I have been a fan of Super Burger for awhile but had to travel to Santa Rosa to get my burger. Best Burgers, ever! Glad to know that I don't have to travel as far. The new place is in an odd spot, but hopefully they're reputation will proceed them and people will still come to this location. As far as burgers, they're just as good as they always are. Burgers are made to perfection. I did not find them greasy at all. My husband can finish I whole burger but I find it a little difficult especially if I have french fries and a shake with it (and we split the shake). The shakes are divine and the amount of different shakes that they make is even better! I do wish they would come to Marin county but they said they were only going to be in Sonoma county for now. . I will still make the ride up there, cuz it's worth it. You should give it a try!

The stare down with a mini cheeseburger

I was looking for a good burger something new so I tried Super burger. I was amazed at how juicy the burger was when I took my first bite. Me and this burger had a stare down immediately just from the size alone. It had a grand-opening sign out front so I take it that it had recently opened in the shopping plaza. The menu is outstanding, it has a variety of everything, even tater tots and garlic fries. I shall return.

Portions are huge! Sonoma Chicken sandwich had 2 filets and sides can definitely be shared between 2 people. Chicken was a little dry but still tasty.

Just had a Smashburger ordered through DoorDash, got a coupon. That's the reason why I ordered. The burger itself is delicious onions caramelized with cheese, medium rare burger, who wouldn't want that? I probably will not get the fries again. They're just basic fries. Nothing interesting about them. Maybe do the tater tots next time or onion rings. Hands-down those really good burger

McDonald Ave. Burger and Large Tots

One Liner: Juicy burgers with quality ingredients and interesting flavors that make this a destination spot for burger fiends in the area. Went here with some friends during a weekday lunch hour. First impression was that it was a small place and they had interesting options to choose from in different sizes. There was one person working the register and taking orders while there was only one cook making the food. The girl who took our order was very nice and walked us through the menu. The food arrived quickly with no issues as we sat inside their limited tables and chowed down. I eventually chose the McDonald Ave. Burger which was a 1/2 pound beast with a large order of tots. This burger comes with blue cheese, garlic mushrooms, "gart-ichoke" sauce, which is a roasted garlic and artichoke aioli, and I added grilled onions. When it arrived it was BIG. You can get a smaller patty option, but as I always say GO BIG OR GO HOME. As I bit into it, the flavor was solid and delicious. The patty was juicy and assembled well. It tasted fresh and textures of the different ingredients complemented each other well. This burger was extremely potent as you can tell from the blue cheese and copious amounts of garlic. I really enjoyed the flavor at first but by the end of the burger it was a little overwhelming. My next time coming here I will try a different flavor. The large tater tots I got to share is for about 2-3 people and could easily be for 3+. They were crispy, not greasy and delicious with a side of ranch. Overall, its definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. I know their shakes are super popular and looked yummy but I had to pass on it for lunch.

7/18/24-When I asked the front desk clerk at our hotel where we could get a good burger? With no hesitation he said, "SUPERBURGER". Me and my husband decided to give it a try, we are not from the area and have never tried their food. The burger was big, juicy and cooked to perfection!! The onion rings were crunchy and with a thin batter coating. The shakes were also very creamy and the 12oz was just the right amount to polish off with our burgers. My husband is a hard critic when it comes to burgers but he also said it was a very good burger and was happy we gave it a try. Only recomendation- make the ranch a little thicker, it was a little thin like water.

Huge fan of Superburger in Cotati and decided to give Petaluma location a try, big mistake. When I had received my order to go burger wasn't fully cooked and fries were soggy. I live less than 3 minutes away (from Petaluma location) and even ordered to-go in cotati location before and never once received soggy fries despite living further away. Next time I'll take the extra drive and go to cotati location.

Instead of bagging a takeout order, they handed me a giant, wide-open cardboard tray. How anyone is supposed to balance an open flat box of exposed food while managing a small child is beyond me. "To-go" means packaged to move--in a bag, easy to carry, with sealed condiments inside. Instead, everything was sitting out in the open, and condiments are only offered in lidless, open cups ready to spill all over the place. When I politely asked the girl at the counter to please put our order into a bag, she gave me immediate attitude and turned passive-aggressive. She snapped that "that's just how we do it when it's a lot of food," acting like I was an idiot and it was somehow my fault for not knowing their nonsensical packaging system. Completely impractical takeout model paired with dismissive, rude (passive aggressive) customer service. If you actually need food packaged for on-the-go convenience, look elsewhere. Horrible experience.

It had been a while since we had last come here, so it was fun to be back and enjoy some of our favorite beers. It was a beautiful day, and they had live music. They also had a couple of large-screen TVs set up showing the World Cup game. Our server was very helpful, answering our questions about beer and bringing us a couple of samples before deciding what to order. I asked for my favorite light beer, DayTime, and we decided to share an order of chicken wings, fries, and their P-Town Chop Salad. The beer was as good as I remembered, and the food was well-made and delicious, especially the wings (with Buffalo sauce). They allow dogs, as long as they are well-behaved and on a leash, so our little guy had fun saying hello to a couple of dogs that were sitting nearby in between his breaks from begging for treats from the table. Savory dishes from Jackie Boy's BBQ and a cheesy slice of pepperoni pizza for sharing satisfied our taste buds on this beautiful Saturday evening. Yes, options were limited for calling this a "food park", but offerings were more than sufficient (besides the food vendors selling bbq, pizza, and ice cream from the main window in the patio, there was also a food truck near the parking lot serving spicy mexican dishes). Lots of TV's and a bar inside the venue. We got a couple blocktails, the watermelon marg and barrel aged old fashioned. The drinks were made well, very tasty and strong, though a bit sweet as they do add sugar. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, too. Fire pits near the partially covered tables outside, and the stage featuring live music situated out here as well. The setting was carefree and inviting, and we had minimal waits and no problems with service.

