I've been using their services for over three years. Their service is consistent and they are always going above and beyond when they come. Today I had a deep clean which by the way I highly recommend a few times a year. I keep a tidy home because I am OCD, but there is a level of professionalism from this company that is shown through their work. The counters are shiny, the windows and sliding door prestige, floors immaculate, they are timely and reasonably priced. What's most important is they are trustworthy team. Sure there are others who are cheaper but it's not always about price for me. We have left high dollar items and never had an issue. The owner is responsive, friendly and guarantees her service. They have a lot of clout in this area because there's far and few cleaners. They get all their business through the Plumas lake Facebook group but people who don't get good service can't post that his business is bad because of internet trolls. The owner takes so long to get back to you and they do sub par. Had to ask for them to come back to fix a lot of areas not done. Talk to your neighbors who used them not just the Facebook group. read more

Didn't realize my previous house cleaners didn't do so good until I booked rainbow cleaners! Wow! My house was cleaned in places I probably would never clean myself. Lol. They were so thorough and I loved that they did my baseboards & window tracks so good! I hate cleaning those myself. I swear they touched every surface in my house and didn't miss anything! Hired rainbow cleaners for move-in cleaning on 01/16/2018. Pros: Megan was very friendly. She replied to my messages quickly and arrived on time to meet my husband so he could let her/her team into the house. Cons: The team did not seem to clean the house very well. Had a moveout cleaning done and was very satisfied. I have 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat so you can imagine the hair and stains that were left everywhere! Took them abt 3 hours to do and when i returned, the house looked pretty much the way it did when i first moved in. I got my full deposit back from my landlord. The aftermath of moving was not fun at all. Especially, when there isn't a clear path from the front door to, well, anywhere! Luckily, clearing the clutter didn't take too long to accomplish. However, the place still felt icky. The dust and dirt of rearranging furniture and hanging up decor coated our beautiful hardwood floors. Not to mention, caused a sneeze battle beyond belief.
