an inspiration photo and unfortunately my hair didn't turn out like what I had in mind. It ended up being more of a basic trim to remove dead ends (which I did need), followed by a blow dry. I was hoping for a bit more attention to styling. I've been struggling to find a salon where they offer to curl or straighten your hair after a cut. That way you can really see the finished look, but that wasn't offered here. I do appreciate that my hair feels healthier after the trim, but overall I regret choosing this salon. read more

LOVE Charmaine !! She just does an amazing hair cut. I have short hair and had no idea what I wanted. She has done an excellent cut. Easy to maintain. read more

Natalie listened to me and did a great job. My hair hasn't felt so good in three years. She knew what to do.

I booked a facial and stone massage at Cielo Hair and Spa Salon, a warm and welcoming family-owned business. I was fortunate to be treated by Desiree, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations with her skills and professionalism. At her young age, she is already certified in stone massage, deep tissue cleansing massage, Swedish massage, anti-aging facial massage, make-up, eyelash extensions, and she is also a manicure and pedicure specialist. Some of her certificates are even in Italian, as she completed part of her training in Italy--proof of her dedication and true passion for her craft. On a personal level, Desiree is very attentive, caring, and has such a positive approach that instantly puts you at ease. The whole experience left me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply cared for. If you are looking for excellent service and a highly skilled professional in a friendly, family-run salon, I wholeheartedly recommend booking with Desiree at Cielo Hair and Spa! Lubov AL read more

Went to lala (Yolanda Rodriguez) again and of course she's a 10/10! Everyone is so friendly and the salon is super nice. Yolanda doesn't rush. She cares that my hair is done right and it stays healthy. She never pressures me to cut my hair and she's constantly showing me the brush so that I can see that I'm not losing any hair (I have a fear of my hair falling out after a traumatic experience in 2018). I have pretty crippling anxiety but lala makes all of that go away. I won't let anyone else touch my hair. She is so loving and kind and compassionate. Her prices are BEYOND fair for all the work she does. read more

Yolanda is my new go to!!! I'm new to the area and needed to find a stylist. I got recommend this salon by a coworker and clicked random stylist, I got so lucky to have been paired with Yolanda! I am super particular with how I like many hair. I tried two other stylist in the area and they just didn't nail my "90's Rachel haircut" as well as how I like my bangs. Yolanda exceeded my expectations. I left the salon feeling beautiful read more

I had an appointment this morning at 9 am for cut, style and color highlights, it took more than a week for the hair stylist, Inna, to have an opening. I arrived at the salon at 8:55 and someone at the front desk told me she would come get me when she was ready for me. I waited until 9:20. Two other stylists were working with clients and one item went to the back to see if my stylist had arrived. Nope, she was not in the building. I left. I made sure I woke up early this morning, washed and dried my hair in prep for the appointment and the stylist was a no show. This business says it charges for last minute cancellations; what do they offer the customer when an appointment is cancelled for them? I won't be back. There are too many good salons to have to put up with this. read more

Called and saved all in a day! Thanks to the friendly and prompt front desk and the salon skills of Yolanda (hair whisperer) who revived my hair from dried out ends, and roots/grays showing - to happy, voluminous locks. I appreciate the flexibility and patience with me today. If you're looking for an in-demand salon that makes a positive impact, and accommodations to appease the customer- this is it. read more

Cielo Salon & Spa - Happy Hair by Yolanda R. - Hair Salons Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Charmaine is the best !! Love the way she cut and styled my hair, and it is easy to do myself.