I had been to the block before about a few years earlier and remember it being lively and fun filled with a handful of food options and a packed bar. This time, the establishment was almost completely empty with only two food options: the barbecue or the pizza. Both menus were extremely limited in terms of available options. I went with the barbecue platter and my boyfriend went with two slices of pepperoni pizza. While the pizza was decent, but nothing to write home about, I would never order that barbecue platter again. First of all, the mac & cheese that it came with was more like overcooked buttered noodles without seasoning. The pulled pork and the coleslaw tasted old as if it had been sitting out at room temp. I also thought it was weird that they gave me potato chips as another side, but to eat their own. The only thing I actually enjoyed were the side of pickles and who knows if those were even made or from a jar. It was cold outside, so we decided to sit under the enclosed portion of the building and flies swarmed us - they were everywhere and we were continuously swatting our hands around to try to get any relief. It was miserable experience and as soon as we were done eating, we just wanted to leave. I can see why people were not here after the disappointment my boyfriend and I felt.

Quite literally the best deli around. From delicious prepacked salads and desserts to fresh bbq meats there is no shortage of good eats. From the time we placed our order until all the food was ready, approximately 30 minutes had passed. We were accompanied by two hungry young children, and our family was sharing a hamburger while waiting for the remainder of our order. While I understand that food preparation takes time, the wait felt excessive, especially given the overall experience. During our wait, I witnessed an interaction between another customer and a male employee wearing all black, who was bald and wore reading glasses. The customer approached him to ask whether his sandwich was ready, and the employee responded abruptly that he had been calling for the customer for 12 minutes, grabbed his food from a shelf and put on counter. The customer took his food bag and shook his head in apparent disbelief. As a first-time visitor, witnessing this interaction raised concerns about the level of customer service being provided. Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing. By the time our order was ready, both Tri-Tip sandwiches were cold, and the barbecue sauce had left the bread soggy and mushy. The sandwiches contained very little meat, making them feel more like bread with a small amount of cold Tri-Tip than a satisfying sandwich. Overall, they were mediocre and did not meet our expectations. The hamburger was fine, and the salmon sandwich was acceptable. The cheesecake, however, was very good and was the highlight of our meal. I also noticed that the seating area could have been cleaner. Additionally, when I picked up our food, I asked for a side of barbecue sauce and was told by the same employee that it would cost an additional dollar. I understand that restaurants may charge extra for certain items, but this was another disappointing aspect of the experience, particularly when the sandwiches themselves were already heavily dependent on the barbecue sauce. After spending $97.02 on our first visit, I left feeling that the overall value, food quality, cleanliness, and customer service did not justify the expense. Regrettably, this experience has left me with little interest in returning or recommending the restaurant to others. I strongly encourage management to review its food preparation and order-handling processes, reinforce cleanliness standards, and, most importantly, provide customer service training for employees. In particular, the employee described above would benefit from coaching on professional communication, patience, and respectful customer interactions. Employees represent the restaurant, and even one negative interaction can significantly influence a customer's perception of the entire business. A restaurant may be busy and doing well at present, but long-term success depends on consistently delivering quality food, maintaining a clean environment, and treating every customer with courtesy and respect. First impressions matter, and customers who feel disappointed or disrespected are unlikely to return. I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended. I am sharing it because these are areas where improvements could make a meaningful difference to the customer experience and the restaurant's long-term reputation.

I was rattling off various restaurant names and food options when suddenly someone mentioned pizza! Now I've had pizza from several different places in town, none of which interested me or my co-worker then I remembered that this particular Acme location had a pizza oven from the prior restaurant (RIP Flamez), so I brought it up. We agreed to order the pizza and a salad to share. Now they only have1 pizza size to chose from (10") which just comes with cheese, if you want any other toppings it's an additional fee. We added pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage and red onions. I then looked at the salad options and ordered the South West Salad and decided to add red onions and avocado to it at an additional fee. I also chose ranch dressing. In addition I ordered a Dr. Pepper drink for my co-worker. It took approximately 40 minutes from start to delivery. PFT is pretty darn accurate on their times unlike those other delivery services. When our order arrived, the pizza was the perfect temperature as well as the salad, and the ice was not melted in the drink. About the only thing that we didn't get were plates, forks, napkins and I was surprised that we didn't get the ranch dressing for the salad. Nothing like having a "dry" salad. So we grabbed a bunch of paper towels and ate the pizza, my co-worker drank his Dr. Pepper. Since we weren't given any utensils or salad dressing we put the salad in the refrigerator until today and I brought paper plates, plastic forks and salad dressing from home. The salad was good and filling. About the only thing I would say is it would be nice if this restaurant would include utensils, plates, napkins, etc., and double check to make sure they put the salad dressing in the box with the salad. But again the salad was still good the next day and the pizza was above average.
