These guys did all the windows on my house today, inside and out. Did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them again!

This Company really knows how to clean even the most difficult film, and spot build up on my new and old windows. The two men and a trainee got to work early and kept going, until the 2 garages and 2,400 sq. ft. job was finished. It's nice to know there are businesses that do their job well, and at more than fair price! I will schedule a twice a year maintenance for sure read more

Perfectly Clear - Our new bay window had plastic film stuck on it but they cleaned it inside and out perfectly clear. - Window Washing Near Me

I was very happy with the window cleaning done by Perfectly Clear. They were professional and did an excellent job on my two-story home. My windows look perfect. Highly recommend! read more

This company has been my "go to" for several years. They make the windows sparkle! My whole house feels clean when they have finished. The company is professional and prompt. When I need to schedule a cleaning, I leave a phone message which is promptly returned and a time is scheduled. The crew is always prompt, friendly and truly professional. The work is professional and complete. I've referred them to neighbors and friends. Excellent! read more

I have used Perfectly Clear for several years to keep my gutters clean. Their pricing is fair, they do a good job & Dean keeps in touch & updated on arrival time. They will continue to get my business. read more

Perfectly clear is absolutely top notch! I am so pleased to use their services to have my dryer vents and gutters cleaned and look forward to scheduling them to clean my windows as well! As someone who relies on affordable quality service I will definitely be referring them to every one I know! Thank you Perfectly Clear for an amazing job read more

They're too good to provide service for a 1 bedroom apartment, even though I agreed to pay their minimum fee. I wanted my carpet & blinds cleaned so it would have been above the minimum amount anyway. I wonder if I would have said I had a "condo" would it have made a difference. read more

To date we have been waiting for 2 months for this company to return and do our gutters again since they botched the first and second attempts. I have documented proof from homeowners of my HOA that this company never touched their gutters. Our manager told us that the company would be giving us a date to come back and reclean. Is this true? This was over 2 months ago. We havent heard back anythung except that you will give us a date. The board is not paying them unless they come back and actually do the cleaning service we contracted them to do. If our manager is saying one thing you haven't said please let the president know so we can just move on and forget about it. read more

My initial contact with Perfectly Clear was professional and timely. There was a slight problem when they arrived, because the job was more complicated than it sounded on the phone. We had a couple of false starts to reschedule, but they were always professional and helpful. When we did get the job done, it looks magnificent, and they washed the house at no extra charge to make up for the scheduling difficulty. They also didn't charge more than the original estimate, which I felt was underbid. We will definitely have them back. read more

We have used perfectly clear quite a bit and for the most part are satisfied. Joe and Dean do really good work and seem to love what they do. The office gal is my favorite she's very nice has great customer service sounds super sexy but still denies me the opportunity of a date. One day I will prevail. On the more serious side I do recommend this company they do great work but you have to stay on top of Dean. P.S... Yvonne, the Dairy Queen blizzard is an open invitation read more

The whole process was lovely and a breeze! The scheduler was so pleasant, the owner himself showed up to do the work (which was top-notch!!), and the value was great. I am so pleased with this company and would highly recommend! read more

I used them for gutter cleaning, and found them on Angie's list (they had great reviews there). They not only cleaned the gutters and downspouts, they cleared the leaves off the roof and FROM MY YARD (front and back), and raked them into neat piles on the street. And I live in midtown, surrounded by sycamore trees, so there were LOTS of leaves. They didn't even charge for the leaf removal, but I'm adding a nice tip in appreciation. Talk about going above and beyond. I highly recommend! 2013 Update: I'm still using these guys, twice a year. They're great! read more

I am impressed by the thorough cleaning from the cleaning ladies yesterday. They came right on time and worked steadily the entire time they were here. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless, including the oven and refrigerator. Today, the carpet crew came. They vacuumed the carpet first, then pretreated and finally steamed the entire four bedroom plus family room in two hours and did a fantastic job. read more

Dean and Jaime just left our house, and it is sparkling thanks to their hard work. They cleaned out gutters, removed lint from dryer vent that blows outside, and left the windows, tracks and screens looking way better than they have in years. There is more light inside my house now! Much appreciate their hard work and efficiency. Highly recommend Perfectly Clear! read more

