So upset w my hair:-( was expecting soooo much better. The last 4 haircuts have been a total disaster. Most likely not coming back to this Supercuts! read more

My husband goes here often to get a hair cut. If you want a nice good hair cut go to Tran she is by far the best I LOVE HER and she is so funny, there is also another girl named Mayra that is good ( and I'm not just saying that because we have the same name) lol But everyone else hasn't been of my liking, they just can't cut hair the way I like it or especially him since he is so picky! Is I was just rating Tran I would give this a five but since she isn't the only stylist and it isn't Trans hair salon they get 4 stars! If you want something quick and good Tran is your go to girl, she rocks! Just make sure you go when it's not busy or call ahead to make sure she is there she always has someone that wants her. read more

Actually the worst haircuts I've ever had the displeasure of getting. The actual salon itself is nice, but no matter which stylist I get, my hair always ends up not how I like, ever. It's either "meh" or "oh hell no". I'm a teenage guy, and I've kept the same shaggy style almost my entire life. I always ask for a less than 1" trim, and typically get more than 1.5-2" cut off. I'm done dealing with this place and will be looking for haircuts elsewhere. (After the current hair I have grows into some semblance of "good") read more

As someone who was just here and had to witness an outburst by a crazy customer I am still satisfied with my service. I wanted to to make sure this business got a fair review from a perspective that was not biased by hatred like the review given by Stephanie L. As a guest who was a witness to this situation I feel as though I should clear things up. The lady in question had partially cut the boys hair but was not finished, she was simply requesting the mothers permission to proceed in a difficult spot, as he had a cow lick. The mother responded with anger and distress rather than allowing a rational thought escape her mouth. It wasn't until the mother started using foul language in the situation that the lady in orange stepped in. I would have stepped in as well but it was not my place. The lady in yellow finished the haircut, even after being berated and belittled by this hateful woman with so much dignity and a professionalism, that I think she deserves a 5 star just for that. All in all my services received were magnificent and I couldn't be happier, I just hope others see my review as opposed to the hate filled review given by Stephanie. read more

It's no Vidal Sassoon, but for $14 bucks...you could do a lot worse. My go to place for my mullet maintenance.

If you are looking for a good customer service don't come here, I took my brother in for a haircut for graduation the haircut looked really nice can't complain about that, also the lady that cut his hair was very professional and nice the only problem is they are not understandable with clients that have small children unfortunately I had to bring my one year-old along with me and I forgot her shoes at home so I let her walk around the waiting room without any shoes but not in the area Where they were cutting hair and that was probably a bit wrong of me due to it is a health hazard but Next thing I know here comes this lady I think her name is Melissa and asked me with a really rude tone to pick up my daughter from the floor but in a really rude tone I wasn't upset because she asked me to pick her up what made me upset is how she said I don't think there was a need for her to be rude to me because I am a paying customer and I always take my family to this Supercuts because of the quality of the haircuts but I will definitely never go to that Supercuts anymore horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service read more

Tran is my absolute favorite! She does an amazing job on my hair every time! I also love Ms Juana!

"I can't do it cause it's too much work for me!" That's the last thing we want to hear as a customer. I suggest to hire more energetic employees and give them customer service trainings. The supercut in Round Rock welcomed me and did the service without nagging. I will never step in this shop again and will tell my coworkers how I have been treated. No wonder there are signs everywhere at attract customers. read more

$16.95 is a reasonable price for a men haircut. Apparently they don't schedule appointments and walk ins only. The place is just average and so was my haircut. read more

Awesome hair salon and very affordable! I have been many times and have had my hair cut by several different stylists, I am always in n out within 20 minutes and I usually just walk-in. I can tell that this place is well managed and that most of the stylists truly enjoy working here. Oh and I love the new hot steam towel!!! Definitely getting my ears lowered here again read more

When I moved to Austin a few years ago, I walked into Supercuts and happened to end up in Tran's chair. WHAT LUCK! She's the best thing ever to happen to supercuts. Be sure to download the Supercuts app so you can check-in and have a shorter wait time on the drive there. It'll tell you how long the expected wait is. read more

