The smoked wings were DELECTABLE, I ate every morsel off the bone. My boyfriend liked his ribs as well. The house sauce is very vinegar heavy, which I personally love, great flavor! And even the sides, were all PERFECT. The potato salad? Creamy, seasoned, just enough mustard. The beans? Well-balanced, perfectly flavored, with just enough sweet to Smokey ratio. The fries? Seasoned to perfection, crunchy, crisp. I can't wait to come back and try more of the bbq. And if that wasn't enough, they have a real deal wood-fire pizza oven right in the middle of the restaurant that I will definitely be giving a shot. Cheers to Jerry, he is doing something right!

The Good: The Brisket burnt ends were very good with good flavor. The service was very good and the food was delivered very quickly. But that's the extent of the good.... The Bad: The "Pork Steak Burger" was a major disappointment. It was served with nothing on the bun. No Onion...No Pickle...No lettuce...Nothing. Dry ground meat on a cheap hamburger bun. The burger did not have the flavor or moistness of a pork steak. It is pork run through a meat grinder with no seasoning added. VERY Bland...and at $7 was overpriced. I was amazed that there were NO Pork Steaks on the menu...! That is a fatal flaw that will prevent us from ever returning. The slaw was flavorless with too much vinegar and large chunks of cabbage that should have been ground or cut into smaller pieces. It was closer to a cabbage salad with vinegar dressing than traditional "slaw". My wife could not eat more than 1/4th of her serving due to the taste. The sides were substantially more expensive than the local BBQ competition. Standard sides like potato salad/beans/ slaw were all $3 for an average serving. Sides at competitive BBQ in the area are $1.89-$1.99 for better tasting food. A slab of ribs with (2) sides was $24. A slab with (3) sides at the competition is $2 cheaper. The only water they offer is bottled water for $1 a bottle. The BBQ sauce is served in bottles that have no labels. You have no idea what you are getting. They need to install a fly trap. We had pesky fly's competing with us for our meal throughout dinner. If you want excellent BBQ...Including Pork Steaks...Caledonia BBQ, Bailey Jo's in Ironton and Dexter BBQ are ALL better BBQ and more reasonably priced. When the new Sugar Fire BBQ opens in Farmington I will be surprised if Big Dick's in Farmington is still open a year from now.

Super Smokers St. Louis is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone who loves incredible barbecue and a dining experience that feels like home. From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you're greeted by the unmistakable aroma of smoky, slow-cooked perfection. Once you step inside, you're met with warm smiles, a welcoming atmosphere, and a menu that will make your mouth water before you even place your order. Of course, the barbecue is top-notch--the kind of smoked meats that make you fall silent as you savor every bite--but let me take a moment to talk about the sides, which are nothing short of legendary. They're not just a complement to the barbecue--they're stars in their own right. Let's start with the mac and cheese: it's creamy, cheesy, and cooked to perfection. Every bite is pure comfort food bliss, and it's impossible to stop at just one serving. Their baked beans are another standout--sweet, smoky, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right kick to balance the richness of the barbecue. The coleslaw is a crisp, refreshing palate cleanser that ties everything together beautifully. And don't even get me started on the cornbread--it's moist, buttery, and downright addictive. Every single side dish feels like it's been crafted with as much love and care as the main event. As incredible as the food is, what truly makes Super Smokers stand out is the owner, Jeff. He's the heart and soul of this place, and his passion for barbecue and hospitality shines through in everything he does. Jeff is the kind of owner who doesn't just run a restaurant--he creates a community. Whether he's personally greeting guests, sharing his barbecue knowledge, or simply ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen is perfect, Jeff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. You can tell Jeff puts his heart into every detail, from the meticulously smoked meats to the perfectly crafted sides to the warm, friendly atmosphere that keeps people coming back time and time again. He's not just running a restaurant--he's creating a space where people come together over great food and shared experiences. Super Smokers St. Louis is more than a barbecue joint--it's an experience. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite, enjoying a family meal, or introducing out-of-town friends to the magic of St. Louis barbecue, this place delivers every single time. The food is phenomenal, the service is exceptional, and the owner, Jeff, is truly one of a kind. If you haven't been to Super Smokers yet, you're seriously missing out. This place is a true treasure, and I can't recommend it enough. Do yourself a favor--go hungry, order everything you can, and prepare to be blown away. You'll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. read more

