Under her management, the place seems to have come alive and everyone seems to have a better attitude towards the customer. Truly unbelievably bad customer service. I explained that my husband has Alzheimer's and apologized for my having trouble explaining what haircut he wanted. The male hairstylist rudely responded, "But do you also have Alzheimer's?" since I wasn't adequately describing the cut. I'm still astounded at the level of ignorance and lack of compassion from one human to another. We walked out and will not go back. My poor husband luckily didn't understand what happened. read more

A hair cut repair kinda job. Best quality hair cut I have gotten in quite a while. Place was clean, tidy and fortunately for me, not too busy. I called first and spoke to Miram. She was kind and answered all my questions. I booked immediately with her. When I came in I was greeted by another young pregnant woman. It was clear she was tired and achy. I understand. But she was a bit grumpy and told a man he would have to wait. Then told me that I would have to wait a while and then would help me. I was so pleased when Miram came to the front desk. She ask the employee whom was her customer. I interrupted and introduced myself to Miram. Glad I did, as the first employee had blown me and the gentleman off. Kinda sad. Miram had a clean area and was very pleasant and listened to me. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. And when finished asked if she could or needed to correct anything. My husband and I were in on Dec 30, 2023. Staff was pleasant. Upon check out, while offering a custom tip option, the system went directly to closing the sale. Staff got directions on how to void the transaction and supposedly did so. Then rang our services up separately so I could tip each service. I was instead charged for the original $91 plus $88 & $23 that included tips. I went in on Jan 6th when the $91 had not been credited back. Waited half hour or more, spoke to Julian who admitted instructing on how to do the voiding, incorrectly. So far, so good. An honest mistake. Now, he will not respond to voicemails. I went back today and was told that the franchisee would be contacting me shortly. I was in store almost an hour, it's been another hour now and I still haven't received any communication. I'm waiting to see what resolution there is as I am willing to update this review. They made a mistake OR have no intention of making it right. These days, $91 is not insignificant. RUN!! They only know how to cut men's hair there. The style of my bangs were perfect they just needed a very small trim. I even had a picture for reference for my very simple curtain bang. I left with what looks like someone put a bowl on my head & chopped it MUCH shorter then what I asked for. I basically look like a bowl cut version of the little drummer boy. Not only was it chopped & uneven but she cut off the hairs that shaped my face adding them to my bangs VERY unevenly which I specifically told her not to do like 3 times. Now I have bangs that looks like I very poorly cut myself, basically my only option is to attempt to rock a Betty page look, that's how short it was cut. My hair is literally ruined. Horrifying experience with Susan Suu! Went to bring a family member in to get serviced on and the stylist was alone, treated my family member with poor bedside mannerisms along with very abusive & vigorous motions/actions when bathing the hair. Nails clawing unto the scalp and completely drenched the entire back of the blouse all the way down to the trousers. Would not recommend unless you want to have an abusive person working on you.Should be reported! read more

I have recently become a returning customer at this location. I have been at many different barbers, hair cutting places etc.. And by far this has been the best location I have ever had the privilege of visiting. Savanna ( Savy ) Is by far the best I have ever met. She is so kind and friendly and makes it a very pleasing experience to sit and have a hair cut and a decent conversation. I came to Supercuts on a Saturday at 10:30 for a quick haircut for my 6 year old son. We walked in with one person ahead of us and 4 stylists working. I thought for sure this would be a quick in and out process. We waited patiently for the first person ahead of us to go. 30 minutes later we were still sitting there. These stylist are slowest workers I've ever seen in my life. What normally takes 15 minutes at Great Clips (at any of them... we've probably gone to 15 different ones between Corpus Christi, Allen and Dallas), took an hour and a half at this Supercuts. I will never step foot into that Super Cuts in my life. If you don't mind waiting for a subpar $15 kid haircut, by all means suit yourself. read more

They are understaffed on peak times. The online check-in is a joke and does not mean anything. There is a receptionist that I am not sure what really she does. Only good stylist seems to be Natomi and another lady which I can't remember name. Overall, only reason they probably are staying busy is the location is in a great location. read more

Once I got there they told me we can't do it because there are 6 people infront of you and we are closing in 3o mins- I could see myself 2nd on the screen but she kept arguing there are 6 more people before me. I went first thing in the morning. There was only one stylist which was no problem since it wasn't busy. It was my turn and I explained to the lady that I only wanted a trim, not a full haircut. She started cutting..and cutting..and cut some more. I'm getting slightly annoyed as I see more and more of my hair being cut off. What annoyed me more was that I noticed the stylist was shaking while cutting my hair and the other stylist (walked in shortly after I sat down) was staring. This made me very uncomfortable, so much so that I barely looked at the cut when she finished. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. I made a few stops before heading home and walked around feeling kind of bummed. When I finally made it home, I started playing in my hair. Even though it was not what I asked for..I do like the haircut. What I don't like and the reason for the low rating, is being made to feel uncomfortable while there. **Updated Review** I've been meaning to update my review but am just now getting around to it. I tried this place again after a not so pleasant first experience. I went in on Father's Day and they were supposed to close at 6. I got there right around 5 and since it was Father's Day they were closing a little early..at 5. Even though they were technically closed one of the ladies stayed and did my trim. I was very appreciative of that and she did a REALLY good job. I don't remember her name but as it turns out, that was her last day at that location. If she had stayed I would have definitely been a regular with her. I will also add that the owner did reach out to me after my first experience. I explained to one stylist ringing me out that you can't really print these offers out, but she refused to honor it unless it was printed. ‍ I've been here several times over the course of a year and this place is hit or miss. I never leave this place with an even haircut; I don't know if it's the way some hairdressers are trained or what could explain it, but it's strange no matter what stylist I get this happens to me. Most of the hairdressers are really nice - they just don't listen to your needs. The one good employee that I loved left this place, so every time I come in I deal with a different stylist that doesn't quite hit the mark. This Supercuts is a GREAT location. I don't have the funds to be a hair snob but I can feel like one when Shea cuts my hair. They do a great job with making you feel comfortable and making sure your cut is exactly what you want, asking you plenty of questions along the way so it doesn't end up like my other experiences with hair places where we get to the end, they spin me around and I'm surprised by the end result. I needed a last minute trim and found this place on yelp. It said to "check in" and they would give me 10% off. This was my first time to check in and thought it was a great way for them to get new clients. I go in and there's nobody in the place but two stylists. I told them about the discount and they said they can't take it I need to print it. I pulled up the app and showed them where it said pull up on your phone and show this for the discount. They asked if I could run down to staples and print it-that's the only way I could use it. I told them I wouldn't do that and walked out. I was dumbfounded and embarrassed. People are nice there. I went there around 6pm Sunday and only Waited for 10 minutes. I think for my haircut, number 3 on the side and scissors on the top, the lady did a great job. It was very tidy and clean. I spent $18 plus tip for it. I don't know how they did for girls, but for men, i think it may well be a good place to consider if you live nearby. read more
