Firstly, the customer service from Allen and his workers was impeccable. They were on time, respectful and did a extremely thorough job. I have a commerical building that had the vinyl tiles pulled up but the concrete underneath was laden with mastic and glue. It would stick to your shoes, and it rendered the flooring uneven. Personally tried with several tools but it was too much and machines to rent were quite overpriced or were not equipped. Instead I decided to hire cleansite. Allen came out and explained the entire process and how I could not only get things clean, but further advised and made very clear and concise of the further phases beyond the mastic removal to resurfacing floor as to this being a floor where customers will walk to include safety measures and implications. Allen emphasized doing the work right and did not withhold any information for his sake or for my sake. His genuine outlook enabled me to realize more for my own business sake as well as for my building further in the correct way, probably saving me time, money and headache. The quote was very good, they followed instructions with our lockbox, called us to show and met on any day convenient, no questions asked! Allen is a great person for the company and I would definitely work with his professionalism any time! read more

We made an appointment for tile removal in our new home prior to a major renovation project. Alan was who we spoke to primarily. Not only did they do an absolutely amazing job, they got the job done in a single day after originally quoting at 2 days. The removal was carefully done and we are ready for new tile without having to resurface the concrete first. read more

Fast, efficient and quality finish for next phase of flooring. They removed tile and thinset so I could install wood flooring. The price was reasonable for the area. Unfortunately I didn't take any pics, but I am a customer and they did a good job. I would recommend them. read more

From start to finish-professional. Removed our hardwood floor, and all the glue left behind. All the crew were extremely hard working and very friendly. They completely covered our house so that the dust would not get everywhere. they even put a zipper in the upstairs so that we could access the upstair. every detail was paid attention to, no damage and no regrets with using them to remove our floor. I highly recommend using them if you need glued hardwood floors remove. Would hire them again, and will recommend them to all friends and family. read more

We were working with a different company to remove carpet and install flooring in our business. We moved all our fixtures and when our team came, they realized they weren't able to remove our commercial carpet. We contacted Allen and his team - on a holiday! He responded right away with a game plan to be at our site the next day at 5am to get the demo done! Who does this on a holiday!? We spoke with several people about trying to get this done and he was responsive and though throughout out conversations. While we didn't end up using his service (not because of anything on his end), would recommend based on our interaction. read more

I reached out to four different tile removal companies and Clean Site was one of the two which responded. After talking with both companies and reviewing the bids, we chose Clean Site. Let me first say, great customer service, an extremely polite and efficient crew. What impressed us when the job was completed first off was how smooth and perfect our foundation looked once they completed the job. More importantly, Allen told us more than once before the job was completed that 95% of the dust would be eliminated when the job was completed. When we walked into the home after receiving the call that they were done, tears of joy almost came from my wife's eyes. Our home was almost spotless of any dust, it was amazing. Especially since we observed the process involved in removing the tile in our home. Was this money well spent, absolutely, Allen's crew was fantastic. I'd recommend their services to everyone because the end results is just amazing. Finally, they treated all of our belongings as if it was theirs, with utmost respect. We've got nothing but praises for Clean Site and their employees, make the right decision and hire them. read more

I had Clean Site come in and remove an engineered hardwood floor which was damaged by all of winter storms. They did an amazing job of prepping the walls and counter surfaces to ensure that the dirt and dust left along with the floor. The price was reasonable, considering all of the work removing a glued-down floor. Trust is important. Come when you say you will, get the job done and don't surprise me with up-charges. These guys are good and trustworthy! read more

Clean Site was recommended by our contractor to remove the existing tile on the shower floor and walls in the guest bathroom that we wanted to remodel. The crew came, and within the expected time frame did the job. I was worried about the dust and dirt associated with such job since we had new floors in the hallways. Clean Site crew was really professional in the way they covered all the area leading to the bathroom and the rest of the surfaces in the bathroom itself. I was grateful for the workers because I needed the work done soon and they finished even a bit earlier than expected and were very polite and helpful. read more

We needed our kitchen demolished to make way for a new remodel. The guys came by very quickly after we confirmed everything with Alan. They were done in only a few hours and saved us so much time and hassle. They were very professional and did an excellent job overall, especially with taking care to not damage anything we needed to keep intact as well as carefully cleaning up after all the work was done. They even hauled away all the trash and did so with a smile on their faces. Highly recommended! read more

Allen and Dan were great. They demolished hardwood that was glued over linoleum! It was a nightmare. On top of that we had to have tile removed. The title was the worst case scenario with thick mastic. They have a huge machine that can tackle any project. If you think...."Hey I can tear out the tile myself to save money.... think again.... let the pros take care of it and save your back and TIME!" Thanks again Dan and Allen read more

Allan and team did an amazing job removing both travertine tile and hard wood from my downstairs floor. They were professional, on time, and efficient. Allan explained each step of the removal process and happily answered any questions we had. I would completely recommend clean site for your floor demo projects. read more

We hired Clean Site to come and remove the floor that nobody else could. This floor had way too much glue and we spent so much time and money trying to do it ourselves and hiring handymen. I called them and they were very prompt with responding and he came out to inspect prior to commitment and let me know exactly what would be done. The machines they use cannot be rented in your average Home Depot or rental place. The machines are the industrial grade and the only thing that can do the job. I am very impressed and happy with our removal and can't wait to start install. I highly recommend this company. They are clean, friendly, professional and no hidden fees. read more

