Wonderful experience! My wife, I, and a couple friends just had our massage tonight. We called in last minute and were accommodated immediately. The staff was very friendly. My daughter and i have been enjoying the 90 minute reflexology massage for about 2 years now. It is "US" time and they put us in the same room. I always feel great after the massage for about a week, longer than any other massage I've ever received. Also, my daughter is on the sprint team for high school and she gets a massage here regularly during track season. This place had pretty good reviews but I must question the people that actually wrote these reviews. My first visit with my husband today was not first class at all. My first impression when we first arrived was a little scary. The place could use an update and some fresh air. There air was stale and the floors could use a cleaning. The room we went into for our massage had dirty floors and I was not at all comfortable with sitting down in the recliner chair. Before my massage started I asked the lady to stay away from my face and head and she said okay. But she must not have understood me as she went right to my face as soon as she began the massage. They were rough with my husband pressing down on his knee almost injuring it. So he was not happy either. The people doing the reflexology were speaking to each other in their language and scuffled around making so much noise. This is so unprofessional. These individuals doing massages are not licensed therapist or may not have the training for massage. They do not speak much English which is not helpful either. The massage to say the least was the worst ever. I did not relax or have the experience I was looking for in a reflexology massage. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is not a professional or clean environment. We asked for reflexology and I don't know what to call what we got. Two thumbs down! read more

Despite scheduling an appointment, they took me in almost half an hour late. Fine, no big deal I can wait. As the massage started, it felt like my 6 year old was giving me a massage. No pressure, no rhythm, no pattern. When asked to go harder on the pressure, I could hear the snarkiness in the therapist's acknowledgement. The setup is also a shared room with others, which I wasn't a fan of, so after asking for harder pressure I could hear the therapist make comments to the other therapist in the room. When trying to provide feedback to the front desk, they didn't want to hear it. When told that the massage was not a pleasant experience, I was asked to pay and was essentially getting pushed along to avoid allowing the other customers waiting to hear the negative feedback. In all, horrible massage that my 6 year old could have likely done better, and horrible customer experience. I've been to other reflexology locations numerous times that have far exceeded my expectations and were absolutely pleasant experiences. This location unfortunately does not fit the bill and I will not be returning and highly encourage you to go elsewhere. They clearly don't care for the customer here and the therapists don't seem to be trained so well. read more

Ok so I usually don't leave reviews but I'm so irritated that I am today, I went in for a 30 minute foot and leg massage due to my right foot hurting really bad I thought It would be a great idea to get it stretched out and massaged . Long story short my lady seemed like she was rushing and we all know massage should be slow strokes , glides ect. She also had nails !! Literally this made me CRINGE because it would feel like she was going to cut my foot open during certain techniques. She would scrape / scratch the tip of each of my toes ??? Cmon really , how the hell would that be relaxing ?! Oh and to top it off she massaged for 22 minutes lmao really lady . Ugh . Oh one more thing the lady basically yelled at me for not wanting to tip she was almost demanding me to write a tip ! BEWARE: The kid who works the front desk and claims to be "the manager" does not understand what customer service means and lacks good judgment. He is incredibly rude and does not know how to communicate professionally as he swears to customers and gets angry very easily. Needless to say, I am NEVER going back to this place (even though the therapists are decent) as I do not put up with establishments that disrespect their customers. Here's what happened: I was told I could use the value of my "free 30 min detox" (which one gets after the 10th paid massage as part of a loyalty punch card), towards a 90 minute massage and just pay the difference in cost, which I thought was fair. As I tried to redeem the value of the punch card, I was told by the so called "manager" that he wouldn't give me any credit for it, regardless of what I was told on the phone. He became aggressive and started using foul language as I tried to explain what I had been told on the phone. I couldn't believe this kid "manager" was arguing with a loyal customer over a $15 dollar credit instead listening and using common sense to keep a customer coming back. Shame on him. Fortunately, there is no shortage of reflexology joints in this town so I won't be back ever again. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! read more

STAY AWAY. They should be called "First Class Thieves". I went here for a massage on 12/27/2017. I had an appointment for 8:00 p.m. When I arrived there, I was the only customer in the store. They took me back to one of the massage rooms and told me to take my jewelry off. The massage was okay, and after they were done, I left on my way back home. However, when I got home, I realized that I had left my watch in the massage room (on the table) where they had told me to take off my jewelry. I immediately got back into my car, and rushed to get my watch back. When I arrived at the store (which is about a 10 minute drive from my house), there were still only 2 workers there (the same amount as when I had arrived), and there were no other customers. I told them that I had left my watch in the massage room, when they asked me to take it off. They both told me that they haven't seen the watch anywhere and it wasn't in the room where I had my massage anymore. They "claimed" that they did not know where it is. So I just want to go over a few things. So you are telling me that I was the only customer in the shop during my massage. I then accidentally left my watch at the store, in a massage room where only the costumer and masseuse were allowed. Then when I got back to the store 10 minutes later, it just magically disappeared. Also, no other customers were in the shop during my appointment, and when I had gotten back in. So basically, my watch went "missing" and the only two other people in the shop were workers. The part that upsets me the most, is that that watch was passed down to me by my grandpa, and it had lots of sentimental value to me. I will never go here for business again, and I will tell all my friends to never go there. Its so upsetting that things like this happen, but its just so incredible that a worker there would steal from their customers. I will never be back!!! BEWARE! read more

I've been to First Class multiple times and I'm giving it 4 stars but it should be about 4.5. Here's the deal with this place, get the 60 minute head to toe. It will be the best $30 bucks you will spend to relax. If you're looking for a great deep tissue type massage, this isn't the place. Go to a chiropractor or other massage place. I've had the $55 dollar back rub, it was ok but not worth the extra money of the head to toe. The 60 minute head to toe is awesome because they do an amazing head and neck massage as well as a great foot and leg rub. They will then give about 15 minutes to your back which is good but they aren't seeking out knots, etc. Here's the major plus that separates this place for me, it's walk in, no appointment necessary. If I'm having a terrible day and need to relax, popping in here for an hour does the trick. It's a fantastic destresser. Also, they have a loyalty club which is nice. read more

I have been here several times. It's a no frills, inexpensive, excellent massage that is head to toe and focuses on pressure points. Similar to what you would expect in Thailand or anywhere in SE Asia. They start with your head and neck, use aromatherapy to help you relax on your temples, move to arms, feet and legs, flip you over, back, more neck, and backs of your legs. It's a great massage overall. They soak your feet in hot water to start, and place a hot bag under your neck while they work on your feet. It's lovely. On occasion, they are a bit unorganized and I've had a similar experience to others where the masseuse has changed half way thru. They also like to close their books early and ask the last appointments of the day to pay before you get your massage. For this reason, I recommend not going at the end of the night. Great place overall for the value, don't expect a spa and bring a cash tip. read more
