On one occasion, I drove to the school during a snowstorm only to find appointments had been canceled without notifying clients, even though they have an automated notification system. I continued giving them chances because I understood it was a school. Unfortunately, my last visit ended with another disappointing experience, and instead of addressing my concerns as a loyal, paying customer, I was told I could no longer return. Students are there to learn technical skills and customer service. I expected management to use this as a teaching opportunity, not to dismiss a customer who had supported the school for over a decade. I cannot recommend this school based on my experience
