I took a chair still with wet hair then I approached by school director Ashley Reprimanded how I broke student spirit ? The student had no clue what service to do ! I told Ashley this is not the service requested the teacher had no knowledge of hair services and never treated so unprofessionally. After all services completed. I was told by manager that there was no charge. I told the manager that I still wanted to give student tip and that I would back to give cash. I came back manager please forward to student. I stated that I would be back for condition next time. I was told by manager that there would not be a next time that Management made decisions on incident with instructor prior appointment. ???
