Luis and His Team**…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Luis and his team on a stucco project, and I can confidently say they did a phenomenal job! From start to finish, their professionalism was evident. They arrived on time and worked diligently, even with a tight schedule and various other projects happening simultaneously. Their ability to remain organized and focused was impressive. What really stood out was their willingness to provide great recommendations regarding the project scope and materials. They took the time to help us understand the process and what it would entail, which made us feel much more confident moving forward. The crew was not only professional but also maintained a clean work environment, which is always appreciated. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and we are thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Luis and his team for any stucco needs. They truly deserve a five-star rating!

The stucco looks fantastic--clean, modern, and beautifully done. Jose, the owner, is great to work with: responsive, professional, and clearly takes pride in the job. There were some cleanup concerns during the project, but once we brought it up, Jose came back and made it right. That level of follow-through really stood out. We've even had him return after the fact to do some patching that was needed due to a solar panel swap--and he handled that just as professionally. If you're considering stucco work, I'd definitely recommend Elite. Just be sure to have a clear conversation up front about expectations around cleanup so everything's aligned from the start. In the end, we were happy with the work and felt well taken care of.

The owner, Vlad, was super communicative from the start. We called, and the same day we received texts, emails, and Vlad came out to provide a quote. Before we knew it, the quote was in our email and the very next day the crew showed up ready to work. The guys were friendly, easy to communicate with, and worked fast. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job matching and patching the area where the AC unit had been removed. Unless you knew it was there before, you'd never know there had been a hole in the wall. One thing I really appreciated was how clean they left everything. Anyone who has dealt with construction or home repairs knows that cleanup can sometimes be an afterthought, but that definitely wasn't the case here. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area looking great. Helpful tip: If you need stucco work done, have photos and measurements ready when you call. Their communication was excellent and it helped make the process move very quickly. From the quote to the completed repair, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He also pointed out prior stucco repairs and how we can tell which ones are better or worse. We don't need any stucco repair right now, but I will absolutely go back to Atlas Stucco when we do.

And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

The communication was excellent--they were responsive, listened carefully to our needs, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. I can't speak to the quality of their work since we didn't hire them, but based on our interactions, they seem like a solid option if their pricing aligns with your budget. If you're getting multiple estimates, they're worth including in your comparison--just be prepared that they may be on the higher end.

Angel is awesome…read more We had his company come out to take care of the ugly and old stucco our house had on it since we had bought it so long ago. But the major thing we wanted done was the removal of the old and beat-up vinyl siding to have it replaced with stucco for a cleaner look. Plus we would need the house to be repainted as well. Compared to other businesses, it really felt like Angel was looking to provide exactly was needed and asked for, and I never *ever* felt like we were being upsold on anything. In the end, the cost of our project was less than half (!!) what other people quoted us for. Angel's customer service was also excellent. He is patient (we took a long time deciding final colors and he never rushed us) and helpful and there was not a single whiff of any salesman BS about him. Just a good dude doing good jobs on people's houses. Deserves all the business he gets and more.
