Not happy. Showed very late. Talked too much. Reeked of cigarettes. Spent half the time trying to push his and his wife's real estate business on me (!!!!) when I was clearly NOT interested. Would not stop trying to sell me!. Left the carpets SOAKED. Saw the other guy from this company say to another unhappy customer on here "you signed the work complete form". Well of course I did! Was expecting you to be a professional and do a good job!!!! And you're not supposed to walk on it after! The bad reviews on here match their true colors more than the good ones. These carpets wont be dry for days. Oh, and he tried to tell me the swirls on the carpet were from the ceiling fans. (Of course the "swirls" were from a desk chair and floor traffic, but he insisted it was the ceiling fan). Crop circles in the carpet? Has he any knowledge of physics? He told us he would only charge us if he was able to get out the ink stain wife made in our wool rug. to start he had the lowest price and then the guarantee was too good to pass up. he was polite and courteous, good communication via text. he came out twice to try to help us get rid of this dark blue ink spot period by the end of his hard work the ink spot was 95% removed and it is difficult to notice now. yet Tony did not charge us a penny. we offered to pay, but he still said no. he is true to his word and we highly recommend his business. read more

I was stoked to find a Groupon for Service Kings- we were moving and needed a quick and cost effective carpet cleaning service. $49 for three rooms was a killer deal. I made the appointment almost two weeks ahead of time. They e-mailed me a confirmation with all of the info. My appointment was scheduled between 11 am and 2 pm. The day of the appointment: I got everything ready, moved the furniture and pre-vacuumed the carpets. I waited and waited for them to show up. Finally I got a call at 12:55 pm from the tech stating that they were running behind and would arrive around 3 pm. Okay, I guess. At least I knew I had some time to kill. At 2:45 pm another call, saying that they were one their way and would be here in about 30 minutes. Finally at 3:25 they showed up. They apologized and blamed a previous customer for putting them behind schedule. They were kinda nice but their customer service felt obligatory and definitely not sincere. They "cleaned" my carpets. It really just seemed like a wet vacuum. When they were done the rooms smelled kinda musty- definitely not a fresh-cleaned smell. They said that the carpet would be dry in 6-8 hours but could be up to 24 hours. Geez. I would have rather paid full price for a company that valued their customers, their time and were committed to great customer service and satisfaction. We just had an unfortunate situation happen with our solar company hitting a water line while installing solar. I have to say, Tony has been the saving grace of all of this. It's the holiday season, we have so much going on (as everyone does!) and he was a rock-star. I hired Tony to renovate my deceased mother's house. It entailed painting, removal/laying of new tile/carpet, and drywall repair to garage. The job was never completed yet Tony took my money. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Contractors State Licensing Board. He put off responding to complaint with BBB until AFTER his bankruptcy was cleared. He took over $11,000 from me for work on my own home and my deceased mother (all the money I had received from her). Beware of this person. He doesn't even have a business license to be conducting business or taking the amount of $$ he has taken. I still see his van around town and fear he will victimize yet another trusting soul. Adam arrived on time and we showed him our areas concern and told him I'd be back in an hour. Sure enough, he was done, the carpets looked better than I could have hoped! Don't know about their carpet cleaning because they never showed up! I made an appointment for 10AM... at 11:15, was told still another 20 minutes or so until someone would be there! So 1 star for the extreme lack of customer service and not being able to be serviced. I guess if you have all day to wait, give them a call... if not, call ANY OTHER COMPANY and get someone out to your house in a timely manner - I have never had to wait 2-3 hours for a cleaner, and I considerate unacceptable (why even make an appt.?). They also called one day before the scheduled date to confirm/remind. Adam arrived on time. He asked my concerns and started work promptly. My house is new so there wasn't any tough spot. But I am pleased when 1) Adam offered to clean the wool rug instead of the carpet under it and 2) he used padding to lift my sofa and chairs for better cleaning and drying. 3) He confirms that they use a very safe cleaning agent. The 3-room cleaning was finished in 45 minutes. The rooms smelled good and no strange smell the next day. He showed up within 45 minutes of the appointment time (11:45am when appointment was between 11am and 1pm), so that was nice. He cleaned the rooms after explaining how it works and how long he thought it would take. The service was terrific, and Matt was friendly and courteous. Very satisfied customer!! We were ready to get out carpets cleaned a little early, and the technician called us to tell us he was ahead of schedule so it worked out perfect. I had the Groupon which was a great deal and my carpets look fantastic. My microfiber couch needed some TLC and had a few stains, not to mention it was looking old. I won a gift certificate for a two room carpet cleaning. I was finally able to use it this week and am happy with the job done. I originally scheduled the appointment for just my living room because I had a busy day and didn't want to wait any longer on having another room cleaned. My living room was pretty much the room with the most traffic. The technicians arrived at my house around 8am (maybe a little earlier). I was told they would arrive between 8-9 am. So that was a plus that I wasn't waiting around and the cleaning was able to start right away. There were two technicians and they were both very professional, courteous, and didn't try to sell me on more than I requested. They did offer to do another room since the gift cert did mention it was for two rooms. I hesitantly gave in and said okay to having a guest room done. I'm glad I did because the guys did a fast and efficient job and I now have two rooms with beautifully clean carpets. They were out of there in approx 35mins from the minute they walked in my door.
