Update: They reached out and offered not only a decent haircut with a master level stylist but refunded money for the disaster haircut. I will update with a photo of the finished product when finished. I'm excited! ~Colleen Eggert~ I was in 10/11/2025 and had an appointment with Nicky S. Now overall she was nice, gave a great relaxing shampoo and conditioner experience but that's where it ends. I will include the photo of what I wanted done. A simple shag cut. Right out the gate she said the picture was AI which is was but a shag cut has been around forever. She then proceeded to tell me that layers would thin out my hair. Which I know is not true. If anything layers give new life to thin hair. My hair is thick with fine hair if that makes sense. We then went and washed my hair. Came back and she proceeded to cut off about 7 inches which is what the shag haircut showed. But then she cut my hair into a square. Some say it's a bob. It's ugly is all I know. As she was talking I watched her with the scissors carefully because at this point I knew she didn't know how to do layers or a shag cut. I wish right when I sat down she would have been honest and said she didn't have the skill to do that. She admitted she didn't know how to work a curling iron very well as she never uses one. Would have saved us all some money and disappointment. The other photos are of myself and the spongebob square pants haircut. Not one layer to be found. Overall the experience at the salon was lovely. But I believe Nicky S needs to practice a bit more before she gets on the floor and not make her clients suffer with the only haircut she seems comfortable with. I did make a followup appointment for 12/6/2025 with her thinking maybe a second chance would make her fix it or point to someone who knew how. But now after looking at my hair, I just want to inform you I will not be making that appointment as I think I have to let my hair grow out a bit more before I attempt to find someone that knows how to do a shag haircut. Really disappointed in her abilities. read more

Kali is the best! This salon provides excellent service from check-in to check-out. The vibe is casual, comfortable, and peaceful. I never feel rushed. Kali listens to my needs and perfects any style or cut I request. This is the second service with Kali and I made sure to book my 3rd appointment before I left. You are in capable, attentive and creative hands. The salon itself is clean, modern, & has a good array of Aveda products. All of the stuff pays attention to anything you might need while you're there. You get hot tea, water, coffee and wine. If you're looking for a salon to fit your hairstyle/coloring needs this is the place to go. Wish I could leave 0 stars.... I quote my fiancé as he called me from his car at the salon, "this is the worst hair cut I ever had", I thought it can't possibly be that bad, and made him FaceTime me... but it was the worst hair cut. He doesn't know the name of the woman who did this catastrophe. He gave precise directions & showed her two photos of how his hair typically looks BUT she paid NO heed, did whatever she wanted, shaved off hi sides and only left the top with uneven bangs. It looks awful. We have a wedding to attend and unfortunately there is nothing you can do to fix this because it's SO short. Go here if you do not want them to listen to you and do with your hair as they please. Maybe they are good with women's hair but men, take your money and run. My fiancé will not let me post a picture due to protecting his privacy but I assure you, an unskilled person with good listening abilities could have done better than this. read more
