Great service and atmosphere quality massage and a fair price. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good massage

It is very rare that I am truly satisfied with a massage, usually I can't find someone with strong enough hands or they claim a full hour for a low price and then cut it short and somehow up sell you. Not this place! Mimi was my lady and I plan on returning again and again and again!!! After a long day at work I got home and searched for a place close to my new condo. They were the closest and I am glad I found them! I pulled in at 930 pm knowing they close at 10 figuring they would only give me a half hour. Again they exceeded expectations! They took my friend and I in for a full hour for only $30 each. Didn't cut us short and gave me the best massage I have ever had at reflexology place ever!! I tipped my lady $20, almost the amount of the massage but we'll worth it!!! read more

Horrible Experience! I booked a reflexology massage for my Mom here. She had a horrible experience. The Masseuse was very rough and couldn't understand when my Mom was saying more gentle. The massage instantly affected her mood, hurt her legs and back. She luckily went to an accupuncturist who said it had created an imbalance and he helped her mood immediately. However it has taken her 3 hours of massages elsewhere to get her body back to feeling better. When I called the owner to tell her about it (she could barely speak English) she said sorry and hung up. read more

What can I say about this place?!? I love their service! So far I have done with foot ionic detox bath and full body massage. The 60 minutes for full body massage from head to toe for 30 dollars is a great deal! The massage is deep and real deal and it helps me to relax my muscle. You should check it out! read more

Absolutely loved this massage. My significant other and I are bodybuilders and they worked away all our aches and pains. We will definitely be back!! read more

This is the most horrible foot massage I have ever been. Me and my husband went there today for 1 hour session, and both of us didn't enjoy our massage. First of all, my therapist seems didn't know how to do her job properly as she missed almost all of my tension spots. She put excessive amounts of lotion for all the areas she massaged me, and plus not much pressure at all throughout the session. I requested her to massage me deeper for couple times, but didn't feel that much difference actually . Me n my husband left this place feeling Not relaxed and unhappy. My husband told me the lady that did his massage didn't put much pressure either, and she was somewhat being lazy for staying in one spot to massage both of right and left side of his back. We will definitely not coming back to this place. Do not get fooled by the good reviews ! read more

Went here on my birthday with my boyfriend, because of the good reviews an low prices. Now I understand the low prices. The two massage "therapists", which can't possibly be certified, came into the room and told us to get undressed while they stood there looking at us! Talk about awkward. Leave the room for a minute or at least turn away. The woman massaging me started the massage on my face. First of all.. I did not expect a stranger's hands all over my face- second we had just come from dinner and I had make up on that was now rubbed everywhere from lotion. Lotion that she then rubbed all through my hair. There was no pattern in the massaging technique she was doing. She'd do something different on one arm than the other- which makes me think she wasn't trained in what she was doing. She was waaay too hard on my back and today my shoulders are swollen and hurt too bad to be touched. I feel like I got hit by a bus. Finally after we were done, the women didnt leave the room to give us privacy while we dressed.. they stayed and cleaned! All in all I was very disappointed, and afterwords I left feeling more tense that I had arrived, and out $30. read more

Great service. I love the 60 min foot detox with a massage.

The people here are awesome. We are definitely coming back here! Prices are great and the service is awesome. Highly recommended!!!

My husband and I went here for a date night and it was the best date night ever!!! I have been to one other reflexology place and this one is by far so much superior. The therapist I had was amazing....working every part of the body. Even though you are fully clothed, you don't feel like the massage is compromised in any way. We were both so relaxed by the end. The scalp and foot massages are excellent. And then they put a nice hot pack under your neck to continue soothing the muscles. You can't been an hour's massage for only $30 and $55 for a couple! I will definitely be back. read more

