What I appreciate most is that she truly listens and does exactly what you ask--which, surprisingly, hasn't always been my experience with other stylists. She's efficient, fun to talk to, and very respectful of your time. Most importantly, she gets my color right. I prefer a light brown, and with other hairdressers my hair has often ended up way too dark--almost black. That has never happened with her. She replied to questions I had via email within an hour and was welcoming in her salon. I waited almost an hour. I had to tell them the rollers were too hot. I had to tell them the timer went off. Unsurprisingly, my hair was fried. At the end, I was told to go with the wet hair so that the curls would stay. It doesn't look remotely like the picture I showed.
