They contacted me and sent someone to clean up all the messy areas. I was please the owner followed up to correct the situation. We hired them to remove wallpaper from three baths and restore texture. They completed the job but did not clean up. I'm still cleaning up debris left behind and I had to have a contractor rehang lights, towel bars and switch plates. the price was high and they left our home a mess. My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home. We knew instantly that we wanted to remove the hideous popcorn ceilings that were in place throughout the home. I hired Super Shooters the summer of 2023 for a couple of projects in my condo and they did a fantastic job. I got several bids and they were very competitive. First, they saved me when the company I hired to install a new AC misrepresented handling the drywall repair. Without much time, Super Shooters came in and made the wall like new. I was so pleased I hired them back to finish the interior of the 2-car garage with a storage room. It had old original unfinished drywall with cosmetic damage in some areas. 3 days later, it looked flawless. Even after the first day of repairs, the Sheetrock looked new with fresh tape. Some sections were replaced, some weren't but I couldn't tell the difference. It was night and day from the dirty, scuffed, dinged up Sheetrock of the morning. They walked me through progress at the end of each day and at every stage it looked superb. The final result looked like a brand new garage, textured and painted, with no overspray. There were different craftsmen for different parts of the jobs. Each was clearly a master of his trade. What would have taken me many weekends to do poorly, took them hours to perfectly. We shopped for many quotes for acoustic removal with asbestos. Super shooters gave a very competitive bid compared to all the other bids, plus they finish the ceilings after acoustic removal (drywall repair, retexture, prime and paint). I had some outrageous quotes and some quotes that came out to about the same but did not include the finishing. Although, I did opt out of the finishing since we are having more work done to the house and are not ready to finish the ceilings yet, the quote nonetheless was still the cheapest quote I got! Another reason I chose super shooters for the job was how responsive Frank was and the assurance he gave me for my fear of asbestos! Frank explained the process to me and answered my crazy questions or thoughts I had at any time of the day. He was so easy to communicate with and I cannot express how important this is! I've been dealing with so many contractors for our remodel the last two weeks and some are non responsive or they take FOREVER to respond. So I really appreciated Frank. The acoustic removal took two days - prep first day, abate second day. Frank checked in with me and gave me a status at the end of each work day. We went to the house on the third day and met with Frank. The house looked amazing! The ceilings should look like brown drywall after removing, but they encapsulated it as part of their process after abatement and it just honestly looked really nice! Frank and his crew left the place clean. We were impressed. Frank also took his time and spent over an hour with us before leaving going over any concerns or questions we had and not just that, but even gave us some tips on our remodel and showed my fiancé how to remove the wall panels we had going around the entire living room. So straightforward and did not mess around with quoting a huge number for no reason. Frank and team were awesome but communication could use some work. Make sure you're there every day to reinstate the same idea to each new team member that visits in order to ensure you're satisfied with the final product. The young guy that did the skim coat went above and beyond to make sure the walls were level in our hallway sidewalls and ceiling. He fixed one metal piece we missed in our prep/drywall install and did not charge extra. Nor did they charge more than the initially quoted amount for skim coating all the walls rather than just taping like originally included. The guy that sprayed the texture was super fast. Finished in about 3.5 hours and with clean up was out of our house in 4 hours. If you're in a remodel like we are, it's not a problem that the fallout was pretty sloppy (especially since we're planning on priming and painting all walls anyway) but I can see how that may be more of a concern to other reviewers who are living in the space or having flooring installed already. Overall, quality of the job is 100% there for the price. You can't beat it. I was referred to Supershooters thru my realtor/best friend. Google them and saw how many years in business. Hired them but never had the opportunity to be consulted of the expectation of work. Bottomline, the overall job done to remove acoustic popcorn ceiling was good. But the overall completed job was sloppy in the main area and most visible area of my home. Also inconsiderate tasks of cleaning their tools on my newly landscaped lawn which I was never consulted about the need to hose down tools. If known I would've suggested another area. Also damaged caused to my bathroom wall. When I spoke to the owner Frank he wasn't very accommodating and kept telling me he 'consulted' me. Never had we had discussions only thru my partner who never was 'consulted' as well. It took several attempts to convince the owner of my dismay and for him to see the problems. I asked him if this is the quality of work he'd give to his family. Eventually he had the wall repaired and a few clean up BUT I was left with repainting the main area myself. If Frank cared about his business he should've had someone repaint that high area of the ceiling and ensure I was content.
