We ordered your typical dim sum dishes - har gow, shumai, meatballs, fish balls, sticky rice in lotus leaf, and rice rolls. They even had snails and clams, which I don't see often. We tried the clams, which were good but I would say at least 1/3 of the shells were empty. We ordered a beef chow fun, which we ended up sending back because the beef was off. One of the manager came to speak to us and told us he appreciated the feedback. But he also said it could just be the marinade they use, which we were not convinced of because the beef straight up had a slightly sour taste to it. He ended up replacing it with some Amoy-styled chow mei fun, which was much better but skimpy on the shrimp. Note - they don't have a changing table in the bathroom. They do have a family bathroom that does have one but they block it off and when my husband and I tried to go in there to change our toddler, we got yelled at. Ultimately, we found a different person and just told her that we needed to change our baby, and they let us use it. So maybe you want to just change your kid in your car before you head in to avoid all of that. I think they're still working out the kinks of being a new restaurant, so I wouldn't mind coming back later on to see if any improvements have been made.

The offal pot isn't too salty or heavy -- the soup is actually drinkable and really comforting. I love the粉肠(fatty intestine) in there -- it's nice and crunchy. The beef comes in big chunks, and the tripe is placed on top so it doesn't get overcooked. The radish isn't mushy, just the way I like it. Not a lot of lung (which I don't really care for), and the beef stomach is good too. You really can't go wrong with the offal pot. For the congee base, we added pork belly and pork liver. No weird gamey or bloody taste at all. The liver reminds me of the pork liver congee I had as a kid, and the pork belly turns soft and thin after cooking. They really handle their ingredients well. A very satisfying meal overall.
