Never get orders right. Send pork fried rice when you ask for chicken fried rice. Asked for combination order and got pork fried rice instead of white rice. Fried dumplings are good but extremely greasy. Driver reeked of cigarettes. Plastic and paper bags smelled so bad we had to take out to garbage immediately. OMG. This place is sooo good. Ok, so maybe that doesn't say much bc most Chinese takeout spots are good. BUT, I can recommend some of the entrees that stand out compared to other Chinese restaurants. They include: general tso's, coconut shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, any lo mein, beef with broccoli, chx wings, and szechuan chx. And their service is great! Their delivery is prompt and their workers are curteous. I noticed that other Chinese restaurants took their prices down a notch, but I will continue to come back here bc their food and service is great. This place is amazeballs! A few of my recommendations: sweet and sour chicken, pad Thai (it's not on the menu but it is on the online menu), coconut shrimp, Singapore mei fun, and general tso. This Chinese restaurant is very clean and the workers are the nicest! Kim, the son, is pretty awesome; he's courteous and delivers food quickly with no mistakes. The children, Angela and Ophelia are so sweet! I've been coming here for a few years now, and the workers have become like family to me. The prices are more expensive compared to nearby Chinese restaurants, but that doesn't deter me from coming to Shing Loon; the taste of their food is on a better level, the food isn't overly greasy, and the environment is inviting! read more

First time here last night. Very clean, staff seemed friendly. We tried this place based on reviews, almost all of them, good. But I thought it was so-so. Food was definitely fresh tasting ( sesame chix), however, some of the chicken pieces were fried too much and so some pieces were hard as rocks! The egg roll was chewy, not crispy, so I was disappointed about that. My daughter loved everything she ordered so go figure. Anyhooo, the fact that the place was very clean and that all the ingredients in both dishes tasted fresh, I will go again but order something different, and if the 2nd time around tastes okay, then I will go back whenever Im in that area.Forgot to mention that our order was done in less then 15 min, was very happy about that but a bit shocked at how quick we got our food lol ! read more

My favorite place used to be by Aldi's but Super Shing isn't flavoring their foods a little more. I recommend Curry Chicken but everything tends to be good and fresh. I stop on the way home for takeout. My average bill is $22.00 which feeds the entire family of four. read more

I have lived in this area for 10 years now and have been having difficulty finding a Chinese restaurant I really like. I have probably tried about a dozen of them and while I've found some that make one thing I like here and there, I couldn't find one I overall liked. I only tried Super Shing Loon because I decided to try Grub Hub on a whim and they were the only Chinese place within range of my house on there. I am glad I did. The food has been excellent and I'm a good ways away but delivery has still been very fast. read more

They swiped my card and told me it was declined when I knew that was impossible. I looked at my online account , and, sure enough ,it was deducted from my account as a pending transaction. They were very nasty to me when I tried to tell them this. A short but fierce argument happened. Luckily a customer told me to handle it by calling my bank's Customer Service Center. Sure enough , right after I've done that the money was credited back to my account, assuring me that it was their fault and that the bank will make the complaint on my behalf , or something like that. After going there for years I was shocked how they were so viciously nasty to me. I hope I never return. Besides the food is mediocre and way overpriced. Do not waste your time with this place- go somewhere else. Just waited an hour for our food for the soup to get here and be wrong so I called and whoever picked up handed the phone to someone else when I told them they messed it up. The woman told me they repeated the order back to me stating the incorrect soup and I told her they never even repeated back my order in which she then told me "we always do I'm sure the girl did" NOPE she didn't. Then told me ok I'll call the driver return the incorrect soup and we will give you the one you ordered. I then told her you know what nevermind and she said okay have a good night and hung up. I have eaten at quite a few Chinese restaurants both eat-in and take out, some great and some not so good but I'm sorry to say this is by far the worst Chinese food I have ever had. We ordered the white meat general Tao chicken, the roast pork with Chinese vegetables, Pork Lo me in, shrimp lo mein, BBQ spare ribs and hot and sour soup. Truthfully, it didn't even resemble Chinese food. It was some weird taste. The ribs had no BBQ sauce and they actually tasted boiled instead of BBQ. The LoMein was eatable the rest we just threw out. Honestly the food is good, the restaurant is clean, service fast, never gotten through delivery though. But the staff isn't very friendly, not everyone, just a few of them, in particular the female owner and her teenage son. Other than ordering food there my wife would occasionally have me go there to purchase a bag a bean sprouts. My wife, half chinese cooks a lot with bean sprouts and quite often the supermarket either didn't have them or they weren't very good. Id ask for a $1 worth bag of bean sprouts, and would leave a $1 tip. The teenage boy would question me why I wanted bean sprouts, as if its his business, and even mentioned it was odd because I was white. Recently placed an order to be picked up, was a running a little behind, understandably they called and asked if I was still coming, but sounded very rude, said i was sorry and on my way. Walked in and she gives me the death stare and in a very animated tone barks at me its been almost an hour! What does she care honestly, I'm was there and paid for my order.
