Took 6 weeks longer and still could not procure material on time. I am not price sensitive client. I dont nickel and dime. I didnt negotiate price - i paid asking price because i expected A+ quality work. They still dropped the ball. Imagine how bad they will be when they *dont* get what they want. It took me 2 hours to find the same materials on Home Depot and have it delivered within 48 hours for less price and equal or better quality. His response was, "Hate to jinx it, but maybe the glass door gets broken during delivery". Had to terminate the GC over incompetence like this. They are small time contractors but charge pricing just like a big company. Advantage with bigger company is, their suppliers and sub-contractors take them seriously and deliver goods on time. Had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes and finish the project. I wont recommend them to my friends. Update: he texted to say he will sue me if i dont remove this review.

From the very beginning, they impressed me. Not only was their pricing fair, but they were ready and willing to start the very next morning -- I didn't even bother getting a second estimate. When I arrived at the property at 8:00 AM the next day, they had already completed about a quarter of the demolition. They started early and worked efficiently, all without being a nuisance to the neighbors. That level of professionalism and consideration really stood out. They also referred me to a great supplier for high-quality kitchen cabinets at amazing prices. After seeing their work ethic during demolition, I hired them for the cabinet installation -- and they did a fantastic job. From there, I decided to use them for the majority of the renovation project. The only parts I subcontracted out were the new roof and the HVAC system (since I received a package deal through my AC/heating supplier). Throughout the entire project, they showed up every single day and worked efficiently and consistently. When the house was complete and ready to sell, they even helped certify that there was no mold due to prior issues -- which gave me and the buyers additional peace of mind. I've since referred them to several of my real estate agent friends, who have also used them for their clients' needs. I hired RESCO to assist with restoration for soot and odor damage following a backyard fire…read more Initially I was pleased with their quick response. Ryan was very helpful through the process (literally the only positive). However, my floor is now damaged because of how they performed the job. After completing the cleaning process, they had fans running for 3.5 days. After inspecting my house, there was standing water/puddles of what can only be described as slime throughout my flooring. My floor is laminate, which means not only are you not supposed to mop it, you certainly should never have standing water on it. The water and slime were still there after the 3.5 days of fans/HEPA filters running. When RESCO arrived to complete a walk through, they also seemed surprised to see the standing water. They reported, "We didn't have a bucket to ring the mop out" the day they completed cleaning and "[they] thought the fans would dry it out" and that is why they left the water/slime on the floor. They also stated, "We don't know what all the slime is." They could not even complete the walk through because they, again, did not have a mop and bucket. They had to return later that day to mop it up. Of note, after they "mopped" it, the slime-like residue remained, which is extremely slippery. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and almost fell walking on it. After raising concerns regarding the damaged flooring, they did not care. Luke, the owner himself, said he would not do anything, despite his workers clearly messing up and inappropriately "cleaning" my floor and leaving water on it. This was a known problem even the workers acknowledged. They wouldn't even clean the slippery, slime-like residue from the floor. I cannot believe how incredibly unprofessional Luke was, not to mention the worst customer service I have experienced. He simply said, "Take me to court." Not only is my floor damaged throughout the house, I now have to pay someone to actually clean the floors and the slippery slime off the floor. Please save your money, including the money you will need to replace damaged flooring, and do not hire RESCO for your restoration needs.