I was long over due for a hair cut and my hair was long and straggly. I had moved into Henderson for almost a year and still trying to reestablish all of my new contacts and people to help me look presentable to life. I had kept on putting it off until I could no longer stand it - of course I'm a horrible planner and can't make a commitment so I just kept calling different salons to see if they would have any last minute openings- three days later I finally hit the jackpot! Kennedie was available in 15 mins I immediately jumped on that and drive over. I was greeted immediately and put into the salon chair to align on what was needed then to the shampoo chair- the shampooing experience was great and smelled so nice. My cut was exactly what I asked for and I wasn't looked down upon for having straw hair!! Loved Kennedie and even though she's a junior status she definitely won me over and is better than some of the senior stylist I've worked with. Can't wait to go back for a color and I totally trust her and the salon for all my future hair styles! read more

I love May! I highly recommend her to anyone! Not only has my hair never looked better but she's a joy to spend time with. She's so fun and kind and I love getting my hair done by her. She's extremely talented with hair and color and is simply the best! Book with her now! read more

I got my haircut with Krissy and she is the best! So so sweet and very talented! I have long thin hair and haven't gotten a haircut in yearssss and was super nervous to go but she made me feel super comfortable and my hair looks amazing! She explained everything she was doing which i love! I showed her one picture and she knew exactly what to do. She asked throughout the process for feedback as well to make sure I was happy (: Everyone at the salon was super friendly and the prices are very fair. (i would even pay more hahahaha) Thank you for such a positive experience (: Will absolutely come back! read more

Chris was amazing! I came in with a mess of hair. She was so sweet and friendly I loved her energy. The haircut came out fantastic! I'm very disappointed with the direction of this salon. First my hair stylist was pushed out. Then my nail person was, in my opinion, wrongfully terminated for complete nonsense that is not fireable offenses. I have witnessed the toxic and hostile work environment she was in firsthand. I cannot believe the owner would be cowardly enough to leave a termination letter at her station a week before Christmas. Shame on the owner. I will not be back and neither will the clients I brought in. Horrible customer service and treatment of employees. read more

Yolanda has been my hair stylist since I moved to Vegas in April 2023 I started a very dark brown and she was not me to my absolute hair goals within that timeframe. She's so friendly, customer service is excellent and she constantly makes sure you know exactly what she is doing with your hair & the budget. I recommend her for anyone ! read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ive had horrible experience with this salon. I came in for a consultation. Stylist made me wait 15-20 mins passed my appt time. Only to tell me she didnt have any openings till December! In addition Heather is horrible she is constantly cancelling appointments and doing it last minute. Beyond unprofessional. read more

I've gone to several manicurists since I moved to Henderson. I found them all lacking, and the lack of cleanliness is a big deal for me. Yesterday I tried this Salon, and Maria did my nails What a huge difference! Instead of sitting in a line, I was led to a cubby with only two stylists per. Maria used healthier products on my nails that I had never experienced before. She also fixed two of my nails. Her desk was very clean! PERFECT!!! And she is a pleasure to visit with.. I'm going back for a pedicure next week. What does it matter to save a few bucks if you get mediocre results and a chance of infection because workstations are not kept clean? But actually, the price I was charged is very similar to what most salons charge. I highly recommend Cielo and Maria ! read more

I am an occasional resident. I come to see my son 3-4 times a year, so I didn't have a regular hairdresser. I took a chance and made an online appointment with someone I had never met! I had the great pleasure to meet Yolanda Rodriguez. She's new to the salon but has years of experience. I wanted a J-Lo cut with long bangs. We discussed my hair, the cowlicks and the split ends. She recommended where she would cut my hair in the back due to damage and then she went to work. She washed my hair gently. Yolanda took her time cutting my hair, checking constantly to ensure my hair was laying correctly. She dried my hair explaining what she was doing so that I could emulate it at home. The end results were amazing. I am so happy and when I come to Henderson to see my son I'll be sure to make my appointments with Yolanda. read more

I don't have the words to say how AMAZING May is. Prior to meeting May my hair was very, very over-processed and a lot had fallen out. ** Before meeting May** Rather than the blonde color I wanted, my hair was orange- yellow with lots of blochy areas of a darker blondish brown. It was so bad a few friends asked if I did my own hair. Thankfully, May completely transformed my hair in one treatment. I just saw her for the second time and the difference in my hair is amazing. It feels good after a Brazilian blowout treatment, the color is perfect and it's regrowing. I'm so grateful to have found May and highly, highly suggest her services. I was so used to leaving the salon disappointed. Now, I leave feeling amazing. May even took the time to tell me exactly how to care for my hair, what products to use, and what not to use. Thank you for everything, May! :) read more