This place was recommended to me by two coworkers when I was in desperate need of a massage and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I have been to other reflexology places, which are very good, but this place was possibly even better! I easily made an appointment for the same day over the phone. When I got there they were ready to go. I went straight back and was surprised to be taken to a small private room, not the usual large room with multiple massages going on that I have seen at other reflexology places. The lady frankly told me to take off my shirt while she stood there, which was a bit weird given all other reflexology places I have been to leave you fully clothed, but I happily obliged. I laid down and a man (Andy I think) came in to complete the massage. He was awesome and gave a very relaxing and thorough massage, which included massaging all of the usual places and my face and head (awesome). Additionally, they did some stretching with my legs and arms that felt really good. My only complaint is I wish he spent a little more time on my back and slightly less on my feet, but I didn't tell him that, so I can't hold it against him. For 30$ per hour, you really can't beat this place. I will be back! read more

Best and cheapest massage I have ever had! As said in other reviews it is quite awkward at first, they start by soaking your feet in water which was a little unusual for what I'm used to, also unlike most places I have been you stay dressed. All in all I will definitely be using this as my regular massage spot! read more

Even though First Class Reflexology is located in a strip mall, once you are escorted past the reception area you are immediately transported to a Spa atmosphere. Only after being seated on the lounge and my eyes adjusted to the darkness did I realize there were two other people on the other side of a dark screen. The room was peaceful, the music relaxing and low, and the scents were wonderful. I was already feeling relief from the stress of the day and the drive home from work. The treatment starts with putting your feet in hot water with what felt like oils. Lily expertly performed the head to toe massage. Be prepared, once she starts working on your back this is not a gentle treatment, more like a sports massage. However, you may at any time ask for your masseuse to use less strength. After one hour and only $30 plus tip, I left feeling relaxed and happy. This was an experience worth writing about and sharing with everyone. p.s. wear loose clothing - shorts/sweatpants, T-shirt or tank. You'll want to remove your shirt for the back massage but don't worry, enough privacy is available. read more

Ahhhh-maaaazing! Thank you Yelp reviewers for recommending First Class Reflexology. My wife and I came here for our anniversary in the morning to relax. We were nothing but impressed. The massage began ahead of schedule and lasted until the very last second we paid for. The staff was very friendly. And best of all the message was far better than a regular massage therapy chain, such as Massage Envy. The prices were also about half of what you'd expect at a chain, too. read more

Been here 4x now and still believe this place is far the best in the valley. Highly recommend Nice people, great value, superb massage.

This place is great and far better than a lot of places I've been to in AZ. Amy is the gal my mother goes to and she is fab yet for me, I prefer a man for a deeper massage especially when you are lifting weights. Don't be fool, these Chinese ladies are tough too yet it's all boils down to your preference and comfort level. Some may say the place is awkward once you walk back to the massage area yet what's truly normal these days? I find that people are too quick to judge because an establishment because of a language barrier yet a 90 min reflexology appt from head to toe for $45 dollars. Even the frugal people from India aren't complaining. read more

This place is soooo awesome! The staff is really nice, the place is Very clean, the light music & dim lights are so Relaxing, the big beds are nice & soft! My Husband and I did the $30 1hour massage! Let me tell you, it was soooo amazing! The lady who did my massage her name is TINA, deff go to her!!!! Of course its going to hurt in a few places where your body is tense and tight, but she sure worked them knots out of ny stressedbody!! Left there feeling like a Million Bucks haha!! You Have to Go Try this place out!! read more

Best Place to get a Massage! Not expensive, and great service! Have recommended to friends and family. Everyone who has went loved them! You will not be disappointed! read more

A lash client of mine referred me to this place and spoke highly about how amazing it is for the price you pay and i myself had to witness her experience! Well she was definitely right! I went to First Class Reflexology after a long day of work and was scheduled with Judy for a 60 min head to toe session!! It was amazing! Judy made me feel comfortable and relaxed and she focused on all the pressure points and released all the tension on my body! I am so amazed that Ive spent so much money at massage parlors and they dont make me feel half as amazing as i felt here! Thank you Judy!! You were awesome! read more

I love this place! I prefer a male, they tend to offer better pressure. This is a reflexology massage. Your feet soak whilst they massage your head/face. Focusing on the pressure points. They will leave the room to get hot towels and remove the foot soak. It you will still get the full massage. I have never had a bad experience in over 20 visits. My teenagers love it also. You can. It beat the price!! read more