I had a wood laminate floor that was glued to concrete. I tried to remove it myself...no luck. I called a floor guy and he refused to take the job. I then rented a chisel hammer from Home Depot and it did not work. Clean site came out within a couple days and were able to remove the floor. The job was done professionally. Site was protected and there was no damage to the site. They worked efficiently and got all the floor up... I would highly recommend them. read more

Bait and switch. They gave us a hard quote to remove an existing floor and then the Sunday before the work was to begin they asked for pictures and declared it was too much for the price. Extremely poor customer experience leaving us in a lurch days before we have the new floor installed. Stay away. read more

I had Clean Site remove my existing SLATE tile (about 700sq ft), to say it was a challenge would be an understatement! The crew arrived on time and were not only extremely professional, but powered through the project until it was finished. The crew far and away exceeded my expectations given how difficult the project was, even though their ride on tile scraper broke mid project. None of them got down, they just kept on attacking it by hand and they even got a replacement part out within an hour!! I would highly recommend Clean Site to anyone who has a tile demo project!!! Thank you for saving this DIY'er a lot of back pain and labor. read more

Beware this company does a bait and switch on you. Their sales rep Allen Annane came and looked at our flooring job. They than called me to discuss and said the job would be $5,900 (and I had the call on speaker so others could hear it as well). They couldn't meet my timeline so I juggled the other vendors schedules to meet their schedule. After agreeing to a deposit amount and calendar date I asked for a contract to be sent to me. He did not send it. So the next day I requested it again. He than said he wanted to meet with me in person. At that time he mentioned that it was possible his bid would not include everything (basically if they ran into any issues he may charge more). I asked how much more and couldn't get an answer out of him but he made it sound like not a big deal. Something didn't feel right so I followed up and kept pushing for an answer. Finally he admitted that his "extras" that he had not included in the original $5,900 bid would increase the price to approximately $11,785. Had I not forced this information out of him I would have expected the job to cost $5,900 or at least close to that number. His price doubled so he did not give me an honest bid originally. I let him know I felt like he bait and switched me. He said he would have his boss call me and I agreed to have his boss call me instead of giving a review. I followed up again today asking why I have not received a call from his boss. He did not reply. I would suggest if you do business with this company that you push hard like I did to find out what the real cost is and that you get it in writing with the owner's signature so you don't get a big surprise when the cost is double what you quoted. Unfortunately I let other companies that had bid the job know I was going to use Clean Site so my flooring is now going to have to be postponed until I can get on a different vendors calendar which will mean I will not be able to move in the timeline I need to. Very disappointing they didn't just give me a real bid up front so I wouldn't have wasted my time. I don't like giving bad reviews and am still willing to discuss this matter with the owner still if he/she calls me. I would like them to understand what their sales staff is doing so they can provide additional training or change their policies. read more

Alan removed about 1200 sq feet of tile at my house . It was no hassle from first contact .The price was true to his quote and the job site was left amazingly clean . He also did the job with very little damage to the baseboards .He left me with a ready to go floor for putting in my hardwood .I plan to buy some of my flooring from him as he also owns a flooring store . I was completely happy with the work . read more

First of all, don't accept unless you get a flat rate for removal. It ended up being $2000 more than the quote. He said it was a difficult removal, but it didn't take him more than the amount of days he had allotted, less in fact. My bad that I didn't read the contract, because at the large price he quoted to begin with you would think the dumpster would be included. It is not. In fact, in my neighborhood you have to get approval and put down a deposit. He had to spend some time on the phone with them and made it quite clear that he was not happy about that. That was late afternoon and we said we would take care of it in the morning. Instead of waiting for us to do that, he brought a trailer over and then wanted to charge us $500 for that, even though we had the dumpster there by 1:00 the next day. It was overall a very unpleasant experience. He left tile anywhere from 3-6 inches away from the cabinets, which is what he said he would do. There was also tile completely underneath where the stove sits in the kitchen. They guy who was putting in new hardwood came over and had the tile out really quickly. Didn't look like it was quite so hard as he claimed. After looking at what Clean Site did he asked me what I paid. I asked him first what he would have charged and it was HALF of what I was charged. I found a review, after the fact, that this happened to that reviewer also. I would shop around and find someone to do it for a flat rate and no bad surprises later. Learn from my mistake. read more

Our construction company hired Cleansite to remove approx 1500 square feet of glued down hardwood and thin set marble tile floors. They came in, covered items, masked, removed baseboards and very carefully removed all of the flooring and left us with a smooth clean site, just as their name suggests. All debris was hauled. They are very good at what they do. The operator of their heavy floor chipper really knows what he's doing. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Clean Site Floor Removal Services was very efficient at removing our 10 year old travertine flooring that was set to a cement foundation. Their machine removed the tile very effectively and was able to scrape a good amount of the thin set off. We needed some extra grinding and sanding done to get the floor prepped properly and the Project Manager, Allen, worked with us on to have that done to meet our tight timeline. We would recommend Clean Site Removal services to do a thorough job in a timely manner. read more

Not a good company to go through. They leave dust everywhere, don't know how to schedule, and nickel and dime. I do not recommend them.

We needed the ceramic tile in our large entry removed. Clean Site was referred by our flooring company, and they did a fantastic job! The price was about the same as another quote we received, they were flexible with our schedule, and they showed up right on time. Due to our house being on a hill, with steep steps and driveway, they weren't able to use their cool machine. They tried, though, and didn't try to charge us for any extra time. They set things up to keep the dust out of the rest of the house, did the job with a hand-held tool instead of the ride-on, worked quickly and efficiently, and left things clean and tidy. I couldn't have asked for more. read more