I am beyond happy with my hair and experience at this salon! I've been going to Austin for a year now and he has always done an incredible job. He's the best hairstylist I've ever been to and trust him so much. I drive from Summerlin just to have him cut and highlight my hair because I know he'll do the job right. He listens to what you want and has many years of experience. I followed Austin to this salon and I'm beyond impressed! Cielo is super clean, spacious and the shampooing chairs are actually comfortable omg!! I kept telling Austin, "This place has such good energy!" I also noticed the store owner cleaning and helping her staff with some pink dye that was on the ground. That really showed leadership. I like supporting businesses that work as a team. There is plenty of parking. The salon is connected to (or a part of) a spa that offers massages, facials and even chiropractic work. This Salon has everything! read more

Loved the results and variety of services. Yolanda is always accommodating and her work spot on.

I called the day before to see if I could get in for a haircut. My consultation was with Jillian and she was fabulous I'm picky about haircuts but after I explained what I wanted she looked at the picture I had brought with me and did exactly what I wanted. I told her she can consider that I'll definitely return for regular service and I don't want anyone else messing with my hair. She's a real jewel. read more

My sister went to this salon, and was a frequent client there until about two weeks ago. She had Mia, who she trusted with her hair. She asked for a deep red with dark cherry highlights and came out with whole different colors that were completely unblended. My 7 year old daughter could have done a better job at achieving what was asked for. This was absolutely messy. My sister had to end up going to a whole new salon and dying it BLACK to get this horrid color out of her hair. On top of that, when she wasn't happy; she attempted to contact the salon and who did her hair and Mia read the messages but refused to respond to fix it. Unprofessional and does hair that's 3/10 if that. This type of "work" deserves a refund. I am literally so flabbergasted that this is the second time this salon has messed up on both mine and her hair. Get more professional hair stylists. read more

I personally haven't been there for a service. But I was in a TOTAL bind when it came to having my daughters hair in a high and tight bun for her recital along with stage makeup. As I am not great (nor at all good) at doing that. Rachel, who was referred to me by Samantha a friend I used to work with helped me out and got my 4yo daughter in for her hair & makeup. Just had my not-really-that-long-awaited-but-felt-like-forever hair transformation with Lexi and she is a hair magician of lore! I can't stop bragging about it, I've seriously never had a more successful hair service than this in my life. I will let the photos speak for themselves, but let me also post a few things that I loved about Lexi: -She was extremely personable and put together. It's reassuring to see someone who's job is to make you look better also take care if themselves! I've seen hair stylists with ratty hair and it darn right confuses me. -She respected and preserved the length of my hair. Most hair stylists I've been to (not many) have eyes my hair and had this look of "oh no" and try to convince me to cut it shorter. Or they get a look of "oh yes" and whip out their scissors and try to convince me to cut it shorter. Lexi was all on board with keeping as much length as possible even without me saying anything. I just loved that. -She asked pertinent questions on how I usually handled my hair (how often I wash it, how I usually style it, etc) to help me get the most out of my new hair and gave me advice on how to take care of it (purple shampoo). She also asked how often I would go to the salon so she could choose the right style that would last longer between services. -She stays up to date on fashion trends! I don't really do this, but I appreciate her staying on top of what's in rather than only doing the same thing all the time. - She filled me in on each step of the process because I admire the work that goes into styling hair and I have mad respect for what she does and I'm always open to learning more about how she does it! -Price was very reasonable!! Only $150. I tipped 20% on top of that. I probably should've tipped more considering such as awesome job she did but 20% is what google said was standard lol (I don't salon often, ok?) -she took photos of my hair in natural sunlight so that I could have the best view of my hair shade and be completely satisfied before I left. She also helped take my photos in sunlight so I could share them right away! Other non-Lexi related things: -Bathrooms are clean and smell lovely. I think hey have changing or breastfeeding rooms? -There's complimentary coffee and water. -There's online appointment booking available. Conclusion: I am hooked! I'm definitely coming back. I'm just so glad my salon-phobia is gone! read more
