I began coming here daily, it was tasty and close by to my job! After my first time completing a online delivery thru a website called seamless, I was given a pick up time and all. AS I arrive and call to make sure my order was ready the lady was rudely saying they hadn't received my order and that she can take my order but Id have to pay her. Bottom line, they had their manager call me and seamless to understand the concept of seamless is 3rd party and goes thru door dash then Super chicken. SO after that confusion the manager offers a free meal for me the next day. Mindful the order I received first was dry chicken, and my sauce containers were half full! when they are usually full. Then the next day I pick up my order they werent friendly of course, they never speak when you walk in and the food was better than the day before but I've had better from them. That night I may have been FOOD POISIONED!!! I got so sick so fast only after 3 hours after eating the food. My stomach tightened I couldnt walk or move or talk. I had to prepare myself to vomit, which was when I began to slowly recover over rest for the remainder of the day. I couldnt eat for the rest of that day. I hate this place, and you will too. They will have you waiting in a empty restaurant, they will talk to you any kind of way, they will tamper with your food. SUPER POLLO! oops I mean SUPER CHICKEN! The Pollo a la Brasa is very flavorful but it is a bit salty. Super Chicken is good but not great. It serves as a great fix for those who live in the Manassas/Centreville area. Great change up from Guapos who have sub par Pollo ala Brasa. The sides need some work. The customer service is pretty good. I liked the fact that the cashier gave me extra sides because she knew I was waiting a long time to be helped. I'm giving this place 3 stars only because there were dead roaches/bugs in the ice cream freezer that's up near the front counter. I took a peek in there while I was paying for my order...big mistake! The bottom of the freezer had several bugs in it...makes you wonder where else they are if they somehow managed to make their way into an ice cream freezer. I probably won't be back here which is unfortunate considering their chicken is fresh and tasty. Get an exterminator out there, Super Chicken! read more

WOW!! This restaurant is amazing. After reviewing the reviews I decided to try this place for the first time. The food is GREAT, the chicken is so so moist/tender and taste awesome. The seasoning of the chicken is top notch and delicious AND their Cole slaw is the best I have ever had. It was soooo good, creamy and fresh. Their fries were cooked to perfection and soo yummy. Great customer service and I got my order within 15 minutes. The price is so affordable for all the food you get. I love this place! I had been craving Peruvian chicken all week, so I finally drove down to Manassas last night and it was so worth the trip. The service is great and the portions are just right. I like the fact that they offer a wide selection of Peruvian dishes - from Ceviche to Lomo Saltado. YUM! They even have Tres Leche cake. The prices are very reasonable as well. FINALLY, a Peruvian restaurant in Manassas that is actually of value. I have tried other nearby places with mostly "meh" results. I tried their tallarin saltado with beef, and it was perfect. Other places have gotten this wrong, but this was something I will order over and over again. The serving size is gigantic, and the pasta is tossed in adequate oils and sauce without being too saucy or too dry. The pieces of beef are good cuts, not fatty or indiscernible. My friend gets the classic chicken with yucca, and is always satisfied with the serving size and the way the meat is seasoned. I will definitely come here to satisfy my cravings and I recommend trying it even though looks might be deceiving as to the location. read more

I love Super Chicken! The staff is really nice and friendly and the food is unbeatable. I try to tell as many people about it as possible and in turn they tell people as well. My family and coworkers both love Super Chicken. They have other items on the menu like burgers, wraps, steaks and ribs, but who would possibly go there and not get the chicken? Yelpers! You got this right! The rotisserie chicken was the best ever. Compared to local supermarkets, Costco, and even Boston Market. The whole chicken was tasteful and not dry... got the Yucca and was good, especially with that yellow sauce. The yellow rice was okay. The beans was descent.. We had 3 boys with us and it was fulfilling all for just under $20. The family meal is $16.95 plus $1.99 for yellow rice. Includes 4 sodas. The INCA KOLA was different but good. Most definitely will come again even just for the chicken and maybe try that Lomo Saltado, marinated steak with veges, potatoes over rice... date night special! !! They are ok, they used to be superb!! Their taste flavor profile has changed and when you ask for 2 thighs ( even in Their native tongue) they didn't know what I was taking about. They kept showing me a quarter w a leg. I had already paid extra for the difference in "cut" or preference but it seem to bother them. I got the chicken sub at 10 am on Saturday, I'm glad they open early. The chicken was great. This sub is decent value at $5.50. Chopped charred chicken on the outside and moist on the inside, a slice of cheese and some tomatoes on a lack luster sub roll. I enjoyed each bite, but it didn't blow me away and the portion was not gigantic. If I could give 3.5 I would, but it's not quite at the 4 star level. I am a fan of the Yuca and the yellow rice; I have tried other sides, they are good, but I stick to my favorites. Service is excellent, the people are very nice & polite. They charge you extra, the prices are higher than the menu. The prices on the menu doesn't reflect the charges on the receipt. And when you ask the cashier, she says it's correct. The white sauces are not even half filled - it's 1/4 filled and they charged extra. Cheapos!!!!! They are racist!!!!!!!!!! I would have given higher numbers because the food is superb! The service (for my first experience) sucked! I got there at 8:00 PM with about 22 people either waiting on their orders or placing orders. No one was eating. Thirty minutes later (with people coming in and going out), I'm the only person without their food while everyone else is licking their fingers or carrying bags out the door. In my mind I'm thinking Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! They totally forgot about me. These people took my money and made me wait and for this place I could tell, making people wait is NOT normal. They prep, package, and get people eating fairly quickly. The manager apologized and said there was a communication error. These things happen, but you only get one chance to make a first impression. I won't trek across Manassas to make a special trip again because the lady who answered the phone couldn't give me directions in English. Thank God for GPS and turn-by-turn directions! This place will surprise you with how good it is. The first time my friend took me there I was a little leery because of the decor. The interior looks like a fast food joint and they have movie and cartoon "chicken themed" posters all over the walls. It was tacky, but really comical and made me smile. Anyway, low and behold the food was amazing! Their rotisserie chicken is fall off the bone and so juicy.
