My hair were completely DRY but somehow the stylist claimed they were wet. I was surprised that the stylist found completely dry hair as wet!! She said she will have to do full service for $59 with shampoo/conditioner OR reschedule to another date/time ( which is RIDICULOUS as I have to be ready now not on a later date/time) As much she was wrong I still agreed to pay $59. Then she said while I will pay for the $59 service, she will only give 30 mins and do the dry styling. This completely knocked me off as they asked me to pay for $59 but will only give $30 service. Cancelled my service and walked out. Not going there again. Other Dry bars treat their customers much better.