What a great dinner at Super Smokers! I was with a large group that had decided to get BBQ for dinner. The owner Jeff Fitter could not have been more gracious or supportive and welcomed us heartily on a cold and rainy February evening. For starters we had the smoked chicken wings which were delish! We also had his famous deviled eggs (I ate 5 which is so wrong). The best thing though was his bacon wrapped and smoked jalapeños poppers. I asked Jeff if he would ship me a dozen back home. Please try them! For dinner I had the Pork BBQ platter with green beans and Mac and cheese. It was terrific! I used his Championship Sauce which is the best BBQ sauce I have ever had. Ever. I bought 4 bottles and wrapped them into my luggage. TSA left me a note saying they had gone through it and I was sure a bottle would be missing but they all made it home! I am from the South and I have a smoker. I have very good BBQ but this was outstanding. I had several ribs from a baby back that my buddy ordered and they were the best ribs I have had in my whole life. Jeff said he baste them in a " slurry" to enhance the flavor. Best ribs I have ever had. Did I say that enough? I also tried the brisket. They were tender and had a super flavor. One of the guys ordered the beef ribs - I had a bite and I loved the seasoning and smoke! The one thing I wished I ordered was the cream corn. I heard it was amazing! This is my first Yelp review if that says anything. I usually never do this but so loved the Q and all of the sides! I can't wait to go back to St Louis and try Super Smokers again. Jeff was kind enough to show us his operations and the smokers he uses. Very impressive operation. Incredible food and service was outstanding! Thank you Super Smokers and Jeff Fitter! ~Rick read more

Service was probably the worst I've experienced. They didn't have room for all of us at one table, so we were fine with allowing our kids to sit across from us at two different tables. Then, we tried to order for our families (kids), which caused almost a meltdown of the entire place. Even though we said we would simply give our kids the food when it arrives. Waitress was rude to all of us - including kids. Talking to us like we were students, and she was a teacher. Saying things like, "Do you understand?" Honestly, I wanted to leave before the food ever arrived, but we were stuck. Then, I tried to add on a side of cornbread. She rudely said, "Well, that's going to take a while." I was like no problem, we will wait. I'm not sure what's was going on, but common sense seemed to be missing with the way they handled our party. Leaving a very bad taste in our mouths. Food was ok, smaller portions than expected for pricing. Would not go back. read more

It arrived with onion rings... 4 of them, from medium down to small. The dog was mostly warm (not hot), but withered like it had been cooking for a while. The meat was placed atop chili that was cold... cold enough to rob the warmth from some spots of the dog. The bun was a soggy mess, and none of the cheese was melted, so it couldn't have been under the heat lamp. It looked fanciful when served, but it was very underwhelming eating compared to past experiences. My wife had the chicken wrap, served with French fries. In a day and age when competitors give out fries like they need to clear an overstocked situation, it was a small handful that would normally be found in a Happy Meal from the famous clown. The wrap itself was shy on the chicken, and heavy on the dressing inside. What used to be a nice place, appears to be sliding downhill, as if the kitchen has given up. If they've checked out, so have we.

Because they take orders from the restaurant side and the Casino side, it can get hectic. Patience is a virtue here, but they move with urgency. Food was ready in a pretty decent amount of time and everything was hot and fresh off the grill and fryer. Fries, crispy outside fluffy inside, add salt. Burger, juicy and seasoned well, add mustard. I ate that whole double Cheeseburger and originally I didn't think I could. This is very enjoyable burger.

Local resident. First time here. Grabbed an order to go. Purchased the Q Meat Sampler (pulled pork,…read morerib bites, and substituted catfish for chicken), my sides were green beans, and potato salad. Only took about 10 minutes or so to make. Catfish was amazing. Pulled pork was amazing. Potato salad and green beans were amazing. Rib bites were tasty and the sauce was very good, just not much meat on the bone. Enough leftover for probably 2 more meals. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the big menu.
