What a joke! I cannot believe how I was just treated by Kim and the rest of the staff just now. I made an appointment specifically with Kim like I normally do for 7pm, I walk in and she tells me I have to wait because she still has another set of nails to do...who wasn't even there by the way. I said ok I'll just get my toes done while I wait. 3 of her staff members were standing around and no one wanted to do my toes. Kim then proceeded to argue with me about how they close at 7. Why the hell would you make me an appointment for 7pm if when I walk in no one is even going to take me. I got frustrated so I walked out only to turn around and see one of the staff members laughing at me as if the whole thing were a joke. I have been going there for over 4 years and i will never go back ever again because of this. This place has become a sh*t show. Not nice at all. I won't be going back. came 3 minutes before closing time during my lunch break and they were more than happy to take me in for eyebrow and upper lip waxing. i've had such bad experiences with waxing salons that i've opted to threading so i was definitely a bit apprehensive in getting my eyebrows waxed again but i had hope, and i didn't have other options. the lady at the front did an AMAZING job. definitely took her time and effort to give me an awesome experience and service. she even trimmed my nose hairs which was weird but definitely a nice touch. will be coming back! read more

I've been coming here on and off for years, but after last night I probably won't go back. The girl doing my mani/pedi didn't massage my legs or arms! She stopped at my ankles and wrists. So disappointing. For me the massage is a big part of the mani/pedi! While waiting for my nails to dry I noticed nail clippings ALL over the floor! So gross. All I can say, is never again...walked into this place because I was in super need of acrylics for an emergency outing I had to go to. I didn't really know where else to go because I had recently just moved to the valley and I always drove across this nail shop everytime I did my groceries at the Ralphs in the same lot. This place had no air conditioning...I should've walked out at that point, but I stuck around. It just wasn't a relaxing experience at all. I needed an eyebrow wax in a hurry, and I'm fairly new to the neighborhood. I had tried out another nail place in the area but wasn't too happy with the results and I rememered this place was in the Ralph's parking lot and from the outside looked clean and respectable. Now I've gotten lots of waxes, and they are usually at nail places like this - not super fancy Beverly Hills type places (certainly not when you have brows like mine that need frequent waxing). I have to honestly say this was the best wax I've ever gotten at this kind of store. My technician really took her time and even gave me a brow massage which noone has ever done before. I almost fell asleep which is astonishing when you consider how painful it is to have hair yanked out with hot wax and tweezers. My eyebrows look better than they ever have before and I will certainly continue coming here for waxes. read more

Came here at 10am one day because I needed a gel mani/pedi, there was only one girl working, she told me wait 10 minutes for the other girl to arrive and do my nails..45 minutes later she walks in (I waited cus I was desperate to get it done and didn't feel like driving anywhere else). I was finally done at 1245pm and all I had to show for it was a crappy looking gel manicure and a pedicure that looked like a 3 yr old did it. No BS, the gel polish was bubbly and uneven and all my fingernails felt ridgy. As for my toes, the light vietnamese lady with a ponytail who doesn't speak a word of English did them, total CRAP. Wasted my time and money, had to polish my toes when I got home and then had everything redone elsewhere the next day. read more

I preface this review with gratitude, I discovered a color of nail polish here that I'd never seen before and really like. Unfortunately it is not enough for me to return. I am hardly a clean freak, my husband would attest to this (!), but I felt a little nervous it was so dirty. I didn't like putting my hands in the UV dryer. I questioned whether or not I was okay with the used nail file, and whether the tools were washed. The floor was filthy. I really wanted to wash my hands but... All four coats of my manicure polish (not gel) went on without break - no chance for each layer to set. Therefore even after they told me they were dry, they were not, rather unsurprisingly. There were several hangnails they missed, along with a small mysterious black dot that was left to me to pick out of the polish. It's saving grace was that it was $10. read more

i went there to have a half leg wax and i saw the price list on the wall , they charge for 25 bucks. The room was dirty and filthy.. full of dust like nobody has cleaned the place for a long time. I was hesitant but i decided yo go ahead since im in a rush.. she made me sit on edge of the bed while she did my legs. she asked me if i want hair on my toes done however she didnt tell me theres an extra charge for that. normally where i usually go for leg wax they only charge for 20 bucks including hair on toes removal.. jenny didnt disclose to me that theres extra charge. when the service was done she told me she will charge me 25 bucks and additional 10 bucks for just few hairs on my big toe and 2 dollars for credit card transaction. i told her she didnt tell ne bout the extrat charge and i have the right to know about that. she agreed to return my 5 bucks. but didnt give her tip anymore. i dont recommend this place to customers who wants quality service and get what you are willing to pay for. i am not going back here.. read more