Was pretty displeased with my most recent service I received here. I have been here 3 times, and the other two times were actually pretty good, but after this last experience I will not be going back at all. It started when an older Hispanic lady started cutting my hair. I did not really have a preference, though Tran, I know does a great job, she was not here when I went in. The first issue I had was when I was explaining what I wanted. It was very simple, 3 all-around, sideburns cut to mid-ear. The lady did not speak very good English and could not understand that I wanted my sideburns cut to mid-ear. I then had to try and explain it with visual cues and she still didn't understand. She asked me a question I wasn't able to understand, and after I tried to re-explain it, she then shushed me and re-asked her question and then tried to explain it to me herself but it looked like she finally understood. I wasn't really in the mood to argue, so I just nodded and told her that was fine. At this point she then went through the haircut like normal and started explaining that she didn't speak good English, seemingly apologetic. I answered her questions, but I wasn't in the mood to small talk at this point. Afterwards, she showed me the back and sideburns, everything seemed alright and I paid and walked out. After double checking it in my car, I noticed my sideburns were not even, it was off by just a little bit. I had my GF double check it for me just in case it was just me and she agreed it was off. So I went back and asked her to even it up for me. She then checked it and told me I was wrong, she asked me to sit down and started explaining that it was because of the hair stubble right under my sideburns is what made it look off. I tried to explain that the line where the sideburns ended was off by just a little but she once again told me I was wrong and then tried to visually show me that it was even by running the clipper right underneath both sideburns. I'm not sure if she fully understood what I was trying to show her about my hair that I was displeased with, or if she truly thought they were even on both sides. It was such a simple request, and I wasn't going to argue with her again, so I just agreed and walked out. I was pretty much tired of being mistreated at this point, and instead of having the employee try and fix an issue I had with the service, instead argue and tell me I was wrong, I have decided to not go back. The experience was so poor it has soured my taste of the place. Maybe it was just that particular employee, so I caution you to be 100% confident of the hairdresser you get. read more

No wait time, fast and easy. They also did a great job on the cut overall. Come in at a slow time like 2 or something and you'll be in and out very quickly. read more

Great location, friendly staff, and quick service. So I need a quick hair cut before work after seeing reviews on here I figured I would give it a try seeing how it's highly rated and close to my apartment. It was honestly one of the worst hair cuts I've had. She didn't blend it well and missed several spots. read more

So it's annoying that if the store hours indicate they close at 7 or 8 pm, and if you're not there at least half an hour earlier then you have just wasted your time and gas getting there because they won't take you. It's a stupid policy if your business states you close at a certain time then you should not be turning away customers prior to that, it's bad business. read more

I went in a few months ago based on a recommendation to see Tran. She's great. Very fun to chat with. Worth the 2 dollars to request. Get my hair scissor cut every time just the way I want it. read more

Great location and great staff and get coupon with HEB purchase. I went today and got the attention I wanted even when it was busy, I would go back read more

My husband got a haircut here a few months ago. He's really picky about his hair but he ended up liking what the lady did. He'll be going back here later today to get it cut even shorter for summer and the triple digit temps. read more

If you want to be ignored and have someone cut all the length out of your hair the yes go here. I told the 'stylist' 3 times to not touch the top and she proceeded to do whatever she wanted. That's what you get with a cheap haircut. A cheap haircut. I'm never going to ever enter any place that ends in cuts. Get some skills and clean out your ears read more

Mayra is my hair stylist at this location and is the reason I gave it 5 stars. She is super nice and definitely a customer service pro and makes you feel important. I have seen her three times and will continue to do so. She is nice, professional, funny and always appreciative. If you are looking for a stylist in Austin, give Mayra a try. You can request a stylist when you check in. She is definitely worth it! The store over all is ok with upbeat music playing and a television at the front. Nothing spectacular about this store, but Mayra is great and is the reason I come here. read more

I have been driving into Austin to get my hair cut for years. They are very professional, friendly and genuine. They do get very busy but depending on the day and time that I go in the time flies by quickly and its a first come first serve basis so sign in when you get there. I drive a long distance to get my hair cut at Parmer Lane Supercuts. My favorite hairstylists are Rita, Lan, Juana or Melissa. I don't mind the drive when I know that I am going to be very happy (and pretty) when I leave. Great job ladies. read more

Worst place ever! Rudest women ever, I called to see if I could make an appointment and was told they don't do that, ok fine. I immediately went and told the mexican lady that I had called requesting an appointment but before I could even finish my sentence she rudely told me "We don't do appointments". I said I understand that, I am saying I called and wanted to get wanted to get a haircut, again she tells me "We don't do appointments". So I told her, you are not listening, I called and understand you don't do appointments but I would like to be on the list to get a haircut. She then proceeded to talk about me, while I was sitting just feet away from her, to every other stylist that walked up. While I have heard great things about Tran, she completely butchered my hair, and with all that - I will never go back. read more

No stars. I went in for nothing more than a shampoo and flat iron. My hair is barely shoulder length and the bill was $40. She would not use any type of product. My hair was not sleek or smooth, there were stray frizzies everywhere. I am very disappointed. read more

I've been bringing my sons here for haircuts for the last 2 yrs. Tran is fantastic and the rest of the salon staff is quick and competent. We used to pay 2X as much for haircuts at snip-it's and were always disappointed in both wait-time and outcome. Come here instead- you'll be impressed. read more