These guys were incredible. Had them come out to do air duct cleaning, gutter cleaning, and carpet cleaning on a new home we purchased. They were very helpful, insightful, and reasonably priced. Their receptionist was very nice and the team was very accommodating considering I was making a 2 hr drive. They were prompt, courteous, and really honest about findings. We had a great experience with them and will definitely be utilizing them for any of our home needs. They do so many things...and do them all really well! Quality work! read more

We were getting quotes from a few companies for gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning, we were buried in pine needles! Perfectly Clear doesn't usually travel this far but they said they'd do the job. Our guy arrived on time, and he was was friendly and courteous. He did a great job on getting the pine needles off the house, then went into the yard and cleaned up everything he'd blown down there! We had more solar panels than they expected, and still they honored their original quoted price. We're very happy with the work that was done. read more

These guys came out recently to do all the windows in our house (and we have a lot of windows!). I had requested price ranges from several glass cleaning companies and these guys not only had the best bid but the friendliest and most efficient communication. They were able to accommodate my rather last minute job, and both arrived and completed the work on time. They were super professional, efficient, friendly and respectful--without being asked, they even removed their shoes before entering the house. They honored the price originally quoted, even though I think the job was a little bigger than expected. Our windows looked amazing afterward, and I could tell they take great pride in their work! It's amazing how properly clean windows make your house seem brand new. Great company, highly recommend!! read more

Had Clayton & Crew come out to clean windows, dryer vent & clean out gutters before the rains come. As usual they were professional , polite & very respectful of my dogs who followed them around the house. Clayton himself ( who is one of the owners) even spent an extra couple minutes giving them a head rub, lol. My windows look brand new & i now have peace of mind that my gutters are all cleared out. Thanks again guys, great job as always!!! read more

Yesterday, I had an appointment with this company to clean my gutters. Had scheduled a 1:30 appt a week or so ahead of time; received a text from them the night before reminding me of the 11:30 appt. First sign of trouble.THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. NO CALL, NO TEXT, NOTHING. Left several voicemail messages. They never called back. Didn't call the next day either. Took time off of work; I own a small business and lost money waiting all day for nothing. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WAS a new client for them. Not anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

We used Perfectly Clear today at our Folsom home to wash all of the windows (inside and out), screens and clean out the gutters - and just like last year they didn't disappoint. Super easy to get an appointment, was careful with the ladders in the house, quality work, quick, efficient and professional. We got quotes from the top 2 yelp reviewed window washing companies and it was "Perfectly Clear" that they are the best value in the Folsom area. We will use them again and I highly recommend them. read more

Used in the past for my vents, windows, and gutters. Good company.

Moving into our new home, we wanted the works! We commissioned them for window washing (20+ on a 2 story home), pressure wash side patio, shampoo carpets, five area rugs and laundry vent-cleaning. Dean and his crew of two men showed up promptly on the scheduled cleaning day. Dean was very professional; glad to have workers come into our home in uniform polo with company logo, clean shoes. They worked on our home in record time with amazing results! We could not be happier and excited moving into our sparkling clean new home. We would highly recommend Perflectly Clear for your home cleaning needs! They are the best. read more

We are new to having our home cleaned, so I'll be honest that I was not sure what to expect and there was a great deal of initial deep cleaning needed. Two very nice ladies came to focus on our greasy kitchen and the bathroom and they did a really great job. We will continue to have them come monthly and I think in time I'll see more of what they can do! We also had our windows cleaned and to this day, we look out and for a moment think the window is open because they are so clear! The team of two guys did a great job, came early and worked very quickly but expertly. They even washed the garage windows (that was unexpected!). We are looking forward to maintaining a relationship with this company! read more

Found these guys through Yelp..They were able to schedule an appt the following week. They were on time, and professional. Turned out our new homes gutters had never been cleaned (10+ years). The process took about 90 mins. They cleaned up all the stinky mess before they left. Our total cost was $195 for their services, but we were told next time it would be much less, as it wouldn't be such a big job. Thanks Doug and all at Perfectly Clear. read more

I have used the service twice. Both times with Elvira and Hilda. They do an excellent job! My husband is a chef and our oven/stove always has food spills (he swears he can't see them) and both times after they left my husband was amazed. The oven looks brand new! They are reasonably priced too. The only small complaint (if you can call it that) is that I have to book way in advance for them but I'm pretty sure there are other crews that are available too. Would absolutely recommend them. read more