This place provides amazing massages at ridiculously low prices. The people are great and the place is very clean and new. Highly recommended! read more

I love this place!!! They are very hard working therapists that offer massage for extremely reasonable prices. I can afford to be a regular here because of the low cost. read more

I went in for the hour full body reflexology with my daughter we both truly enjoyed our massages. The only reasons for not giving it a 5 is because of the awkward experience of the masseuse standing in the room and watching us undress instead of leaving to give us privacy. Also I didn't care for how often each masseuse kept leaving the room. All of their supplies should be at their side tables. Aside from those things however; the massage felt great, the prices are low and I definitely felt better physically as well as less stressed after leaving. I will definitely use them again. read more

Would definitely recommend going here for an affordable and relaxing massage! You won't get fancy cucumber water like you would at an upscale spa, but the price can't be beat. read more

Worst place ever!!!! The environment was not clean at all. The towels they were using smell bad and the restroom is gross! I have never been to such an awful foot massage place. Their therapist didn't know what was she doing. I felt even more tired after the massage. It is not even worth a dollar! Besides that they don't have a great attitude after I gave them my advice! I wound never go back there again! read more

This was by far one of the best massages I have ever had! My therapist was very professional and thorough with explaining what she would be doing. It was a little different than what I was used to, but I really enjoyed my experience! I revived a full body massage for $30 for an hour! Great price, quiet atmosphere, clean and very pleasant people working there! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My visit to Phoenix was nothing short of great. Great food, AMAZING people. I end every trip with a full body massage and thought I'd give this place a shot since It topped the list with 4.5 stars. I won't make this post any longer than I need to so here goes--my massage was equivalent to how I bathe my toddlers after a long day. I was escorted to a room and told to take a seat. Lady walked in and had me remove my shoes and socks, then told me to lay down (fully clothed) on my back and place my feet in a bucket of water! Most uncomfortable position. Very different from any massage I'd had before so I had no idea what was going on. She then proceeded to "rub" my thighs and arms, no pressure, very quick motions. Super awkward; I'm still in awe. I stopped her and ask if I should remove my clothing. She nodded and pointed to the bed next to us, signaling for me to place my clothes there. She dried my feet, I removed some clothing, and turned over. Again, rushed motion, as I said earlier, it was like bathing my kids after a long day. I felt like they just wanted to get the last customers out the door. I never knew there was a such thing as a "bad" massage until I visited this place. I've had massages all over the world. USA, all over Europe and Asia...and this is the first time I can say I wouldn't recommend a place for a massage. read more

I just love this reflexology location. Everyone is always professional and kind. I look forward to my visits.

I've been a regular for over two years. Superb service like always. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Very affordable price yet awesome massage. Makes you feel so refreshed and relaxed after. Will def go every week from now.

Hands down, the best place to get a massage. I come here all the time..( I live down the street, literally) Everyone here is so nice, & amazing! It's supposed to be for your feet..but you get the whole nine yards..they start with the scalp *make sure your hair looks like crap* because when they are done with it..it will look messy ;)..& down to your feet. Pure heaven! For Xmas..Everyone I know is getting a gift card to this place ;) Don't waste your time or $$ at places like Massage Envy or Dolce Spa & Salon. This Place knocks them out of the water ;) read more

The Best Ever. I had the 90 minute detox and massage it was heavenly. If you are shy be prepared to remove the all of your clothing above your waist. The massage is extemely profession however, it is preformed in a more roomlike setting unlike a traditional massage. These types of massages are very popular in Southen Calif. but this is the first one I have found in AZ. read more

I usually request mimi and she's great. You cant beat the prices here either! $30 for 1 hour. What a deal!

This was so relaxing and amazing will definitely be back. Nana was the perfect amount of pressure and my feet feel great.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Hands down the worst massage I have every had. They have no clue what they are doing! I left after 20 minutes it was that bad. Even just that 20 minutes did more harm than good, I feel ten times worse now then before I went in there yesterday. If you would rather be further injured than this is the place, otherwise STAY AWAY! I I could give them less than one star I would. read more
