Their price/quote was more exact/specific quote and not just an estimated quote, and so I went with them. They set a date and time at 8am and was great. They were great with communication, and showed up a little late but notified me before 8. Two men showed up polite and got straight to work. As soon as they were done they notified me confirmed if there was anything else and also swept up broken tiles as well. Was everything expected and more. Also the price ended up being slightly cheaper. Definitely recommend!

They were late, did not possess a moving truck but instead towed a trailer (which resulted in our mattresses being exposed to the elements on top of the vehicle towing the trailer), they came across as lazy as they wanted our help, they lost a screw to my bed, and our desks, bed frames and dressers had knicks in them when it was all said and done. They simple did not handle our belongings with care and it showed. Did I mention that they stopped moving me to do another job and then returned later? The communication regarding payment was lacking and when I addressed it the owner decided it was a great idea to get into a yelling match with me over a few dollars. He was completely wrong but I paid it quickly out of the fear of retaliation. One of the movers also smoked marijuana on the job and ventured in to inappropriate conversation that bordered on sexual harassment and at a different point I was asked to take one of the movers to get food. Please, if you care about your sanity and your belongings, use any service but theirs. It has been my biggest regret as of late.

They quoted me over the phone based on a digital picture that I sent them. They came out the next day and hauled it all away quickly with no issues. It was quick, efficient, and easy. What surprised me was that once they loaded up their trailer, they came back with a shovel and a push broom to sweep up the dirt and small particles that fell out. I was pleasantly surprised when they took the time to clean up and left my yard looking tidy. As I generate more debris from construction, I will call them again to haul it away, as this was a pleasant experience.

However, with Michael and All Points Moving Logistics, I had…read moreplanned to write one because I thought that being a military, black-owned small business he could use the positive support. Now I hate what am about to write because it is a triple whammy for me. I understand all the difficulties of owning and growing a business. I chose Michael's company to help me move because initially, their pricing was reasonable ( it increased by over 40% mid-job... I was reluctant but agreed and paid him in full . He wanted cash on the spot). With just one extra guy it took them longer to do the move. The agreement was that they would return after the weekend to actually move items into place and reassemble items that had been disassembled to move. Today, I am sitting with a dining room and living room pile high with boxes and beds. Neither Michael nor his crew is answering any of my texts or phone calls. Here is the problem with broken trust in business. It hurts, not just that I feel used and stupid but it affects how one operates, behaves, and interacts with other people in the world after that happens. I texted reminders, called, and zero response. This is after Michael insisted I pay him in full on the day of the initial move and promised to come back and finish the job. I am such a sucker, I even bought them dinner and beers as they said they had not eaten all day. What's left undone will be done eventually somehow I am sure. I caution anyone who wants to use Michael and All Points Moving Logistics to beware of him playing up his military and everything to make him seem honorable. That's not been my experience so far. He may call me after this review and say maybe something came up or whatever excuse. My point is you promised something and did not deliver on it. You were paid in full and more than fairly too and you have not lived up to your end of the bargain. Where is the honor or ethics in that?.