4 year in a row using them to clean our gutters. We were out of town and had them done while we were gone. We left the check with our neighbor. Everything was done very well. Trustworthy company! Thank you from your old Roseville customer read more

I had these guys out to do a vent cleaning in my house. They were very courteous and friendly. They waived the fee on a few vents due to ease of cleaning. I had them out a week later to do my windows and blinds, and they were once again, great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

These guys are wonderful...arrive on time and clean everything..!!! My neighbor told me about this fantastic service since I am not a fan of window cleaning especially a two story. A must for seniors who don't want to do it themselves..!!! A plus plus.. read more

These Ladies were awesome! They showed up on time, were very polite, cleaned the entire place perfectly and did it all in the time frame quoted. The place smelled and looked great. read more

We have used Perfectly Clear a couple of times in the past to clean the windows in our home. Exceptional job and we have a ton of Windows ( 3800 sq ft ). Crew showed up albeit late, though they called to give us a heads up. Very professional and high quality. read more

I highly recommend Perfectly Clear. They did an awesome job cleaning all 24 of our windows and the sliding door!!! And the screens too! I wish I could give them a hundred stars!!! The young men that cleaned our windows were courteous and very personable. Our windows and screens are so clean that my husband thought they forgot to put them back on. I will definitely be using them again because they don't just clean windows. Thanks again to the awesome guys who made us a happy customer!!! read more

My wife and I have used them several times for both window cleaning and carpet cleaning. We are very satisfied. They are on-time, courteous, and competent. Highly reccomended! read more

Had my apartment cleaned and the carpets cleaned. Great experience the house cleaners were fast and thorough, which is great when they charge by the hour. The carpet cleaners took out stains in a one bedroom apartment that held two cats and a dog for six years. Never thought the carpets would look that good ever again. Better than the day we moved in. Also had my windows cleaned and they look like new. All and all this was an experience that has set bar so high that I doubt any other company could match it. Would recommend time and time again! read more

I am sorry to have to write this review but I have given this company 2 chances to clean my house and both times they did not do a good job. I called after the first time to share my concerns and they kindly gave me a free second cleaning. The second cleaning was better than the first but I still had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom that were not even touched. I have never had that happen with any other housecleaning service. When I called to complain the owner said they did not have enough time to properly finish the house. How could they not schedule enough time the second time when they knew the size of the house? This is by far the strangest experience I have had with a housecleaning company. I will be going back to my previous cleaners now that I've realized how awesome they are. read more

We've used Perfectly Clear for years for window washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, and patio cleaning. They are amazing: always on time, very professional, clean up after themselves, and a pleasure to do business with. Once they were onsite the same day my next door neighbor was having a garden party. Not only did they get the work on her side of the property done first but they cleaned up her entire patio before her guests arrived. I definitely recommend them! read more

I would highly recommend Perfectly Clear to anyone who needs their house cleaned or windows washed. I decided to give my Mom a retirement gift of a professional house cleaning and window washing. They came on time and were very pleasant to my Mom. They didn't just dust and vacuum her house, my Mom said that they cleaned areas that you don't get to all the time. The guys that came to do the windows not only cleaned the outside of the windows but the inside of the windows also. He also cleaned the garage window, spiderwebs and all. My Mom was so pleased that she is having them back to clean her carpets and was thrilled at the reasonable price they quoted her. Thank you for making my Mom's gift such a wonderful treat!! read more

I used them again for gutter & dryer vent cleaning. Awesome again and I appreciated the honesty about my dryer vent which apparently wasn't very dirty. Highly recommend...still. read more

I had this company clean my home and windows in the same day. Their customer service was excellent, they were available when I needed them and they showed up on time. My house was incredibly clean! Our windows (2 story home) were unbelievably shiny and clear. I can't say enough about how wonderful my home looks after having this company work their magic. I will be using them again for sure! I highly recommend their services. read more

I called today and got the best possible service. They came out and cleaned my dryer vent. Happy because they were able to price match another company without hesitation, and they came out on time and were very professional. I will use them again for sure. They even hung around for us to go to the store and buy the proper dryer vent tape and installed it for us. Great customer service goes a long ways. Thank you read more

Once again an awesome job. Have used these guys regularly over the last several years for windows and gutters. This time they also cleaned my blinds. They never disappoint! On time, meet estimates and the quality of work is exceptional. Thanks guys! read more
