The employee was in the back and I had to call out for her twice when I arrived and she was on the phone. I asked about the repair and she said that yes, they could do it and gave me the ticket to pick up the next day without ever hanging up the phone. I waited and attempted to pick up TWO days later only to be told that my item had been sent out and would not be back until the NEXT day (day THREE). I replied that this was unacceptable as the other employee had told me it would be ready and even the ticket stated next day pick up. The owner had to go pick up my item from the off-site tailor (without it being repaired) and meanwhile the female employee screamed at me in front of another customer who was trying to calmly explain to her that as the customer she should just be trying to come up with a solution. I was finally able to get my items and then hurry home to run them through a Dryel cycle because neither item was cleaned! The unfortunate thing is that this is something that could have been easily avoided if anyone had caught the date on the pick up ticket and made a phone call to say the item was going to be sent out for the repair. The sign on the window states that they do their own cleaning, but it turns out that isn't true. All clothing is sent out each day to be cleaned off-site. This ended up being a complete fiasco and I was left in a very unfortunate situation because no one called to make the change known. Very unprofessional service.