It's a dirty place. They don't seem to care about hygiene at all. No kind of soap when you get a manicure or pedicure. Dirty towels, dirty floor, used old chairs! They give you an old pillow to rest your hands on. They don't speak English well, if not at all, so don't bother to explain what you need - it's - manicure/ pedicure or gel. Went in to get a pedicure , they seated me right away with extra hot water so when I dipped my foot in they saw my reaction of burning my feet so they then drained the water and put cold water . I didn't want to bug them so I just accepted the cold water . There was a 1 woman working and only 2 customers getting pedicures , and realized there was another worker napping in the wax room with the door open . Finally she came out to help and I still waited one hour sitting there soaking my feet in cold water . While waiting I looked around and realized what a dump this place was . I watched them work on the pedicures they were doing and realized they were using dirty towels , lady dropped the buffer and used it right away without sanitizing it. She messed up on her customers request of wanting red with 1 white accent nail and when the customer pointed it out , she laughed and asked if she could just add glitter on top... horrible! She didn't feel like doing the extra work of takinf off the paint and redoing it.Customers should always get what they want especially if they're paying, so I thought to look at their yelp reviews after that and saw how horrible other clients experiences were so I didn't hesitate to leave . I never write bad reviews but there is no customer service, the workers are rude and you will be waiting forever ! I called in before my client and I( I'm a caregiver) went in and they told us one hour. We went in 10 minutes early and still had to wait about an hour ! My client got her peticure done and they still had not helped me ! No communication. I'm very disappointed and I didn't even get my nails done. The (+) I never had to wait to long to sit in a chair. Except I was sitting in cold water!~ The (- ) The place is dirty, I mean they used old curtains along with a towel. The workers seem to think talking in their native language and not paying attention to what they are doing is ok. I've seen bugs too. Doesn't smell clean either-- yuk. This place was absolutely disgusting. I went here probably 9-12 months ago and I still feel compelled to deter ANY person from visiting. Being a hard-working lady, I was dying for some foot & hand attention. Went to this place because I like the shopping center. It was gross from the door in. I should have turned back, but I was desperate. The pedicure chairs were inoperable - they didn't massage, recline, and weren't clean. I don't know how I ever convinced myself to agree to a pedicure but I did. The foot spas didn't appear well-taken care, nor did the rest of the store. I moved to towards the nail-station for a manicure next, but HAD to call it quits. Couldn't do it. THERE WERE NAIL CLIPPINGS ALL OVER THE DESK. Not mine. Someone else's. I finally stopped biting my nails so I went to get a manicure. This place is the closest to my house. I walked in, they asked what I wanted, I said, "A manicure." So I sat down to wait. A few minutes later, one of the workers came over to get me and I pointed out there was a woman waiting who was there before me. She said, "Oh" and took her. A few minutes later, a couple walked in. Some guy came over and took them both. I thought, "Wow, these people have no idea what they're doing." But they were a couple, they wanted to get their mani-pedi together so I didn't say anything, figuring I can wait a little longer. And I waited. And waited. Nobody even acknowledged me. Like I wasn't even there. I guess I should've said something when they took the other couple before me, but I really shouldn't have to point out proper customer service. Finally I just left. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! They should be named SUPER SHAFT. I made the mistake of not checking Yelp first. Went here because it was close to my house. I got a mani/pedi with gel on both hands and feet. After only days The gel started peeling and chipping which I have never had happen. I had a stroke and was unable to "GET IN IMMEDIATELY"' as the guy told me I had to do in order for him to do anything. He told me to come back when the owner comes in. Clearly he was anti customer service because when I realized I was not going to get anywhere with him, I asked for the owners name...his response was "I don't know"! I replied with "how could you not know the owners name if you work here)? His reply was "I AM NEW"....stunned I said "then why am I talking to you"? So I turned around to the women attending to customers and asked all of them what the owners name was and NO ONE KNEW. WTF? He then said he would fix one nail that was 50% peeling and flapping yet 6 nails were severely chipped (I wear rubber gloves and my hands are not in water) and he said he would fix the 1 with the same color. Now, why would I want just one fixed and with the same color that obviously not adhering to my nails? So I in major frustration said then please just remove the gel and I will go elsewhere. He told me he would charge me to do it! What kind of garbage is that? My answer is this place doesn't care one bit about it's customers, not one bit! He even stated "I believe you didn't get your nails done here". I said I was here when you were having new ceiling lights installed, matter a fact, very close to right over my head. This has to be the worst example and experience of what they might call acceptable customer service ANYWHERE THST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY 37 years of getting my nails done. So the first time before I went it I called and asked how much for a men's pedicure and I was told $18. I went it a good experience over all but during the pedicure my manicurist ask, would you like me to remove the dead skin from your feet? Well of course it's a pedicure.... She never said it's extra , al la carte nothing. So when it comes time to pay she says $25, I didn't question maybe I should have I pay $25 and tip $5. This time I go in and look at the price board , it's says basic pedicure $15, mid range was $18 and "Super deluxe " $25. So same thing happens , she ask do you want dead skin removed? Yes. Later she asked do you want nails buffed? Sure. So this time I go to pay and she says $35!!!!! 