I am so glad I did. Jessica listened to what I needed and wanted and suggested something that would make my hair and wallet happy. I have long red hair, and a super busy work schedule. She was able to come up with a plan that allowed me to look great, while still being low maintenance. She also respected that I wanted to keep as much length as possible, while still acknowledging I needed a cut. The conversation was great and free flowing.
