My house was in bad need of paint but I knew the siding would need pots of repair and I really wanted to have the front changed to siding like the back and remove some lava rock I had around entryway. I had an electrical panel upgraded and had to have the stucco around that patched. My electrician referred Steve and when he came out to bid that job I asked him to quote me on rest of house. He took care of the patch on the panel right away and and I got on the schedule for the whole house as soon as he could fit me in. I am beyond pleased with his professionalism and promptness. He did what he said he would and when he said he would during the whole job! If any of you have any type of construction done you know that's a rarity in this industry! I ended up with a completely new looking house changed the look completely. He worked with me on painting the eaves and the back of house to match and was so helpful with getting me the color I wanted from bringing me large sample pieces and having a custom one made since they didn't have quite the right one as one of their stock color options. I first hired Steve in 2018 when he did a small stucco patch for an electrical box replacement. I had him come back in 2022 to reface the front of my house. The house had 40 y/o wood shingles and we wanted to modernize with stucco. The job included replacing two second story windows, and adding decorative pop-outs to windows, front door, and garage. He strategically and seamlessly added wood boards under the stucco so I can hang Christmas lights and Halloween decorations without damaging the new stucco. Steve finished by repainting the entire exterior. I found Steve and his crew professional and easy to work with. We had our home done in 2015 and it looked beautiful. Next summer the pop-out installed all around the house cracked at every joint including underneath. I chased Steve on the phone for two years. Every time I called he told me to call in the spring...then call in September...Two years later he finally came out to look. His response was I left you some Acrylic Paint. I was so shocked I was unable to respond. Eventually I broke down and tried and it looks terrible. AND it just cracks again. Attaching photos. Five years later I am finally getting around to hiring another contractor to fix the work. Also having the south wall re-stuccoed due to cracking and very thin application. Not surprised since it was the last wall they covered and so they were running out of product. Be aware his 10 year warranty is about as valuable as a dollar cheeseburger at McDonald's. read more

This past July we had New Vision replace the stucco siding on one side of our house with the "Total Wall System". I am not a stucco expert but from all indications they did a great job and we have no regrets using New Vision. It was a professional effort that was highly organized from beginning to end. Yes, it was messy but there's no way to get around that when your replacing stucco on one side of your house. Steve's workers showed up everyday and I might add fairly early but these guys showed up to work. I could tell they've worked together regularly too and knew what they were doing. His guys are awesome. Many of the houses on my block have had stucco/window repairs and you can see which ones had repairs simply by looking at the mismatching finish on the new stucco as you walk by. I was very mpressed by the match of the finish by Steve's guys. They also made extra efforts to match the color of the new stucco (to the existing stucco's color) to my wife's discerning eye. An important point, when I occasionally had a question I was always able to get in contact with Steve the owner or Vlad his lead man. I say all this not having had the ultimate leak check of high speed driven rain. We'll see but as each phase of the work was performed I was amazed at how well the house was "wrapped". That's my term but the worked looked bullet proof. I scrutinized it every day and never saw shoddy work. The only item of note was I kept finding sharp items in my driveway's greenbelt and my ground ivy area next to the house after they finished the job. I might suggest they use a metal detector as part of the final walk-thru. This is understandable because my yard has thick ground ivy and its hard to see. This is minor. His workers are very nice, polite and responsive too. This is long enough but overall I feel great peace of mind having used Steve's New Visions. Thanks! Michael read more

I started out to replace my gutters but quickly realized that my house needed to be painted first. And I knew I didn't want to paint over the ugly '70s fake stone on the front facade. I called around for estimates to replace the fake stone with stucco to match the rest of the house and got a good bid from Steve at New Visions for the stucco work and painting the entire exterior of the house. He easily accommodated a change I made first to restucco the entire front of the house and not just the area relieved of the fake stone and the next change to use a different type of stucco. When he started the work and realized that one of the changes I'd made wouldn't result in as much work on his part as anticipated, he knocked a little off the cost of his estimate which I appreciated. During the process he made recommendations to modernize the facade with different trim. He also pointed out the dry rot on my fascia boards and recommended changing the gutters I had already ordered from another company from 5" to 7" fascia gutters. This meant he could remove the rotten fascia boards and the new gutters would serve to cover up the rafter tails he cleaned up in preparation for the new gutters. Coupled with the new porch light and house numbers he installed for me my 70s house is looking much more modern and is easily the best looking house in the neighborhood. Steve's lengthy background in construction and the pride he takes in his work resulted in an excellent outcome for me. I really appreciated working with him and hope to do so again. read more
