BUT, alas, here I am. 5 stars, but you knew that already, given the non-stop 5 star reviews that he has. And let me tell you, he earns every single one of those 5 stars in every single 5 star review, including this 5 star review. Rafael is professional, meticulous, friendly, respectful, and really does go above and beyond. It's great when you find someone that is a masterclass of their craft. It's good when you find someone that is competitively priced. It's nice when you find someone that genuinely CARES about their clientele and want their clientele to be 110% satisfied. It's AMAZING when you find a combination of all three. Seriously, you need tile work? Please, don't look anymore. You won't get better than Rafael. Book him. Nick is our go to person for all tile projects and we won't use anyone else. he is professional, gives you an accurate estimate ahead of time, includes you to make all decisions that need to be made and he gives you all the knowledge that you need to make those decisions and he gives you a competitive price. He explained to us how to choose the best tile and what might happen if we don't. We just finished phase 1 of our project, tiling our family room, master bedroom and bath, and living room. Nick would always arrive when he said he was coming, was respectful of our home, discussed any decisions that had to be made explaining our options and any downsides, and best of all did a fantastic job installing our tile. We went a different direction with the job, so this review cannot speak to their work. But I felt the need to leave them a review because of the professionalism of their communication. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable about their craft. She and Antonio had plenty of helpful suggestions for the project upon seeing the work site, and offered options as to how we could complete certain aspects of the project. It should also be noted, Stephanie was one of the few who distinctly followed up on the job. While it was easier to use a different provider in this case, we will certainly include Modern Tile in the running for future quotes and jobs.

It was time to remodel our outdated bathroom, as you can see from the Before photos…read more We requested bids from several companies highly rated on Yelp, some of whom never responded, and some were just too high. OC Tile responded quickly and was by far the most reasonable bid. Because of a supply delay on another job, they could start right away, which was great, but that also meant we had to make many decisions on the fly. In addition to starting before all the decisions were made, it was a rather complex job, including 4'x4' wall tiles and special plumbing for the tub. Kelly and Dave, the two owners, were very helpful in coming up with creative solutions and kept us informed during the entire project. They were enjoyable to work with, as was their entire crew. They are highly skilled, attentive to detail, and did an excellent job. We would definitely hire OC Tile for future needs.

Sergio and company just completed my remodel job . New 4ft x 8 inch floor tile that looks like plank flooring, and rebuilt my fireplace floor to ceiling with a product that looks like stack stone. See pictures attached. These guys know what they are doing, 100% professional tile setters. I have never seen such accurate precise work. Levels and lasers used in every step to make sure it's 100% square/ level! Sergio is also a general contractor so he's a one stop shop. All other tile contractors I received bids from could not do the fire place rebuild. They needed me to find another contractor to do that work. It never goes well using two different companies on the same work. At least all most never. I have 15 years experience building and remodeling restaurants, and another 15 in heavy commercial project management. Sergio is one of the best contractors I have used.