35 dollars for a pedicure not mani and pedi, just a pedi. So I asked why do much and she says skin removal and buffing extra, while she never mentioned this when she asked me if I wanted them and last time I paid $25 for the same services only buffing was added this time! I said how much to buff she says $5 , so I said why $35 then? Last time it was $25 and you are the one who did it? At this point she lies and said I don't remember.... Don't remember you.... it was two weeks ago..... So I have $35 cash and for some reason I still wanted to tip.... I pull out my card and she shakes her head no.... I said you don't take cards and she says $1 extra. I handed her $35 cash and walked out. I did go back and tell her how dishonest I felt she was ..... I have been getting my nails and feet done for years and i have never ever been to a place with horrible customer service . This is the worst place i have ever been to. I went in for a pedicure and my daughter for a full set. Lets start off with my feet . She didnt even cut my cuticles or scrub under my feet . Literally took her 5 min to do my pedicure . I was like ok whatever . Then my daughters nails were bending it was done so thin and the lady cut her really badly. And the acrylic was all over her hands and under her nails also . Dirty place, subpar work, will tell you that they'll "be with you in 10 minutes" multiple times (have noticed this on the two occasions I have come here... it's closest to me) and before you know it you've waited an hour. I've been going to Super Nails for about 20 years. During that time there have been 3 owners and a lot of turnover. The latest owner put a lot of money into remodeling. Needless to say, the prices went up a bit after she took over. I have 2 issues with the new ownership; cleanliness is not a priority and they continually try to sell additional services. Their work is average, not bad but nothing to be amazed by. The woman who seems to be in charge lies constantly about their availability, even when you call ahead and make an appointment. EVERY time I come here she tells me they're able to take me immediately, and I end up waiting for at least 15-20 minutes, once as long as 40. I decided to give myself a treat and have a mani/pedi by a recommendation. Glad I did. I wanted both very basic. Didn't want any polish. Just clip the nails, shape them and clean them up. I use to it myself but had issues with my shoulder and couldn't. The place very clean and friendly. I got what wanted. Very pleased. Will be coming back and I will recommend them. Super Nails is just super BAD! I've never seen a nails place as dirty and as ghetto as this place! I should have ran out when i had the chance but i was just desperate. The first thing I noticed was their filthy white chair for foot spa. It was merely used as a sitting area and basin to dip your feet. No bubbles, no massage chair..nothing! Another issue i had was there was not a clean place to put my bag down. It was just dust and/or nail polish stains all around. Though those small things bothered me a bit I still gave them another chance. I've always wanted to try the place since it is quite near my neighborhood. I was still hopeful in receiving good service but I should have known better! The service was horrible too! All I asked was to shape my nails squarish and what did I get? Trapezoid shaped nails! IT WAS INDEED TRAPEZOID! I tried talking to the nails guy but all he did was smile. Either he didn't understand me or he was just pure lazy! Even the lady who did my foot spa was the same way..lazy.. lazy..LAZY! The whole ordeal was just so upsetting I just couldn't wait for everything to be over. When I got home the first thing I did was take off the nail polish and file my nails how I wanted it. I have gone to this place of couple of time, because the location is very close to my job and it is probably one of the cheapest places to get a pedi around here.There have been times when they are very busy and I have to wait, and I have pleasantly waited. Today was different my co-worker and I went in today to get ourselves a pedi ( which we had called ahead of time to check if they could do two pedis) and they sat us down right away and started working on my friend's feet. I did not mind waiting because when I walked in the other two people of the remaining three were working on a lady. When they were done with the lady, the girl started working on someone's mani, again I did not mind because he was there before we got there, what did bother me was that the guy working on the lady's mani left to have lunch while I am still sitting there, and to top it off the older man I ( I believe to be the owner) was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing besides playing with his phone. Fifty minutes of just sitting there waiting for someone to do my toes, I finally got up, grabbed my keys both girls were apologizing but not the man that did nothing. Then a girl walked in to get a pedi and the older man got up to do here toes, but the whole time I was there he could not help me???
