dropped a uniform off to be cleaned because I was to tired after a weekend of competition. Picked it up and it still looked the same as drop off with sweat stains. Everyone was rude when I asked why they were still there and they said it was cleaned and the couldn't get it out. the manager told me on a Friday take it home and if you can get it out come back tomorrow and I'll refund you. Took it home cleaned it like I always do and it came out clean. I really think they just didn't clean it. I returned Saturday like the manager said I could for a refund and she wasn't there. The same rude lady working told me to come back for my refund on Tuesday when she'd be here. Now I'm up here again and told she's only here early in the mornings while I'm at work. Came here twice for my refund just to get the refund and they keep giving me the run around. I really wanted to give this business the benefit of the doubt, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. I dropped off pants to be cleaned and was told to pick them up at a different location -- which I did -- only to be told they wouldn't be ready until the next day. When I returned the next day, they couldn't find my pants at all. I asked that the owner contact me once they were located, but I never received a call. A full week later, I returned again and finally got my pants back -- but they hadn't been starched as requested. The lack of communication, disorganization, and failure to deliver on basic services left me disappointed. Horrible communication the price and fees are not made known inside the cleaners. I had 12 pieces majority skirts and dresses. Was not made aware of an $8up charge if the dress or skirt was at the knee or below... The price list isn't published in the store and the fee is not conveyed . I feel that this is misleading. I had no expectations of paying almost 200 for 12 cotton pieces ... I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to this review, no name and that the business phone wasn't working... Never again. This is bad business . Who wouldn't want to know if they will pay an additional $8 for anything. 20 for a cotton skirt to be dry cleaned is not practical especially when you aren't made aware when paying in person. They changed ownership and now they have texts messages that go out but nothing went out to me. I've used this cleaners for over 7 years and zero problems and now they got rid of over $500 dollars worth of clothing. Cashmere sweater and a huge down coat that you could not even buy in Texas and now it's 2 degrees and I'm left without a jacket. She said we don't call anyone anymore. And oh well nothing we can do. I hate writing bad reviews since it's detrimental to someone's business. I was calling around trying to get the best value for my money on dry cleaning and I don't know the name of who I spoke with but after two questions she was like I can't tell you all the prices. You will have to come in. I have 4 maybe 5 questions. I'm not going to lug aground my dry cleaning so you can look at it and then give me a quote. It's dry cleaning not something life altering like relocating. They have good reviews on google and I'm sure they have happy customers but I cannot recommend this place. If you cannot give me a straight answer then the assumption is that something is not kosher. read more

We moved to the area fairly recently, and they're very close by so I dropped off 10 items here (2 men's shirts, 2 blazers, 2 dresses, 3 pants, 1 suit) While they did a good job, it was insanely expensive (over $75). My husband picked up the items or I would've questioned the tab upon pick up. The 2 men's dress shirts alone were over $25. That's unheard of anywhere I've ever dry cleaned before. Unfortunately, this kind of expense just isn't in our budget. Unless dry cleaning prices have drastically changed in the last 9 months, our previous cleaners at both residences (Carrollton and Lewisville) were half this cost. read more

I don't care what anyone says about rating a dry cleaning facility; when they can successfully dry clean a TAUNTAUN SLEEPING BAG and then get it folded perfectly -- when the manufacturer didn't even ship it folded -- that's stellar service. I've been getting my cleaning done here for years but am prompted to review now, as I can now definitively say that there simply is no soiling they can't expunge and no item so bizarre that they won't find a way to gently depurate it and return to you as good as new. read more

Honestly I do not understand why this cleaners has such a low review, but in my opinion, they are the best in town. I have been with Super Cleaners for 7 years now and I have never had a problem with them. Super Cleaners has recently performed two minor miracles for me. They were able to replace the zipper of my most cherished jacket. The zipper of that jacket and the pattern of the zipper on the jacket made if difficult for other cleaners to have it fixed but Super Cleaners fixed it and only charged me $15. They got a disgusting red wine stain out of my husbands favorite pair of work pants, a dark-colored burgundy corduroy. I had unsuccessfully tried to remove it with both water and rubbing alcohol, so it was really ground into the pants. I couldn't believe they got it out! When I asked the gentleman that was working behind the counter, he told me that it is because unlike other dry cleaning places, they use a organic solvent which is better for the material of the clothes and cleaner in general. The best cleaners in town! I went in to have my fairly expensive/delicate clothes taken care of, and right when I walked in I knew I could trust them with my items. The staff were trustworthy and very friendly, and unlike my previous experiences with other cleaners, there was no ifs and doubts. When I went to pick my items up, I was very satisfied with the results. BEWARE!!!! Worst place/customer service ever!! I dropped off my dry cleaning on a Monday at 7am. The woman told me it would be ready after 5pm on Tuesday. I show up Tuesday, at 6pm, same woman told me that it wasn't going to be ready until Wednesday. It's because I look over and my clothes are still sitting on the counter!!! She proceeds to tell me my clothes were just put in the system that morning. She looks over at my clothes on the counter and just shrugs. Then, when I proceed to pick them up on Wednesday, again the same woman helping me and remembered me, offered NO apology, or discount or any kind of acknowledgement of anything! (Mind you, the older Asian lady (assuming she's an owner) all of a sudden acts as if she doesn't understand English!) Save yourself some time and better business/customer service and head down the street to their competitor. I did. AND, they were super pleasant and will do same day return. read more
