The husband and wife was all smiles which I'm truly grateful for upon entering. Showed some pics and describe what I wanted and the Asian male (I will get your name next time!) said in full confidence he knew what I wanted. Given my experience with a barber, I was doubtful. When my cut was done, I just sat back and with a sigh of relief, finally someone knows what they are doing. Also my fiancé was smiling from ear to ear looking at me in the waiting area. She insisted I need to do hair cut saying my previous hair cut is not stylish which I had done it 2weeks ago. I requested my hair done with wavy by showing the photo she asked me to show what kind of hair I wanted. Ended up like this photos. when I complained it, she blamed to me that I straight my hair intentionally. She said she would give me a 15-minute consultation for my ruined hair. She said she can fix some of them but hair perm all over again charge extra $100 She already charged $200, which i didn't expect that much. Of course I will not ask my hair again. I really regret i went this place because of the convenience. Next time I will research better. Please consider going this place. I wish I can turn back to my previous hair style.
