Tried this place out for a last minute hair cut. It was ok but different experience. The hair stylist welcomed me to her station but i noticed there were hairs on the floor from her previous customer (this was a first). I thought you needed to sweep the floor and clean up before getting your next customer. Her style of cutting hair was unpleasant because hairs were falling on top of my head on to my face. My stylists will always and forever be, Miss Gabby Strawn! I came in because of a mistake that another hair salon made on my head. They gave me a perm with curls that were too tight. I came to Gabby and she gave me a deep conditioning on my hair and it went back to the pretty waviness that I had before. I am super sensitive when it comes to my hair and Gabby just made me feel so much better after I left. She even colored my hair and I left with soft silky hair. I love this salon the girls are so nice and this is rare now in customer service (post-COVID-19). You can tell they really care about making their customers happy. I used to go to hairstylists that specialize in "balayage" color and was spending more than $200 just for color and it really wasn't that special (and I tried several stylists). I decided to give supercuts a chance and I'm so happy with my color. For $140 I got color, shampoo/haircut, deep conditioning treatment and a blow dry. Stop by randomly for a haircut and they where able to take me right in. Loved my haircut and how the young lady who cut it gave me exactly what I had wanted so much that I came back a couple of days later to get my highlights redone. Melissa, new exactly what I had wanted even though I'm sure I didn't properly explain myself (not knowing what I was talking about. But loved that she listened and was able to do just that. Am I the only one who gets nervous getting their hair cut at Supercuts? If you're reading this review because of that reason then continue... I've always gotten my hair cut/trimmed with the same lady at the same salon for probably the last 7 or 8 years. She had gone on maternity leave so I was forced to find a new place temporarily...which resorted to me just going to random places. My last cut was about 6 or 7 months ago and these past couple of weeks I could feel my ends getting dry and damaged. I woke up this morning desperate for a hair trim and saw that this Supercuts location has good reviews, so I called to make an appointment but the guy on the phone said they don't make appointments only "call aheads". So I put my name on the list and headed over. When I arrived I waited less than 10 minutes to be called. The woman who was going to cut my hair, GABY, asked if I wanted my hair shampooed & conditioned [$3 extra]. So I got my hair shampooed, conditioned, and trimmed. My hair is a medium/long length...probably a couple inches past my bra strap. My typical haircut is simple: 1/2 inch off the ends, freshen up my layers and trim my bangs. I'll admit, I was nervous as Gaby was cutting my hair because, lets be honest, who trusts someone completely new to cut their hair?? BUT at the end, I was pleasantly surprised. I loved my haircut! Again, it was more of a trim but she did a great job on my layers, didn't take too much length off the end as I requested and left my bangs wispy and fresh. [PRICE] Without the shampoo and conditioner, it would've been $18.95 I believe, but since I got my hair washed it was $22 which is a great price compared to some other salons starting price of $60! Overall, I will be back to this location to see Gaby for my next trim. The price was reasonable and I was happy with my results. My hair feels soft and healthy again! read more

I have been coming here since 2012 and probably have had 40-50+ haircuts. The ladies who work there are nice and give a decent male haircut. My problem with this location is it is constantly understaffed. On almost every occasion I spend at least 15 to 45 minutes waiting even when I have called ahead or use the app. Today was the final straw for me, I used the app and it told me to be there at 11:30, which was approximately 30 minutes from when I checked in on the app. When I sat down and checked in at the store I was told it would only be a few minutes. I knew from looking at how many people that were sitting down and waiting that it would be at least 30 minutes. They then called a female who had clearly been waiting for approximately an hour and was visibly upset by the wait. At 11:40 I realized that I probably wouldn't be seen till at least 12:15 so I left. Whoever runs this location with minimal labor. I almost always come early morning and have come at other times on the weekend but have left due to the long wait. The app is useless because they don't have the staffing. Insread the management would rather waste your time then paying an additional employee to be there. I understand there probably are times when no one is in there and the staff is just sitting there but that is the cost of doing business. read more

I made my appointment and they responded that in half an hour, I would be able to get my hair done. I arrived at 6:40 PM, and fifty minutes later, all of the staff members decided to take a lunch break. This was horrible, especially because there were about five of us waiting. All arrived many minutes ago. We decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves, we waited for fifteen more minutes. At last, it was already 7:26 so I asked how long it would take for my turn and they replied with twenty more minutes to finish their breaks. This is horrible and an absolute waste of time so I left! I'm not sure who cut my hair but she was older with glasses. I went in for a basic trim and I also asked the lady to cut my bangs. Of course they try to sell the products to you so that's always a tiny bit annoying. Anyway, everything was fine while she was cutting the length. When she cut my bangs, I asked for her to do like a round shape because I didn't want them straight across my face, meaning I wanted the middle to be shortest and then progressively the bangs would get slightly longer toward the side. I don't think she really understood my because when she finished, they looked straight across with like one strand on each side that was longer than the main part of the bangs! Either way, it was decent and I didn't complain. However, when I got home I noticed that one side of the strands that were left was longer than the other! Wow. Definitely not returning. read more

I want to give this place a higher review but it's simply not that good. I went in last week for a haircut and the girls there are really nice and the conversation was easy and everything, but I am not satisfied with my haircut and when I looked back on all the other times I went I remembered that I didn't like my hair then either. This last time my hair came out just bad. My fiancé and I went together and his haircut isn't any better. The best way to describe it is a fourth grader's haircut from the '90s and mine is just disgusting. As much as I like those girls, I won't be coming back. read more

Came here on a whim as I was looking to get my haircut as soon as possible and this was the only place open late during the week. I checked in online for a 7:30 spot and when i arrived i literally waited like 2 minutes before being seen. I wanted a simple bob cut and i got it with a few layers! Joanna was the young lady whom cut it for me and she was so sweet and considerate the whole time, making suggestions. The total came out to about $17 which is nice considering a salon would easily run you $35-$40 bucks. Def will be coming back! read more

Calling in advance made no difference. For the second time, I called in 20 minutes prior to arriving and they did not bother putting my name down. This last time was worst, after I came in to learn that they fail to put my name down I said I will sign my name and wait starting that point. The lady told me it was going to be 20 minutes and there were few people ahead of me. I waited an hour only to realize she still did not put my name down. I just left after wasting an hour waiting. The haircuts are ok. The price is a little bit on the expensive side for the amount of service that you get. The place however is extremely understaffed. The wait times are no less than 35-45 minutes all the time. It's beat to call ahead but even then you will still wait a while. read more
